Two weeks passed since the meeting with gajeel and the effects had begun to take effect on the demon and dragon slayers.

"This sucks.." Lucy complained as she sat down. "I told you" lavender looked at her while leaning against her shoulder. "You didn't say it was this bad" she retorted and lavender shrugged. "How in the world did you deal with this?!" Natsu complained as lavender shrugged again. "It's painful but I can manage now I'm going to the bathroom" she told them and left the group.

As she was walking she started to feel hotter then before.

Gray being an ice mage and demon slayer, he's managed to not lose himself. He'd seen lavender walking to the bathroom but then hold her stomach, confused he went to her to see what was wrong.

Only getting two feet to her that he started to feel hot. To him it was weird cause he's an ice mage, but really it's the side effects of mating season.

He got to her and started to smell marshmallow's, "lavender what's wrong?" He asked and she looked at him sweating. "N-nothing I'm fine!" She tried to assure him she was fine when really she's in heat. "Why am I smelling marshmallows?" He asked her and she looked confused "marshmallows?" She asked and he nodded.

He leaned into her and she shrank back a bit, the heat increasing a bit. He sniffed the air around her, he looked at her while she raised an eyebrow, "you smell like marshmallows" he told her and they were both confused.

"Uh, okay...? I'm going to the bathroom, bye!" She quickly told him and basically ran to the bathroom. As she closed the bathroom door, she slid down breathing heavily as her heat increased.

"W...what was t-that?!" She was so confused on what just happened. When she was around gray she felt as if she'll lose herself and he's her crush.

"Why did mating season have to come now!?" She groaned as she lifted herself off the floor and went to use the bathroom.
