True P.O.V
Tuesdays. I don't like Tuesdays.
Oh, you're probably wondering what happened with Union.
It wasn't that bad. He punched me in the gut and was pulled away by my new favorite teacher Mrs. Graceon. I don't personally have her but she's my new fav. She doesn't tolerate bullying. Her son's also gay so, she doesn't allow kids to beat up gay kids, because of what happened to her son, he was bullied in high school too.
So when I woke in bed, both sides of my stomach stung. One side had a large blue bruise while the other had a clearly aggravated as it was a deep red, almost purple like color, while it was obviously trying to scab over and heal, but since I was bullied at school and abused at home my body was never really given the chance to heal.
Actually, if I had to say anything, I'd say my cuts are getting worse. But oh, well.
My life at home has gotten drastically worse within the last day. Bryan official has joined the 'We Hate True' club like the rest of my family and has started with the rest of them in making me feel like shit. Not that I'm surprised. I always knew my brother would go against me. Instead of following me like he used to do, he now follows Chris or Michael. One thing to upset him made him realize, like the others, how worthless I truly am.
But who would care? Sibling rivalries happen all the time in other families so why shouldn't it continue to happen in mine? Oh, wait maybe it's because my family results in outrageous violence.
I don't think other families will punch someone in the face just because they bought their brother home later than usual. Come to think of it, wouldn't a normal family be thankful.
I look around my small, ass room to see the photo of me and Bryan, I hadn't even realized I had been staring at it until I was snapped out of my daze by the very loud door slamming closed. Madisyn.
I get off my very small mattress and walk over to the picture on the wall. Bryan had to be four in the pic, and I was probably nine. He was sitting on my lap with a large as the grin on his face, a smaller one of my face. I was even happy then, that was about a year before dad started heavier drinking.

Kyle had taken the picture and when his sister got picture's developed, she developed that one, something I'm grateful for.
I look away from the picture, walk over to my 'closet' and grab a hoodie and pair of white skinny jeans, something I borrowed from Kyle, who has a really good taste in skinny jeans.
After slipping the clothes on, making sure most of my skin is covered, I grab my phone and leave my room. I also had to grab a girl named Meghan's laptop, which I had just recently fixed and installed and virus protector program.
Slipping the laptop into my book bag, I slip into the hallway being cautious as usual. But now I had to be more cautious. Everyone in this house was my enemies now, even Bryan.
I walk down the stairs quietly, not seeing any of my siblings. In the kitchen, no one sat. I look out the kitchen window to see the family car, the larger, more expensive car gone. My whole family left.
I sigh as I grab an apple from the small bowl on the island before leaving a ten in Bryan's backpack for lunch since I know my family will forget.
With that, I quickly slip from the already empty house.
~
I walk through the crowded halls, students creeping away from me. I sigh, as I walk towards my class, not even bothering to go to my locker, knowing someone left notes inside it with rude comments or something evil like that.
That, and I didn't feel like dealing with Union's shit.
As I was walking through the hallways, I just happened to pass Chris, though he didn't seem to see me. But I saw and heard him.
"Dude, my parents took us to I-Hop for breakfast it was great!" I didn't go to I-Hop. "The pancakes were amazing!" Chris said ecstatically to his group of friends, two of which have hit me without Chris knowing, they knew if Chris found out, hate me or not, they'd get hurt. To Chris blood was thicker than a high school friendship.
"Dude, that's sweet!" One of his friends, who I didn't know said loudly, annoyingly. I scrunch my nose up, and without my knowledge, Chris did the same. An unknown trait between brothers.

