Next day we drove to my cousin Raj's house, which was situated in south surrey.
"Let me help you with that,.." I got out of the car, opened the door for her, and held her purse while she unfolded her cane.
"Anu!" I saw Raj coming from his house along with his wife Geeta.
"Man, so good to see you, sorry I couldn't attend the lunch with you guys." He hugged me.
"No problem, that's why we came here.now you can have 3 time meals with us." I joked.
"Any way, this is my wife, Diya. And Diya meet my mom's only nephew Raj Chandra, and his wife Geeta Chandra."
"It's nice meeting you." Diya said.
"Geeta why don't you take Diya inside with you, mean while I will help Anu with carrying luggage." Raj said.
Geeta nodded and took Diya with her.
Geeta was very sweet and nice to me,
Anuraag and Raj were sitting in the living-room their laughter could be heard here in kitchen, Geeta was preparing for the lunch, with the help of her maid Nisha, who has been working for Raj's family since he was 12 and now he is 34. Geeta is in her early thirties. They have a 6 year old son, name Suraj.
"Everyone, lunch is ready." Geeta said.
"This looks delicious, what do we have...oh briyaani and grilled chicken,...this is amazing!" Raj said, excitedly.
"Wait what are you having, aren't you Vegetarian?" Anuraag whispered in my ear.
"Don't worry Anuraag! I have made vegetarian meal for her," Geeta interjected sarcastically.
"O-oh!"
Geeta served the meal to everyone and sat next to me. Everyone was enjoying their food, sharing their best childhood moments with hilarious stories.
When one time Anuraag, called his aunt, orange aunty, because she was obsessed with orange, most of the time she would wear orange cloths. Raj told me that Anuraag was grounded for 1 month.
Anuraag tried to stop Raj, to not tell me more, but Raj manged his way to convey their stories, I have never laughed this much in my whole life. For a moment I felt like I was in my home with my own people.

The hysteria of their laugh, echoed in the room.
Later Geeta helped me, with unpacking my luggage.
"So do you like Canada?" Geeta asked.
"I don't know yet...as it's too early to say anything about it." I said admittedly.
"Understandable,—so what you do think about Anu?" She asked sounding curious.
"He's a good guy—
"That I know! I mean do you— are you guys close?"
"Oh-we are?" I said nervously.
"Sorry I didn't mean to be blunt...but the way he looks at you, is evident that he likes."
"Yeah, he cares about me a lot..." I admitted, shyly.
Now she has mentioned it, it got me thinking that, does he like me? But if he do like me then why?
"Diya are you in there?"
"Yes Anu, she's with me" Geeta replied.
"I will leave you guys." With that I heard her footsteps towards outside.
"Diya, wear your jacket, we are going for walk to the beach."
"Isn't it snowing outside?" I asked.
"No, in-fact today is surprisingly pleasant day, though still a little cold." He replied.
"I will be outside in a min." I replied.
I quickly wore my jacket, and head outside. We both walked through few streets until we reach to the beach.
The sound of ocean was calming, my hair flew with salty cold breeze.
"This way..." he led me by my arm , and help me to sit on a rock. I felt warm faint rays of sun along with cold breeze.
"Is sun is setting?" I asked.
"Yes, and it's beautiful...." he paused.
"My sky must be clouded during dusk, but the bright orange rays of setting sun, has painted my sky with new hope for tomorrow...." He said.
I was amused "Do you write?"
"No but..It was only line I was able to say, which was random." He sounded shy.
I smiled softly, "what else do you see in sky?" I asked interestedly.
"So now I am a storyteller?" He asked amusedly.

"No, but I like hearing things from you and your perspective...I think your imagination is beautiful."
"You think so?"
"Of course." I smiled.
We sat there for a while, feeling the air, hearing calming ocean waves sound, and living the moment in silence.
"Are you ready to go home?" He asked softly interrupting.
"Yes," I replied.
He helped me to get up from the rock, his hand were ice old.
"Your hands are ice cold." I held his hands in mine.
"Trust me, I am not a vampire." He chuckled.
I laughed with him.
She held my hands in hers, "your hands are ice cold."
"Trust me I am not a vampire." I chuckled.
She laughed with me, we both walked to the nearest coffee shop.
"One pumpkin Latte and one black coffee, please."
The cashier typed my order. And handed me the receipt, I waited for a while, and later with my order I joined Diya.
"Here's your latte." I said
"Thank you."
We both got comfortable while drinking our beverages, she finally started to open with me. And not to forgot, the most unexpected thing happened.
I saw her...my ex Tina, in the coffee shop.
She waved at me.
"Hey Anuraag!!! So this is your new toy!" Tina said.
"Anuraag, Who's this?"
"Yes, Anuraag tell her who am I?"
"Diya, this is Tina, she used to go university with me." I replied uninterestedly.
"His ex-girlfriend to be precise!" Tina exclaimed wickedly.
"I am Diya, his wife." There was possessiveness in her tone or it was my feelings.
"You got married, to this "plain Jane!" Tina said, with disgust in her voice.
"Diya, lets go we are getting late." I held Diya's hand.
She stood up from her chair. Her hand wrapped around me.
We both walked out, from the coffee shop.
"I don't want to be annoying, but are you okay?" She asked.
"Yes" I replied.
"Well you don't sound okay to me. Tell me."
"I broke up with her last year, I thought she left the country, but now she's back." I replied.
"So you are sad, that she's came back?"
"No, I am angry that she has the audacity to insult you!" I replied in rage.
"Oh.." her word were lost.
We both silently walk to the house.
"How was your walk?" Raj asked.
"It was good."
"You don't sound good..what is it man?" He asked tapping my shoulder.
"I saw, Tina, at the coffee shop."
"Your ex! What did she do this time?" He asked.
"She insulted my wife, in front of me."
"I hope you didn't argue with her, you know it's a time waste!" He said.
"I am aware of that, that's why I didn't say anything.."
"So when are you leaving for the meeting with dad?" I asked
"Uncle and I are leaving tomorrow evening...he also mentioned that you are not coming?" He raised his eyebrow.
"No, I am not. I am taking Diya, to our new house tomorrow, but don't tell her, it's a surprise"
"Oh, nice, where did you buy the house?" He asked.
"Countryside, a bigger yet comfy place, I loved it, when I saw it first time." I said.
"Since when do you like, bigger house or comfy and especially in countryside ?"
"Since she came in my life, my condo in Vancouver is nice, but it's surrounded by the skyscrapers, crowded neighbourhood." I reasoned him.
"Radical!" He replied. "Looks like Mr. grumpy CEO is turning into a lover boy. I like it!" He winked teasingly.
I shook my head in disbelief.

Bone Dungeon: Book 1 in the Elemental Dungeon Series
Ryan doesn't remember much about his life before becoming a dungeon core. Only that he had a bit of a disagreement with the church -- something to do with a beheading? Now reborn, Ryan begins to arm his darkness dungeon with devious traps, bestial zombies and ill-named skeletal creations, without doing anything too evil. Well, mostly. Some adventurers just deserve a stalactite to the head. But Ryan quickly learns being a darkness dungeon isn't all loot and bone puns. With a necromancer on the rise and the Adventurer's Guild watching his every move, he must prove that not all darkness dungeons are malevolent... even if they do have a few skeletons in their caverns. Sadly, all of these issues keep distracting him from his own guilty pleasure, skeletal fight club.
