Alya nudged Marinette and said,

"C'mon girl! I know you can sing! Just sing from your heart!" Marinette blushed, and hid her face in her hands, mumbling something like "I don't wanna" however, unluckily for Marinette, a certain blonde heard Alya.

"Oh! Marinette you're going to sing for us?" Marinette looked up at Adrien -Just-A-Friend-Agreste and sighed, she couldn't say no to those puppy eyes. "Fineeeeeeeee" Alya squealed and gave Marinette a hug.

"Yay! Thank you!" Marinette rolled her eyes, and Alya whispered, "Remember, from your heart." Marinette sighed and grabbed the mic, closing her eyes. Alya, expecting a looove song because of Adrien was shocked when Marinette started to sing.

"And the blood will dry, underneath my nails. And the wind will rise up, to fill my sails. See you can doubt, and you can hate. But I know, no matter what it takes I'm coming home."

Marinette sang softly, and sweetly, and everyone was shocked. First, Marinette could sing, and second, wait- BLOOD? WTF! Who's blood?! and WHY is Marinette interacting with it? And what does she mean by "coming home"? SHE'S LIVED IN PARIS HER WHOLE LIFE!!

Marinette, despite common belief, had NOT been raised in Paris, she had infact been raised in the mythical fey lands, as their one, and only princess. Despite how she acted, ho she smiled, she was in constant pain, and always filled with grief over what she'd done. But she'd decided to go home, they'd never blame her, and she was ready to face them.

"Still far away, from where I belong. But it's always darkest before the dawn. See you can doubt, and you can hate. But I know, no matter what it takes, I'm coming home. I'm coming home. Tell the world I'm coming home."

Marinette had loved her time in Paris, among the mortals, but she sure as hell was ready to go home to where she belonged, to where she had a purpose, where she was loved, for her loving nature.

Marinette opened her eyes, to be greeted with a bunch of shocked faces. Marinette smiled, and set the mic down, walking back to now frozen Alya and Adrien.
