It was that fateful day that he belived in love first sight.

"Guys, I'd like to introduce you all to Y/N," Hongbin announced to the five guys currently in the living room. The boys were lounging on the couch and turned their heads to see what the youngest was rambling on about. They were surprised when they saw a cute and petite girl, holding hands with Hongbin. Jaehwan was the most shocked. Her beautiful locks framed her face perfectly. Her pure skin seemed to shimmer in the room's lighting.

He couldn't help but blush at this---this stunning woman. He was captured by her beauty, eyes never leaving her form.

"Oooh, who's this? Your girlfriend? Good job?" Hakyeon said, smiling at the "couple." Jaehwan's blood went cold. "Oh, she's my..." Hongbin replied. But the words didn't reach Jaehwan. His heart felt like it was toyed with, then thrown away to the slums, where he has to find the broken pieces. Although he met her just literally seconds ago, he felt connected to her. Is this how love is like? When a person finds the one and has them taken away? He didn't want to accept it. No, he refused to accept it. If this is what love is like, then he'll fight for love. Y/N's love.

"Y/N has been visiting a lot lately, I wonder why..." Taekwoon mused, watching as the said girl ran up to Hongbin, wrapping her arms around his form. Jaehwan scowled at the sight. Sure, he was happy she was here, but the relationship she had with Hongbin made him boil in anger. And that was what drove him to win over her heart.

"Helloooooo Y/N-ah!" Jaehwan jumped into her vision, arms out. "Where's my hug?" Y/N laughed. "Of course Jwani!" She made contact with the boy, and he started grinning from ear to ear. He gave a smug look at Hongbin who was smiling at the duo, which threw off the male. "So, who wants play a game?" Wonshik clapped his hands, Hyuk bouncing on his heels in excitement. Y/N went towards the two males, and Jaehwan missed the warmth of the female.

"What's the game?" Wonshik smiled, waiting for that question to come up.

"Hide-and-seek! With partners!" he exclaimed. He scrambled to a certain male. "I call Taekwoon!"

"Not fair! I wanted to be his partners!" Hyuk protested. Wonshik stuck his tongue out at the alien, and the two started bickering about who partners with the maknae. Hakyeon sighed at the sight and took charge.

"How about this?" Taekwoon will be the seeker, Wonshik goes with me, Hyuk with Hongbin, said male nodded lazily, "then Jwani, you go with Y/N." Jaehwan internally cheered. He gave a look of gratitude to Hakyeon, who shrugged in response. "Ok, let's start...Now!" Taekwoon huddled to a corner and started counting. "One, two, three..." Everyone else scrambled out of the room, looking for hiding places for them and their partner. Jaehwan didn't care where he went. He was satisfied already by holding hands with the girl he likes. "Let's go in there!" Y/N pointed out. It was a small closet. Jaehwan nodded and the both of them slid through the door, silently shutting it when they went in.

"Hopefully he'll skip looking through here," Y/N whispered. Jaehwan nodded once again, although it wasn't seen due to the dark room. He couldn't make any verbal noise. The smell of her hair, the closeness of both bodies, he was in heaven. But, the awkward atmosphere should be fixed. The male thought of some possible topics of conversation, when he thought of what Taekwoon mentioned earlier.

"So, Y/N-ah, I've been thinking," he began, "Why have you been visiting often?" He felt the girl shirt uncomfortably in position. Oh how he regretted asking that now. "W-well that's um, kind of personal," she started. "But I'll be willing to tell you if you're willing to listen." "Oh-uh, yes please." Jaehwan fidgeted with his hands. "Ok, so currently I've been having trouble with college. My grades are slowly declining because the classes I have are very different and I have issues understanding the lesson. I've been visiting often for help from Hongbin and Hakyeon. Plus, the six of you guys are really fun to hang out with and it helps me relieve some stress," Y/N sighed. Although he couldn't see, Jaehwan knew the girl's face was very depressed. He put his arms around her form.

"Don't worry Y/N-ah. We-" He paused to re-word it. "I'm here for you. I'll make sure to make you smile every time you visit!" He had on his usual happy expression. "After all, I am your hope!" Y/N giggled, bringing a soft smile upon Jaehwan's face. Suddenly, a flash of light came across the two's features. "Aha! Found you guys!" Taekwoon grinned. He pulled on the arms of the two and started leading them to the lounge area. "Move faster!" Y/N, your brother has been looking for you ever since I found him." '...Brother?' Jaehwan's mind buzzed in confusion. Since when did Y/N have a brother? When did he start playing hide-and-seek with them? Huh?

The trio made thier way into the resting room. When they made it through the door, Y/N removed her wrist from the oldest's hand and ran to Hongbin.

"Oppaaa!" she trailed, hugging the guy. He reciprocated her actions, patting her head as well.

"Where have you been? We've been looking for you for a while now!" Y/N smiled cheekily.

"We won! We hid in a place you guys would never look in."

"Well you should've heard us calling for you. Do you know how much your handsome, talented older brother has been looking for you?" Y/N rolled her eyes.

"Yes, yes. I get it. But she won!" She rolled her eyes at him.

The people in the room started laughing at the Y/N's childish antics. The only one dazed was Jaehwan. He started putting two and two together, piece by piece.

"Wait," the others turned to Jaehwan's attention. "So, Y/N and Hongbin are...siblings?"

Everyone burst into a laughing fit. Jaehwan still maintaining a totally puzzled expression.

"Y-you didn't k-know? He told you guys when he introduced m-me," Y/N spoke between giggles. A look of realization dawned on his face. So that day, when he didnt hear the rest of what his hyung said, he was telling them that Y/N was his sister!?

Everyone was still having trouble breathing, and Jaehwan started laughing with them. He couldn't believe how stupid he was. His jealousy raged over his senses to understand anything anymore. But now that he knows of the proper situation, his issue with Hongbin has disappeared. Thinking of his own stupidity, Jaehwan chuckled. His muddled mind was finally fixed. Although one thought stayed the same. The thought to win Y/N's heart. He just had to try a bit less now.
