The chemistry in the room was like electricity Zephyr had never Jacques so in tune with what he was doing, not even back at home in Mo City. This was different she paid close attention to the way he was carrying himself, he looked as almost there wasn't an ounce of stress weighing on his shoulders. Which she was happy about but she knew better. Although she could tell Jacques was in a different frame of mind she also knew that her best friend still had a chip on his shoulder about how things went down with his parents.
Zephyr was still shook herself about the whole ordeal and how things went down but she didn't let it way heavy on her. Pointing the old school Polaroid towards the back of Jacques she took a quick snapshot of him as he skillfully moved across the sound board. The photo slid out and she gave it a good shake before laying it down on the arm of the couch she found herself residing in since she got here.
Slowly but surely the photo developed and the image came to front. A sense of pride swelled in her heart as she stared at it. This was all her Jacques talked about and here he is. Here they are, Jacques didn't forget about her and that's what made her love him even more. They promised each other forever and always, Birds.
" Come on Z, going to get something to eat. "
Jacques voice broke Zephyr out of her small moment in her head. Securing her cameras in her bag she grabbed Jacques hand and led the way out of the studio. The lights from the foyer of T.I's home almost blinded the pair due to them being in the dim lights of the downstairs studio for hours on end.

" Let me go tell him we're dipping then we can head out to the hotel. " Jacques baritone voice sounded before he pressed his lips to the side her head.

" Do you think they hate me lil dove ? " Jacques husky voice whispered loud enough for Zephyr to hear.
The currently in the hotel room laying in bed. After a hot shower and two blunts later the two were now sitting in silence thinking. That's all they could do, for some weird reason things have turned around for them so fast and the only explanation they could come up with was the man up stairs. Zephyr moves her head over Jacques heart and sighed letting out a chest full of air.
" No, they still love you baby Jacques. "
" Nah, I don't think so dove. "
Jacques chest was heavy with emotion and even though he was laid up with his better half at the moment that still didn't change the fact that his mental was fucked. He knew deep down that this was all for the greater good but he despised the way things had went down. Did he regret this ? No. Did he want his parents support and acceptance ? Hell yes. But that was something he could hold off on for right now. Jacques knew the stigma that came along with being a black creative trying to gain support from parents. It was the ugly truth but black parents simply didn't care for their child's creativity unless it brought money to the table.
" Prove them wrong but don't ever think for once that they don't love you. You just have to make this shit shake the right way and show them why they shouldn't have doubted you in the first place. "

I'm so sorry that I have been neglecting this book I've just had a lot of things going on right now and I also I had another story I wanted to sort of piece together. With that being said I will be continuing this book hopefully with more updates in mind. Once again thanks for the support.
P.S
This was just a filler and I'm sorry it was so short but it does address something that I have been dealing with personally recently.

Dungeon Darwinism: Deepest Dungeon
Dungeons are a lot like sea turtles. They’re born in clutches of dozens, if not hundreds. A hundred may be born at one time, buried in still burning cities, or in forests where the canopy hides the sky, or in ocean trenches at the bottom of the sea. But only one in a clutch ever makes it to the surface. Everyone knows about dungeons— monstrous factories that emerge out of the earth, full of riches and Arcana and power— and monsters. But most of humanity only know about the dungeons that make it. Mark doesn’t know anything about dungeons. He isn’t from this world, and only as a victim of circumstance has he become an unwilling half of a dungeoncore. The other half is a Dark Lord. (Rewrite)

There is a demand for rare creatures such as Elloreah among the Mythic black markets. Mingan cannot turn a blind eye knowing what will become of her should she fall prey to poachers.
