《口れ工ち爪- K.爪工K丹モㄥち口れ》1

Raven holds her phone to her ear as Stiles tells her about the FBI and his day at work, she was walking home from Hayley's hotel room to her apartment.
Raven had jumped at the opportunity to leave Beacon Hills and when her best friend showed up with a determination to find her family she took it as a sign that she should find out more about her mother's side of the family.
"They shot my toe Ray! I could have needed that!"
"It's not like you would have needed it for any form of sport" Raven snarks.
"I hate you" Stiles says. "That was below the belt"
"Jane-Anne Devereaux!"
Raven looks up to see Marcel and his crew crowded around Jane-Anne.
Jane-Anne and her sister, Sophie, were the first ones to make Raven feel welcome in New Orleans when she first visited as a little girl. They helped her understand who and what she was and what that meant for her.
"Give it up for Jane-Anne! Come on, let's hear it! Jane-Anne Deveraux, you have been accused of the practice of witchcraft beyond the bounds of the rules set forth, and enforced, by me. How do you plead?"
"Raven what's going on?" Stiles asks.
"I don't know" Raven whispers. "I've got to go"
Marcel turns abruptly and walks over to an extremely attractive blonde man who Raven recognised from Chris Argent's beastiary as Klaus Mikaelson.
"Was that convincing? I studied law back in the '50s. Hold that thought"
He returns to Jane-Anne.
"Seriously Jane, tick-tock. You know the drill. How do you plead?"
"I didn't do anything"
The crowd laughs quietly.
"Mm, that's a lie. You know it, I know it, and you hate that I know it. It drives you witches crazy that I'm aware of your every move. That you can't do magic in this town without getting caught. So, why don't we just cut to the chase, huh? You tell me what magic you're brewing. I mean, tell me. I'll grant you leniency. Hey, I am, after all, a merciful man"

Raven and the crowd observe in utter silence. Jane-Anne scoffs, a disgusted look on her face.
"Rot in hell, monster"
Shocked murmuring rumbles through the crowd. Marcel smiles.
"I'll tell you what. I'll give you one more chance-"
Marcel starts to walk away. Suddenly, he swings the branch he's been holding so fast that it slices open Jane-Anne's neck. She immediately begins to gag.
Raven gasps and clamps her hand over her mouth.
"Or not"
Jane-Anne falls to the ground and the crowd cheers. Raven pushes herself further into the shadows as she watches, not aware that the vampires had all known she was there the whole time.
Raven stumbles backwards as Marcel appears in front of her.
"I've not seen your face around here before" Marcel says.
"You killed Jane-Anne" Raven glares at him. "Sorry I'm not currently leaping forward to introduce myself"
"I'm Marcel Gerard and it's a pleasure to meet you"
"Raven Stilinski and I wish I could say the same"
"Can I walk you home?"
"I don't think so" Raven scoffs.
Raven's phone rings to reveal Kira was calling her.
"Well, I've got to take this and I've got to go" Raven says.
"I'll see you around?"
"Hopefully not"
Raven holds the phone to her ear and begins to walk away.
"I think my boyfriend is cheating on me" Kira says. "How do I test that?"
"You don't need a test, Kira" Raven scoffs. "If it's got a dick, it ain't loyal"
"That's not helpful"
"I don't know, catfish him? That's bad advice actually, don't do that" Raven unlocks her apartment door before dropping her keys into the dish. "Try and have a meaningful conversation?"
"And if he is cheating?"
"Use that bad ass sword you own and make sure he never has sex again"

"Raven!"
"What? Malia would just kill him so you've chose the slightly less violent option. Emphasis on slightly" Raven winces, looking at a newly formed wound on her hand that she doesn't remember having. "Ouch"
A knock at the door sounds and Raven sighs.
"Kira, I've got to go. I'll talk to you tomorrow" Raven says. "If this is Marcel, I'm throwing myself out of the window"
Raven opens the door to reveal Marcel's friend and a man in a suit.
"Can I help you?"
"We've saved Hayley from the witches and she demanded we came and got you" The man in the suit says. "We are men of our word so we must bring you back and prove that no harm has come to you"
"You can kiss my ass, I'm not going anywhere with two original vampires"
The two look at each other in surprise at the brunette woman's bluntness.
"Hayley's pregnant"
"What?"
"She's pregnant with his child" The suited man points at Klaus who waves.
Raven cocks an eyebrow before huffing.
"Fine"
Raven begins packing her clothes into her suitcase, muttering angrily under her breath.
"I told Hayley we shouldn't come here, that I'd had enough of the supernatural to last me a lifetime but then no we had to come here a city built by vampires. And not only that she had to sleep with Klaus fucking Mikaelson and get knocked up. I hate my life"
Raven hands Elijah her suitcase and he raises his eyebrows.
"Aren't you supposed to be a gentleman?" Raven huffs.
"You heard her Elijah" Klaus teases.

Author's note: This is the first story I'm writting in a coherent manner (I have written a lot of DnD background stories in the past), so bear with me if I make boring or overdescriptive bits: I'll regularly come back to rewrite whichever parts feel unpolished, especially grammatical errors. I would also appreciate any corrections or suggestions.
