After the wedding, not everyone returned to Earthland. Lillian actually stayed behind in the underworld, since she was persuaded by Ziminiar. Following the events of the wild night, Mirajane, Ryuga, and Erza started openly showing affection for each other, something everyone started to notice. No one knew what went down in that bedroom, but everyone in town now knew that Ryuga somehow pulled two of the debatably most beautiful women in Fairy Tail. Needless to say, some.. all were jealous.

Currently, Ryuga was walking with Wendy, showing her his favorite spot near the town. They were in a forest, not very far, but still a good distance away from Magnolia. Carla was with them as well, and they kept walking for some time until they reached a clearing in the forest. Wendy looked at the ground and was surprised to see permanent scorch marks burnt into the earth.

Wendy: "What is that? That looks like a magic circle was burnt into the ground."

Ryuga: "Well, that's sort of what it is."

Wendy: "What is it then?"

Ryuga: "This." He placed his hand in the middle of the circle, where two wings with a tail were apparent. "Is the first location in which I visited earth."

Carla: "Visited? You mean you invaded?"

Wendy: "Hey Carla! That's mean! Apologize." Carla rolled her eyes.

Carla: "Hmpf. Sorry, I guess."

Wendy: "Hey!"

Ryuga: "It's fine, Wendy. She's only looking out for you, that much, I can respect." Carla seemed to be more at ease. "But yes, this is where I touched the ground of the human realm."

He admired the forest they were in, as he remembered his first time coming here.

Wendy: "So did you use a magic circle to come here?"

Ryuga: "Yep, that's what that is. Truly, it's been a wonderful time here in the human realm." He smiled as he talked. "I've had the pleasure of watching so many people grow into fine warriors, scientists, craftsmen, and more. It's been a pleasure to be able to learn so much from humans."

???: "I bet it has."

A voice was heard somewhere in the forest, drawing nearer to them. A man with a black cloak and staves walked out into the clearing, revealing himself. Wendy and Carla were both put on guard, but Ryuga still smiled.

Mystogan: "Come on, Wendy. You don't remember me?"

He took off his hood to reveal himself, and Wendy's eyes started to tear up.

Wendy: "J-Jellal? The one I knew?"

Mystogan: "That's right."

Before he could finish speaking, Wendy ran up to him and hugged him. Her tears dampened his cloak, but he didn't seem to mind.

Ryuga: "That's just sweet. I'm sure even Mystogan can feel a tightness at his chest from this."

Ryuga: "Reunions are great and all, but how'd you know we'd be here, and what did you come here for?"

Mystogan stood up and let go of Wendy.

Mystogan: "An Anima has started to open up over Fairy Tail. It's too large for me to control. I'm afraid Fairy Tail will be swallowed up by it." Wendy gasped.

Ryuga: "Oh... That's a pretty big problem."

Mystogan: "What are we going to do?"

Ryuga: "Well, I guess we'll just let it do its job."

Mystogan: "What?! Didn't you hear me? Fairy Tail will be swallowed, not just Fairy Tail, but all of Magnolia!"

Ryuga: "Don't worry. From what you've told me, Anima is not like a black hole. What it swallows, it does not consume. Understand?"

Wendy: "... No."

Mystogan: "Yeah I have no clue."

Ryuga sighed and put a hand on his forehead.

Ryuga: "What I'm trying to say is, we found your way home."

Mystogan: "What? Through the Anima? You can't be serious, right?"

Ryuga: "If Fairy Tail is going to be swallowed up anyway, don't you think we should head in after to rescue them? Save Fairy Tail and return you home, two birds, one stone."

Mystogan: "Can't you stop it from swallowing Fairy Tail and possibly endangering them?"

Ryuga put a hand on his chin, thinking.

Ryuga: "Mm, I don't really know. I've never dealt with something like that before. It's spacial magic, which is not my specialty. My granny Tufala would have a lot better luck at closing it than I would."

Mystogan: "Can't you call her then?"

Ryuga: "It's fine, we don't have to bring her here."

He looked pretty nervous when mentioning her.

Wendy: "We need to hurry back soon then!"

-Timeskip-

The three, and Carla, were currently looking at an empty plain of rock, where Magnolia used to be.

Wendy: "Oh no! We were too late."

Ryuga: "Don't worry. Start looking for people that may have been left behind."

They started sifting through the weird bubbles created by the Anima, trying to find anyone that survived. After a while of no luck finding anyone, Wendy accidentally tripped over a log and fell on her face. Little did she expect, the log started talking.

Natsu: "Ow! Who kicked me!" He opened his eyes and saw the environment around him. "Eh? Wendy? Yo. You're in my dream?" He then saw Ryuga and Mystogan running up to him. "And you two?"

Mystogan: "It's not a dream, Natsu. Fairy Tail has been swallowed up by the Anima."

Natsu: "Huh? What's Anima?"

Carla proceeded to explain about the Anima and Edolas, where she and Happy are actually from. Mystogan also said that it is where he is originally from also. After the brief summary, Natsu still didn't really know what was going on, but he decided to save Fairy Tail.

Natsu: "So how do we save them?"

