The day finally ends, and I can't get rid of this damn puppy from my mind I could barely even concentrate in class today let alone have time for Mark and his rambles.

"Hey, angel so how about we hangout today"

"I'm sorry Mark but I have to get home"

"Umm... well okay I'll see you later though, right?"

"I don't know Mark bye"

I quickly wave getting into my car heading home anxious to have this puppy in my site again. Maybe I was a little bitchy to Mark today but it's for a good reason though a puppy who is beyond adorable and so tiny I can't resist that much cuteness.

I almost run through the door looking for the puppy everywhere until I finally spot him lying under the coffee table.

"Come here Ricky come on" I call out to him; he runs over, and I catch him in my arms scratching the top of his head which he seems to like. "Aren't you a good boy" I coo while making my way up to my room to change from my clothes into something more comfortable.

"Okay so what do you want to do now...how about a movie" I get up from bed putting in 'The Conjuring' before going back to bed with Ricky snuggling to the side of me while we watch it together.

Halfway through the movie I feel Ricky shaking next to me. "Aww baby are you scared I'll turn it off" I pause the movie and turn on the lights. He looks so adorable I couldn't help but kiss the top of his head to make him feel better.

"Abby are you home" Ethan shouts but I don't respond back I'm too focused on calming my little Ricky down.

"Baby girl?" Ethan says opening my door slightly peeping his head in to look at me. "There you are why didn't you say you were home" I snuggle up closer to Ricky before answering "me and Ricky were watching a movie" he smiles when he noticed Ricky lying next to me.

"I see him and thought of you. I knew you'd love him" he comes in all the way getting in bed with me and Ricky. "Thank you and Liam for giving me him" I say putting my head onto his arm.

"We wanted him to be here when we aren't" Liam says from the doorway, he shuts the lights back off and walks over getting in in the other side of me while Ricky lays in the middle, I laugh looking at us.

"What's so funny?"

"We look like a little family"

"That's because we are"

I smile and get comfortable while Ethan finds another movie for us to watch.

"I love you all so much"

"We love you to Babygirl"

Me and Ricky play around the house while the twins are out getting him more toys and dog chow.

"Come find me Ricky" I giggle when I see his little paws running towards me, I yelp running away from him laughing loudly until a knock sound at the door. "I'm coming" I pick up Ricky from the floor and answer the door.

"Oh, hey Mark why are you up to"

"Can I come in"

"Sure"

We head to the backyard sitting at the table I look down at my baby in my hands and melt all over again at his sleeping face he's been the highlight of my mornings knowing when to wake me up for school and then when I come home, we play until we both pass out on my bed or the twins wherever we end up last.

The twins have been so sweet and loving to Ricky and understand how much he means to me it makes me happy that I'm not the only one knowing how adorable my little guy is.

"So wassup"

"Abby you've been avoiding me all week ever since you've got that dog you haven't had time for me"

"That's not true Mark and his name is Ricky"

"I don't care what its name is Abby you always say we'll hang out later, but we never do, and I was wondering what has got your attention and it's that thing" he says with disgust as he looks at my poor Ricky, I looked at him shocked how can't you love Ricky's face he's so adorable.

"Mark I really don't know what's got into you, but you will not disrespect Ricky he's done nothing to you" I speak defending Ricky but Mark scuffs rolling his eyes at my comment.

"He has done something wrong I'm here trying to talk to you so we can get back what we had but every time I try, he gets in the way I'm tired of coming second and especially to a dog" I stand up putting Ricky inside of his doggie bed that's outside before turning back to Mark.

"Mark, I think you should leave if your here to disrespect my baby than you shouldn't be here" I spat at him trying to control my anger, but he was only pushing my buttons further by laughing "Baby? Really Abby you're calling a dog your baby what's wrong with you"

"WHATS WRONG WITH ME? WHATS WRONG WITH YOU" I shout in his face causing Ricky to wake up coming to my rescue barking at Marks leg.

"Why are you choosing a dog over me Abby I mean I'm here for you I'll always be here for you not some dumb dog"

"That's it Mark I want you out of my house and don't talk to me ever again" I pull his arm leading him to the front door pushing him out.

"Okay I'm sorry Abby I just-" I slam the door in his face and lock it. I pick up Ricky and we head up to Ethan's room laying on his bed.

"I'm sorry you had to see that baby he was being really mean to you" I stare at the ceiling; I don't know what happened Mark is usually so calm and sweet but now he's jealous of Ricky and that's not alright.

Ricky lays on my chest nuzzling his face deeper on my chest making me smile at how cute he is. He really does have a way of making me feel better.

"Baby girl why is Mark standing outside" I run downstairs with Ricky not far behind me. "He was being very mean to Ricky, so I kicked him out and told him I didn't ever want to see him again" I says hugging onto Liam, he picks me up kissing my face causing me to burst out in a fit of giggles.

"What all did he say baby"

"I really don't want to talk about it, or I'll get anger again, I thought he was sweeter but now I don't think so" I nuzzle my face in the crock of his neck.

"Can we have a movie night"

"Of course, anything for you baby"

"You guys are so sweet" I kiss his lips while he leads us into the living room.
