《Supernatural Imagines》You're Cute When You're Upset- Gabriel

"I don't think that'll work," you heard from behind you and another exasperated sigh left your lips. You let the steel bars slip out of your hands and jumped off the crates that previously boosted you up. After your feet hit the ground, you were facing the dumb ass angel that had got you into this mess, and your arms crossed over your chest. "This is an all metal bunker, and unless you can break metal, those bars aren't comin' off the windows, and that door's staying shut."
"Why don't you try something instead of just shooting down all my ideas?" you huffed, glaring at him.
"I already told you," he said, tossing a piece of candy into his mouth, "this place is angel proofed from top to bottom." You were stunned at how casual he could be about this.
"And you couldn't sense that with your angel voodoo before we came down here?" you exclaimed, pulling out your phone to check again for a signal. "" you sighed.
Gabriel scoffed at that. "I believe that your buddies the Winchesters were the ones who assigned you as my babysitter, so, if you want to blame someone, blame them," he said, continually calm despite the situation.
"How the hell are you so calm right now? We're trapped in an angel warded bunker with no way of getting out, and no cell service so who knows how long we'll be down here? And for the record, you were the one who thought the demon we're looking for was down here so, I think it's perfectly fine to blame you." You shoved the phone that now proved useless back into your pocket and heard a chuckle from Gabriel.
"" You turned back to him quickly, a look of pure astonishment on your face.

"I'm sorry, what?" you scoffed, but he was still set on giving you a smirk.
"Just pointing out a fact. You kinda purse your lips and get all tense..it's cute," he repeated, drawing out another scoff from you.
"You really think flirting with me is going to help right now?"
"I personally think flirting can never hurt so, yeah," he said with a smile, and you tried to suppress the blush on your cheeks.
"You're unbelievable..." you sighed through an eye roll.
"Why thank you. I'd like to think so." You rolled your eyes again, climbing up a few crates to reach the other window.
You tried to look through the bars and out into your surroundings, but with only about a foot of clearance, this proved difficult. Whilst trying to peer into the world around this bunker, you couldn't help but feel like you were being watched. And since there was only one other person in the room, you hoped your feeling was wrong.
"You know, I'd say it's not worth a try, but I like the view," Gabriel said, and you were just about ready to punch him.
"Why the hell are you choosing now to start flirting up a god damn storm with me?" you snapped, turning to face him who was still standing in the same spot on the ground.
"Timing's never been right," he shrugged. "But right now, all we got is time until the mouth breather Winchesters find us. I hate to say it, but our hands are tied." His voice showed no trace of disappointment with this situation.
Never wanting to admit he was right out loud, you hopped off the box again and started pacing around the room. "You know," Gabe's voice was right behind you, and effectively scared the hell out of you. After you jumped out of fear, your body was facing his, a lot closer than before. "I've wanted to flirt with you before. More, actually."

"Oh is that so?" you asked, your voice just dripping with sass.
"Yeah, I just knew if I did anything, Thing One and Thing Two would probably holy fire my ass again," he said with a wisp of a smile, his eyes flicking down to your lips before meeting your own eyes again. Have his eyes always been the same color as whiskey in the sunlight?
"Well, I don't know about Sam and Dean, but I for one would kick your ass. I don't care that you're an angel," you said, voice only wavering a few times when you spoke. The closeness of the two of you was a tad nerve racking.
A smirk was once again present on his features, but this time it wasn't smug but more...entertained, or endeared maybe? Whatever emotion it was, caused his eyes to have this warmth and kindness behind them. That combined with his proximity, you had this need to kiss him.
Before either of you could do anything else, the door burst open, and in came Sam and Dean. Despite knowing you and Gabriel weren't the only ones in the room anymore, it still took you a second to step away from him.
"We were, interrupting anything were we?" Sam asked, while Dean's face was a mixture of shock and rage.
"Of course not," you answered, just now breaking eye contact with the archangel.
"Well, what have you guys been doing? We kinda needed your help with the demons," Dean added, still looking between you two skeptically.
"The door was locked and I don't know if you can see those windows, but there's no getting out of those," you said walking toward the door.
"It wasn't locked though," Sam stated slowly, as if it was obvious knowledge. You stopped dead in your tracks, looking back to Gabriel, who was looking away as if to appear unassuming.
"Unlocked huh? Hm, did you know that, Trickster?" Your voice was full of anger, but Gabriel still remained calm.
"I don't know what you're talking about," he smirked, popping a piece of candy into his mouth and strolling past you.

