Noah and Marcel walked into his condo they seen broken glass on the floor. "What the hell happened here?" Noah hadn't even known that anyone was here. He was surprised by the mess.
"I'm going to guess it had something to do with your parents." Marcel had already known that Elena hadn't planned on sticking around the compound and had suggested she come to his place knowing she didn't really have nowhere else she would want to go while she was in town.
"Ugh!" He had a feeling he knew where this was going, and he knew that he was going to have no choice but to make a decision he didn't want to.
"Your mother will never forgive your father until all three of you "
"Well then it looks like she is going to be out of luck because i am never forgiving my father."
"You know that even though he wasn't there he always used to watch you guys." Although Kol himself had never confirmed the theory Marcel knew it was. He had noticed the signs that something had changed. "He may have not been there, but he knew what was going on. He was always watching from the sidelines making sure that you guys were ok."
"I don't care." He did in truth he did care but he really wished that he didn't. It was one of the traits that he had gotten from his mother he always found it hard not to care.
"Then let me elaborate on something that i will never say to your mother. Your aunts and I have known for a long time that she was never going to move on." Even when her and Kol first started dating, they seen it even then. That the two of them were it for each other and no matter how much they tried to move on it was not going to be possible for them. That even if they tried, they would always come back to each other no matter how hesitant one of them were about it. "Her and your father were it for each other. You know Davina tried to kill her. Because even Davina knew back then that even if he was with her. He was never going to actually be with her. His heart was always going to belong to your mother and there was nothing that anyone could do to change that."

He groaned looking at his godfather he knew that he had a point and he really wished that he wasn't affected by what he was saying. "Why are you telling me this?"
"Because i know that you may not always agree with your sisters and most times its impossible for you to say no to them." Marcel knew his god children well just like he knew no matter how hard Evie she was the most vulnerable. How Noah would never do anything that could potentially hurt his mother. And how even though Liv acted like she was the most innocent of all her siblings in truth she was the deadliest. "But i also know that you will never intentionally make your mother suffer when you know that you can put an end to it. She has always been in love with him, and she will always be in love with him and there is nothing that you can do to change that. Do you want your mother to be happy or not?"
"I want him to tell me himself then we can talk about it." He didn't care if it was true if his father really wanted to make an effort then that was his decision to make alone.

Elena flashed into Hayley's apartment she couldn't believe that she had actually admitted to still being in love with him she couldn't believe that she had said any of that to begin with. She had only ever been vulnerable when she was around him and she hated it.
She couldn't believe that he actually admitted having been following her. It was not how she had imagined her first time back in New Orleans. She was already so conflicted, and she had barley been there for 12 hours.

She was angry that she had forgiven him so easily angry that she was still in love with him angry that he was always able to make her conflicted over the littlest things.
But she knew that it was something that she was never going to be able to change. And that was just the way that it was always going to be.
She wanted to be happy she did, but she knew that the decision of what happened next was going to have to be left up to her kids. They were the only ones who could make it.

And as he didn’t have any family or much attachment to his previous world, he even liked his situation. But that was until he found out, that the “Heavenly Demon of Decay” was a necromancer. And that he along with millions of other humans, and various beings, were processed into undead soldiers. ‘Well fuck!’, he thought. And after being equipped with high quality equipment, and being robbed of his free will, he marched, along with billions of other horrifying undead, against the Monarch of the Everglades. But his poor luck didn’t end there. The Heavenly Demon of Decay, and his army lost. But the worst part was, they left him behind while retreating. Now, he is stuck behind in a huge jungle, full of various monsters, where every moment he must struggle for his life. But isn’t he already dead? This thought only serves to incense him further. But that is not all to his story, he finds that he is in a different, more powerful world, where wizards, warriors, dragons, dungeons but most importantly “CULTIVATION” exists. Albeit not very Chinese, but cultivation nonetheless. But, can a skeleton even cultivate? Not a native english speaker. So don't expect impeccable grammar. Although I do try my best, this is also my first novel so pointers are appreciated. Haters, just stop reading if you don't like it. Please don't spoil my mood by evil comments.
