Me and Liam finally went off to bed after a long talk of how we planned to keep our Abby but something inside of me tells me that Mark is going to try even harder. I knew they loved each other but now she's our we are finally happy I don't want to lose her to anyone ever.

After I've finished my shower, I open the door that leads to my room and a smile spread across my face. My baby girl spreads across my bed as light snores fill the room, quietly I walk and slip in next to her leaving a little distance so she could move around if she wanted. Turning my back to her I close my eyes drifting off to sleep.

Few hours later

"Daddy please wake up please" I hear a soft voice that sounds like it's been crying, I open my eyes and come face to face with Abby and her tear-stained face I quickly sit up wrapping her in my arms.

"What's wrong baby girl? Did you have a bad dream" I ask rocking her back and forth "t-thunder" she says softly, and I look to the window to see that's it's pouring raining outside. "Aww baby girl it's okay daddy's here now I won't let it get you" I coo into her hair while trying to get her to calm down and she does.

The thunder sounds through the house making her jump even more. I try to hold her still, but she wiggles out of my hold and runs out of the room, I get up from bed quickly running after her. She enters Liam's room and lays up under him causing him to wake up.

"What's wrong baby?" He asks as he holds her tighter to him.

"She's scared of the thunder Liam"

"It's raining?"

"Yeah, dumb ass"

"I didn't even hear it"

"Because you sleep heavy as hell"

After Abby is sound asleep under Liam I turn to leave and back to my room.

"No don't go stay with me and Liam please" I hear her say, it surprised me a little because I thought she was asleep.

"No baby girl I need to sleep in my own bed"

"Ethan stay if you and Liam are here, I won't be scared anymore"

I stay silent for a while contemplating if I should or shouldn't accept, I mean the bed is big enough but she's a wild sleeper she needs more room to move.

"Daddy please"

Those words made me give in so quickly, I get into bed next to her while Liam is on the other side of her caressing her hair. She smiles and kisses me deeply I would've taken it further, but I know we all need sleep tonight tomorrow will be better than today let's just hope Mark doesn't do anything like today trying to steal her heart back.

"Baby girl it's time to wake up or you're going to be late for school" I shake her awake causing her to groan and flip over. "Please baby girl you have to wake up okay" I try again hoping she'll give in and wake up already, but it doesn't work either.

"Liam she won't wake up" I shout, he comes in the room with a plate of food in his hands making his way over to her. "How's food going to help she needs to wake up" I say confused. He waves me off and kneels down to her level waving the food in her face, she quickly gets up like someone pressed an alarm in her head.

"Give me that" she says snatching away the plate from Liam while he smiles at her. "Wait that's why you brought the plate to wake her up" I said making sense of his plan all along.

"Thank me later but first baby can you do us a favor and please get ready you have....... one hour until you need to be at school" he says trying to convince her to hurry up, but she looks as if she doesn't want to move from her spot.

"Well, if you don't go to school, you won't see Mark now will you" he says, and I look at him as if he's grown two heads. "Okay..." she says getting up from bed and leaving the room, when I'm sure that she's gone I slap Liam upside his head.

"What the fuck man why would you say that to her"

"Relax it's all part of my plan get Abby to school and...."

"And...?"

"Well, I'll let you know when the time comes but right now get ready for work brother see you in a few" he leaves the room heading back downstairs, I shake my head not knowing what Liam has planned I just need to go with it I guess I know he wouldn't risk Mark having our Abby back, so I'll play along. I go to my room quickly taking a shower and getting dressed for today I hope Liam's plan work whatever it is.

Finally making it to school on time I go inside and quickly head to my classroom before the late bell rings.

"Ms. Jones thank you for joining us today please take a seat" I quickly make my way to my seat whispering a quiet apology to the teacher.

"Hey, you look...very nice today" I turn my head making eye contact with Zack, I look all around to see who he was referring to but the whole class was quietly reading to themselves.

"I'm talking about you Abby" he laughs lightly, I'm taken aback by his compliment and him actually saying something that's nice. "Umm... thank you Zack..." I say before reading quietly trying not to look at Zack.

Someone knocks at the door causing the whole class eyes to go to the noise. Our teacher opens the door, and my eyes go wide when I see that it's Liam and Ethan coming through the door. I hear the girls in my class whispers and giggles at them I smile knowing those two are mine and mine only. I stand up walking to the front of the class where they both were.

"Hi why are you two here"

"Well, we had a surprise for you, but Liam over here couldn't wait so we thought we'll give it to you now"

"At school...okay"

Liam pulls something out of the bag he was holding making me and the whole class gasp.

"A puppy!" I squeal holding my hand over my mouth it's so adorable I can't stop looking at it.

"Can I hold him please" I beg, they hand him over and the class aww "what's his name" I ask playing with his little ears "whatever you want it to be" I think about it for a while until I have one "I think Ricky should be his name"

"Alright we'll take him now"

"No! what? why?"

"Abby you can't have a pet with you in school you'll get him back once you come home later"

I hesitate but give back Ricky knowing that they were right I couldn't keep him while I'm in school, but he was really cute. We say our goodbyes before they leave the class.

"You're so lucky I wish my brothers would give me a puppy while I'm in class" someone says from the side of me, I smile at the thought of my 'Brothers' and how we are way past brother and sister, but no one needs to know that yet.

"Yeah, I am lucky"