Marrow
Marrow was old... older than me or you. Older than the nation he lived in. And older than anyone he knew. Which is not surprising, because he did not know anyone else. He had been sitting, or perhaps leaning is the more apt expression, in a closet for many, many years, and had done nothing but stare. But eating, or rather chewing, a spider opened up another world to him. A world with a voice that was talking to him - to HIM! Marrow did not get what the voice was saying, but that was secondary at this point. And Marrow started to feel restless. Nuff said. If you like a sometimes quirky skeleton as the main character and want to ride along for its coming of age, or perhaps rather coming of sapience story... give it a shot. It is a litrpg context with skills, levels, heroes and monsters... and a skeleton. Not sure yet how fast the skeleton will level... we'll have to wait and see. As a disclaimer... this is my secondary novel... my main story is ongoing and most of my time is dedicated to that. As such, new chapters will, at first, be rather infrequent and irregular. If things go well, I may shift more attention to the story, but we shall see how things go.

Myth of The World's Trees
And Simon answered their call with a single statement that nobody understood "Et super mos absit hoc hodie!" "Yah!" "WWWaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!" "AAAlllllaaaaallllaaaaallllaaaa!" "EeEEellllleeeeeelllllleeeeeeuuuuuuu!" I, too, yelled a battle cry at the top of my lungs. I had no idea what Simon had just spouted but from Camilla's giggling, I could guess that Simon thought that spouting nonsense was his way of getting out of the earlier predicament. "I forbid death upon this day," Camilla said. "What?" I answered a bit at a loss. "Ancient Latin," she replied smugly, "He said 'I forbid death upon this day'." I laughed aloud "Then he is gonna be really disappointed in everyone here," Camilla did not reply and instead took a deep breath. I did the same, zoning out everything in my surroundings. The environment became a world of electrical pulses traveling across several networks. I perceived the world through my lightning and sped my heartbeat to inhuman levels. I was present now, at this moment, at this point in time. I could feel the electrifying air saturating my lungs, the electrified ground vibrating at the rhythm of the approaching enemy. Then I took a step forward, everyone followed in tandem. Camilla the first, and then the others. Then I took a second step, and this time everyone followed simultaneously. Third step… Fourth step… Fifth step… Then light jogging… Speeding up… Running … Running faster…. Then suddenly, everyone disappeared into motes of light particles that re-constructed itself hundreds of feet above the horde, dozens of miles away from our initial position. We were literally 'diving' into battle.-------------------------------------------------------------------Despite a rough childhood in the slums, Omari had everything a guy could want - a loving girlfriend, an understanding sister, a wonderful teacher, and his dream job. (Side Project for now)In a futuristic alternate reality, the creators of nanotech team up with the VR capsule company to create a capsule where one could stay it in for a year at a time before having to leave. These capsules could be use for rehab and even reconstruction! Eventually, Buzzard, the largest gaming company in the world, created a new VRMMO with 99% realism pending the new capsules, of course the rate dropped to 97% with normal capsules and 90% with the old fashioned visor systems. Unfortunately, the new capsules cost $100,000 and not many people can afford them, either way the new game World of Destiny was a hit with over 110 million subscriptions!Meet our tragic MC Feng Jun, an injured psychopath that simply wants to get his next kill. He has no MO, he doesn't even care if what he kills is an insect let alone a person. He just has to kill every once in awhile to scratch his itch. Up til an injury that left him without a leg, he was able to make do simply killing insects as no one cared and he didn't even have to visit any doctors about it. People just thought he hated bugs! But after his injury he has been suck at his home not being able to do anything! Fortunately he is rich and spends most of his time playing MMOs since normal VRMMOs don't work well with his injury as the realism setting always keeps him with only one leg! But what will he do with a new opportunity to rebuild his leg with nanotech? Knowing he has to spend a year in the game minimum for something like this, he sets a goal to insure he doesn't go crazy (er) without having stuff to kill. This is a VRMMO story where the game is closer to zhan long than royal road with a few twists here and there. The world outside of the game is sci fi and has very little impact at least for the first year due to obvious reasons. No gore or explicit sex in this story, if cursing requires a mature tag I will add it later, this story is at best PG-13. Tragedy is for his circumstances and previous life, the game itself isn't tragic at all as it's just a game more or less.(This story will be put out alongside my main story whenever I feel like it for now, no set schedule at this time)
