You're an average person. you should be nothing special in the eyes of a cold-blooded killer, even if he did stalk you 24/7 he just couldn't pinpoint it.
He didn't understand why he couldn't kill you, Or even why he liked you
You're just an average person.
Well sorta, I mean you had some secrets not that Interesting to him though, seeing as really nothing picked his interest
Though he did like one thing about you.
You worked at the Roseville gazette
As a reporter one of the best actually
You were even assigned to making reports about him, that's why he was stalking you.
He even took it upon himself to read every report you made about him
Something about it just makes him feel so good but he picked it down to his narcissism in the end
He just couldn't get enough of you though something about you made him feel so good.
maybe it was your stories about him or the way you didn't have an everyday routine since it was always changing.
At first, he saw it as annoying I mean he just wanted to kill you cut him some slack will you
But you gave him a name, a name he just adored because YOU had given it to him
Ghostface.
Oh, he had a plan just for you.
Today was Monday, you hated Monday but everyone does of course
You lazily got out of bed tired and weak from all the walking and typing you had to do yesterday
Yesterday there was another murder and you being assigned to the Ghostface murders were typing away at your little computer all damn day trying to get your report out as fast as you could
You went to the crime scene the cops had let you passed them since you were often always at them anyways for your reports

"Shit I overslept" you whispered to yourself
It was now 10 am you were supposed to be at work by 9
"that's fine I guess"
You took yourself to your restroom and got ready for today, once you were finished you walked downstairs
Then you realized something ur window was open?
Shock and worry immediately hit you
"What the hell would that be doing open"
You sighed you never really opened any windows so it was odd
Maybe you just opened it when you got back home yesterday but were too tired to remember opening it,
yeah, that was it. You settled on that being that just to calm your nerves and closed the window
You soon left your house and locked the door behind you walking to the nearest coffee shop
this was sorta your routine but then again it always changed, sometimes you didn't have time to get coffee but seeing as you were already late you said fuck it.
Who the hell cared in the end.
As you walked into the coffee shop you bumped into someone
quietly cursing to yourself for looking at the ground when you walked in.
"Shit" you hissed as you felt a hot liquid seep Into your small sweater and your shirt
"SHIT IM SORRY" a frantic yet soft and deep voice shouted
You looked up wondering who this random person who just spilled hot coffee all over you was.
What stood before you was a handsome man with bright amber eyes brown hair glasses and a white dress shirt with a black coat to go over it
He looked quite professional you pondered now forgetting about the coffee and the Stain you would need to get out later.
"I'm so sorry to let me get you some napkins," the stranger said as he walked off to get them

"Here" you took them from him and cleaned yourself off
"I'm sorry-"
"Don't be it's fine, I wasn't looking where I was going anyways," you argued
if you were being fair this man interested you for some reason
Even after he just spilled coffee on you
"Oh okay um by any chance are you y/n?"
He asked
"Yes um do I know you?"
"Well no but my name is Jed and I just started working for the Roseville gazette today, and they told me I would be partnering up with you" he explained
"Well it's nice to meet you Jed "you smiled at him
"hey by any chance did they say anything else, Like about me being late?" You asked him worried about what your boss said about the situation
" yes actually but it Wasn't negative he just said you'd most likely be late because of all the work you did yesterday, and to find you here if anything," he explained
"Well that's good to hear" you sighed
"Would you like to sit down And maybe talk for a bit?" He asked as he walked over to a small table in the corner
You smiled "sure" as you walked over to the small table
"So what made you wanna work on the!
ghost face murders? assuming our boss gave you a choice." You asked
He gave a slight chuckle
"I don't know it just intrigued me in some way." He responded
You two talked for a solid 10 minutes before you decided that it was time to go to the gazette
"Hey I still feel really bad about the coffee and I was wondering if I could make it up to you somehow." He asked while you two walked together
"That sounds like a great idea hmm let me think how about...
you paused for a second
Dinner?

Work discontinued and ending. Other authors are free to message me if they want to take it A synopsis serves to attract attention without lying. This is useful because it gives a first impression of the novel, and immerse even before plunging into the story. Unfortunately, it does not count as one of my specialties. This fanfic is really peculiar and I think that few people will be able to appreciate it. So instead of trying to make you salivate, then have you disappointed, it would be better for you to make your own opinion, that is if you have time on your hands. If you do not like one piece or shounen animes, then you'd better turn back, as it would be a worthless read for you. If you've made it this far and have time to spare for yet one worthless attempt at making an original one-piece fanfic, then have a good read. N.B: I do not own one Piece or Fist of the north star, the image above, or any other anime/fictional character referenced in this fiction Please do not donate on this particular fanfic!

But hey, how can he say no? Yeah, he'll fight monsters, divine apocalyptic forces, assassins, and many others, but that's par for the course in this Power Fantasy. The offer is coming from the most beautiful girl ever. And it nets him an OP Affinity to a fundamental force. Freaking Gravity.
