《Diavolo Reader x Vento Aureo》Chapter 2

Due to my being her and Doppio, I convinced her, but she has me working as a sort of manager. I check to make sure they do their jobs. I know myself well enough to know she's testing my loyalty to her. I would too. I was walking to La Squadra's base, when Requiem appeared I should ask her a question.
Me: Excuse me, Requiem, why was I released?
Requiem: The reason I chose why to release you when I did, wasn't actually my choice, I just chose to have you brought back.
Me: What happened?
Requiem: Well, my user's, Step-dad? Dad's boyfriend, used hi stand which has infinite speed, to reset the universe. This reset, caused you to be freed. However, he is using it now, against a member of Giorno's family, in another timeline now. The only reason you aren't affected, is because you are dead. No one here is affected because it's a seperate timeline. Does that makes sense?
Me: Universe reset caused my death to be reset as well, and I was brought here, unaffected due to my being deceased.
Requiem: Look at you! All smart and stuff. You win a gold star! If I had any.
We arrived at the duo I really want out of the way's place. Chocoman, and his pet Yoshi. I walked in, only to see Secco on the floor, and Cioccolata looking over a shelf with videos.
Me: um, I was sent by the boss for a monthly check in. Are you two Secco and Cioccolata?
Cioccolata: Of course! Come in, come in!
I walked in cautiously and looked around.
Cioccolata: Here! Have a seat!
I just glared at him, and skipped time. He seemed confused, only for me to tap him on his shoulder.
Me: I know how your stands work. I wonder where Secco went?

Cioccolata's eyes widend, only for him to see Secco confused and a few feet from where he was. He sighed and let me do my inspection, and check their sales. I finished up, and got on the road to the next place, only to hear a voice behind me.
???: You wouldn't happen to be Y/n would you?
I raised an eyebrow, and he summoned a stand.
??: Since you can see it, you must be. I am here for info on the boss. If you don't tell me, I'll be forced to use my stand, Venom.
I raised an eyebrow and smirked.
Me: What does your stand do, exactly?
??: I don't need to tell you. Now, tell me what I need to know or I'll have to kill you.
Me: Oh really?
I looked over and saw Requiem holding a phone and bluetooth speaker.
Requiem: What? This is your theme. Well, your theme for now, before you rage later in this fight.
Me: Before I what?
I was suddenly launched back.
Requiem: Oh boy here it comes! This is my favorite part!
?: You see, my stand is the fastest there is, 'Boss'.
Me:....What did you call me?
Bastard: You heard me boss, youre a lot weaker than I expected.
Dead son of a bitch!: Then again, you are younger too.
I smirked and readied Venom, only for him to glare at me through his hair. Why am I getting chills?
Geez, his stand is creepy too. Considering it's midnight, and he looks pissed, this should be an easy win.
What the hell? I heard an echoing laugh, and saw a gold and purple figure for a split second. Was that a stand? No, Venom can't smell anyone around. What the hell? Suddenly the main face of his stand grew a sadistic smirk, and the pink one got a look of anger. He took a step towards me, and the ground cracked. What the hell is that?! It looks like I'm staring into an abyss! Y/n chuckled darkly before taking another step. I stepped back, and he walked towards me, placing a hand on my shoulder. I went to summon Venom, only for it to appear, but when it threw a punch, it started cracking like the ground.

Y/n: Considerati perso nel tempo. 「」
My eyes widend, and he took his hand off. He pulled away and fixed his hair. How did I get here? Who am I? That guy looks tired, I should offer him some help.
Me: Excuse me sir, can i help you?
Suddenly a shrill shriek filled my ears, and when it died down, all I heard was a laugh.
I turned around.
Gah! What the hell is that!?
I looked around, and saw I erased him from all time. You see, that's King Crimson's true ability. I never skipped time, I merely left it, and everyone else was abandoned. This time, I brought him with me, and left. That's why Giovanna never encounters him. I smirked to myself and returned to Diavola. She raised an eyebrow at me, amd I sat down in front of her.
Diavola put one leg over the other and stared at me.
Diavola: So you say you're me, how did you get here?
Me: I am unable to tell you. It would directly interfere with your destiny.
Diavola: I see, well, you look exactly like me and no one knows my looks but me. I want a favor Y/n.
Me: You want me to join Polpo's gang because of the task you're giving him?
She nodded, so I stood up and walked out. I was greeted. By Requiem.
Requiem: What are you going to do?
Me: Wedge myself into the timeline, and ultimately change it.
Requiem: So, are you going to kill Polpo yourself, or let Giovanna?
Me: Let Giovanna. I don't want to kick her out by interfering too soon.

Almost a Good Person
A memory, a memory of a boy who wanted more than pain, of a girl who wanted more than death, and an Isle that should not exist. The Isle of Red is a small, unassuming, quiet place. It is just large enough for a college, a small town, and maybe even a few more unusual sorts of places. Of course, the townsfolk practically know each other as family. Flush-faced regulars can be found toasting just about anything in the Briar's Brew, then, a few streets away, the same haggle of older women stationed themselves on their perch as they did every day from one of the few balconies in Central Square. They fuss away now, spouting the usual gossip as they watch us all from on high. Then there is the College here on the Isle of Red. My college. It has been often described as an unusual place by a good deal of people on the mainland. If they only would visit -why I am sure they'll soon have a change of heart, they may even come to find it a quaint sort of place, odd but in the same way a tattered old quilt can be both odd looking and warm, and especially soft. We teach mostly the same sort of disciplines here, with fantastic and absolutely normal professors.I must conclude that I am quite smitten with myself. The stage is set with a level of perfection that would have astonished me in my youth. They are coming. Derek will follow her. He knows the weight of reality too intimately, but she will be his true north if only for a short time. A beacon in the storm to show him the stunning pastels and brightness the sun may yet refract through his thinner, sharper pieces. Theoline will lead as she always has- well not always, not yet. She holds onto questions feverishly tight, that one. Lights them up inside like a new type of fuel without the slightest worry of being burned. She knows... There is but a certain few who can look at a map and find nothing where I stand but the Atlantic Ocean. And still, there is earth beneath me, a noisy pub down the road from me, and several people clucking conspiratorially on a balcony above me. She knows... that the Isle of Red doesn't belong here. Neither, technically, do I. (Hello!