I walk away from my brother's group and towards my first class, thankfully on Tuesday and Thursday our schedule's aren't the same, so instead of having the Troy's and my last two classes being what they are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
So instead of having Mr. Troy first, I have Mrs. Young, English. The downside of Tuesday and Thursday is me and Claires schedule's completely fall apart and I no longer have any classes with her.
I walk into the English room, which is probably the most boring class I have all day. Mrs. Young is a 5"1" woman but she's scary. And she hates me.
Like, really, really dislikes me. She once almost yelled at me for missing one question on a test.
I sit in the very back of this class just like in any other class.
Kids fill in, including Union, who happens to be Mrs. Young's nephew, so no wonder she hates me, but be in their DNA.
As more and more people walk in, the teacher walks in wearing a slutty outfit. I think her and Mr. Troy go at it occasionally with Mrs. Troy. A threesome. But that's just my guess.
She stands directly in front of the board and when the bell rings she looks at us all in the face.
"Let's begin our week with a short film abou-" She was cut off by the door being opened and a Union Graves walked in, smirking he's evil ass smirk.
"Sorry Auntie, I got sidetracked." He said to his aunt who instantly smiled at her nephew.
"It's okay sweety just take a seat." She said waiting for him to take the only open seat, an a-joined table, with me. His smirk only grew when he sat down at the table.
"As I was saying, let's begin our Tuesday watching a short-film about How To Kill A Mocking-Bird." She said with a grin. We had just finished reading How To Kill A Mocking-Bird.
She turned towards the Smart-Board, turning it on by the tiny remote and walked over to turn off the lights. The row of lights flicked off one by one until we were trapped in darkness. The movie slowly appearing on the screen, in black and white. I carefully watch Union from the corner of my eyes, since the time he pinned me into a locker and was hard and slammed his lips on mine, I simply didn't trust him, not that I trusted him before.
It was fine until about 7 minutes into the movie when a hand landed on my knee and gripped it tightly. My head snapped towards Union, my eyes nearly popping out of their sockets.
He leaned over to me, towards my ear, his hand creeping up my leg towards my thighs.
In my ear, he whispered, "I've been waiting a long time to do this." His hand rested on my upper thigh, near my private area. I took in a quick breath. This felt wrong, just having his hand their made me feel disgusted with myself.
Why is he doing this to me? Don't most bullies glare at their victims? He was glaring at me, but with lust.
His thumb began to circle and draw shape's on my upper thigh as the short-film progressed. That's when I accidentally jerked my leg up and it crashed against my desk, which caused a stack of books to crash to the floor, hardback books. Everyone seems to snap their attention from the short film towards me and Union, and the obvious pill of books that were everywhere on the floor. The lights snap on and a very angry looking Mrs. Young walked towards me with a hatred filled look.
"Mr. Night, can you please explain to me why you knocked my stack of books over?" She snapped at me. Union's hand remained on my thigh and because of it, I couldn't answer.
She smirked.
"Well then see after class so we can plan the day you have detention."

The Ruined Monks of Rothfield Monastery
Erin is the youngest member of the dark monks; a supernatural brotherhood whose ultimate mission is to improve the dire circumstances of poor, war-torn villages using powers unique to each member. Or so he was led to believe. Erin, like his brothers, does not age, and that is, unfortunately, the only trait he shares with them. He cannot charm or compel like Woodrow, he cannot cast illusions like Knox, he was not swift like Swithin, not powerful like Blake. He was barely an assistant to his dear brother Wilbur, with his herbology and alchemy. He was told to lie low and make himself scarce. That is what he did. The dark monks temporarily reside in abandoned monasteries scattered around the country, feeding the poor and healing the sick, nurturing the monastic lands until it was fertile enough to raise crops and rear animals. As the years passed, they would leave these reformed, repopulated, self-sustaining monasteries and venture froth to help the next settlement. Yet, after years of toiling and quiet servitude, Erin notices that people and the country itself are declining. The villagers look gaunt, the once-lush soil now barren and cracked. He begins to feel disheartened, thinking that their mission is proving futile. Still, their leader Blake is steadfast and charges onward, and lately has his eyes set on a certain monastery in a thick, thorned forest that seems to diminish, even nullify their powers. A thick forest that Erin somehow has a connection to. A thorned glade where an ethereal voice calls his name with one simple request along with a promise:Heal the land, child. Heal the land and I promise to give you sanctuary so long as you stay. I promise to nurture you as you nurture me. As Erin cultivates the land, the land, in turn, gifts all its caretakers with new, enhanced skillsets on top of their unique powers -- skills of protection, healing, and magic. Magic. Erin had long wished to see the world fill with it again. The people, regardless of common or noble blood, still believe that magic will enter this world again. Magic to bless the king like it did the Saints. Magic to dispel the miasma befouling the world. Magic to bring back the fae folk and their many forms. It is up to Erin to forge the many paths leading to a bright future; to build a prosperous paradise that welcomes all races and bloodlines, by mastering the rewards gained through agriculture, horticulture, and animal husbandry, smithing, crafting, and fishing. Erin may also find a lifelong friendship and romance with his neighbor, Claude, if he decides to pursue him, and may even join him in the military campaign outside the monastery. The darkness still lurks outside, after all, and the mastery of his skills, along with a few good friends, may finally be enough to turn the tide in their favor. Most of all, Erin wants to keep the vow he set for himself: to protect everyone and everything he loves until his dying breath.
