You and Rock were currently at the beach for a publicity date the studio sent you on. It was to promote your new movie and you and Rock got along beautifully. From the first day you clicked and it was a good thing, too. He was your best friend and this to you was more like a friendly hangout at the beach and getting paid for it.
You and Rock were photographed sitting on the sand together, walking along the shore. He surprised you by carrying you over his shoulder and throwing you into the cold water. You couldn't help but laugh along with him. He pulled you to your feet and wrapped his arm around your waist while knowing where the camera was. He bent down and pressed a kiss to your lips, holding you tightly against him.
You kissed back, wrapping your arms around his shoulders. You heard the camera flash multiple times before you two pulled away. The photographer smiled and made a 'perfect' gesture with his hand.
"It looks like we got all the shots we need." the photographer said before going to pack up extra equipment.
"We can stay here as long as you want." Rock said. You took his hand and continued to walk onto the shore line. It started to get dark out but you didn't mind. You've always wanted to go to the beach at night.
At this point you and Rock were in your swim cover-ups and were sitting on a towel spread on the sand. You sat between his legs with your back to his chest. You were watching the waves and looking at the silvery reflection from the moon.
"This is probably the best date I've ever been on." You said.
"Me too. Maybe it's because I actually consider you a friend versus some of my previous co-stars." he chuckled.

"Well, I'm very honored," you laughed, "I'm glad I finally got to come to the beach at night. It's very beautiful just like I hoped."
"Yeah, it is pretty nice out here. Not many people either."
You looked around, taking in the whole scene. The smell of the ocean, the sound of the waves crashing, the sand beneath you, being in the arms of your best friend.
"This is absolutely beautiful." You were in a daze. You closed your eyes, Rock pulled you closer, you were laying next to him now and he had a protective arm across your waist.
He pressed a kiss to your cheek and laid down next to you. You two laid there in peaceful silence, falling asleep under the moon.