Carla: "Happy and I would need to fly you into Edolas, but we can only carry one person each, and there are four of you."

Ryuga: "That won't be a problem." His four wings sprouted from his back. "I'll carry Mystogan."

Mystogan: "Why do I have to be carried by the old man."

He sighed, as Ryuga picked him up like a princess.

Ryuga: "Sorry buddy, let's go!"

Carla grabbed Wendy, and Happy grabbed Natsu. They started flying up towards the Anima. Once they got closer, they could feel themselves being pulled into it, and they finally broke through. Anima spat them out above a weird looking mushroom forest. Suddenly, Carla and Happy's wings gave out, sending them plummeting to the ground below.

Upon making contact with the ground in an unholy "thud", Natsu rubbed his head and grabbed Happy.

Natsu: "Ow Happy what the hell? You just dropped me."

Happy: "It wasn't my fault! My wings just disappeared."

Ryuga flew down onto the ground and dropped Mystogan.

Carla: "Why do his wings work! That's not fair!"

Ryuga: "Probably because I'm not from the human realm. Oh, and because my wings are actually a part of my body, and thus, not created by magic. It feels like this world is sapping me of my magic."

Mystogan: "That's what happens in Edolas, it's why I have to use these staves." He held them up, and Ryuga sighed.

Ryuga: "Well, I can't hold all of you, so I guess we will have to walk from here on out."

Everyone agreed on a desired direction and started walking there. They looked around to find a beautiful world with floating islands, rivers in the sky, and all sorts of new plants and creatures. The mushroom forest they were in had mushrooms the size of buildings giving them shade. However, what lurks in the shadows is rarely ever good. A loud roar was heard as the team looked behind them to find a massive, purple, and yellow worm speeding towards them. It opened it's mouth to show hundreds of teeth that could tear through flesh with ease.

Natsu: "I got this one!"

He stood in front and punched his hands together, but, from his hands, a tiny ember shined and then died down in a puff of smoke.

Carla: "Idiot, you can't use magic here!"

Ryuga stood in front of Natsu and raised his fist, wanting the earth to trap the worm, but he, too, couldn't seem to use the magic.

Ryuga: "Well that's... Interesting."

Wendy: "Wait, if even Ryuga can't use magic, then how can we beat this thing!?"

Natsu: "I don't claim to be the smartest, but I say we run!"

They started to run away, but Ryuga didn't move. They looked back and called to him.

Mystogan: "Ryuga, let's go! You can't take that thing without magic!"

Ryuga looked back at them with a lifeless stare, causing them to feel sick in their stomach.

Ryuga: "Me, run away?" He looked back at the worm with the same, apathetic stare. "This worm is not even enough to make me move an inch."

As the worm closed in on him, he reeled his fist back. When the worm got within a meter's distance, it opened it's giant mouth, revealing its teeth. Ryuga, though, didn't flinch, as he punched forward at the right moment, striking the worm in its mouth. Half of the worm's teeth were shattered as it fell back, with blood oozing out from it.

The others looked on with mouths agape at his tremendous punch. The worm started whining and quickly slithered away. Ryuga quickly gathered his emotions back, as he smirked at his team.

Ryuga: "Even if I can't use much magic, I still got my strength!"

Wendy: "I-I'm glad you came with us."

Carla: "... Me too."

Ryuga: "Well, let's be on our way again okay?"

They started walking again. A couple of times, they stumbled upon what looked like villagers, but they quickly ran away after seeing Happy and Carla. Not wanting to question it right now, they kept walking until they finally found a building. It looked like a huge pumpkin was carved out to host a building. Inside, they found an abundance of clothes and food stock. Carla decided that they should put on disguises, so no one else screamed and ran away from them. Everyone agreed, and Ryuga found an old, dusty brown cloak that he decided to try on.

Mystogan: "Not used to wearing common clothes huh?"

Ryuga: "I don't know what you mean. Just because I'm a prince doesn't mean I can't wear plain looking clothes. You should know, Your Highness."

He tightened the cloak and put the hood on. He was still barefoot, as that was his culture.

Mystogan: "Not bad."

Natsu: "Ah!"

They quickly looked to Natsu who was staring out a window.

Ryuga: "What is it?"

Natsu: "Fairy Tail!"

Ryuga: "Hmm?" He looked out the window to find a tree looking building with the Fairy Tail sign hanging off it. "Woah, that's not the building we know."

Natsu: "Let's go!"

Ryuga: "Wait!"

He grabbed Natsu before he could run out.

Wendy: "What's wrong?"

Ryuga: "If I'm correct, this may be a parallel universe from our human realm. This means the Fairy Tail in there will be composed of members we don't know. We have no idea who could be in there, and if they're allies or not."

Natsu: "Who cares! It's Fairy Tail, parallel un-whatever or not!"

He ran out the door, with Wendy following closely. Ryuga sighed and motioned Mystogan to follow. Once they opened the doors, they looked around in major confusion. Everything seemed different, and most of the members looked to have a completely different personality. They quickly hid in a corner, trying not to be seen.

Gray and Juvia's roles switched. He couldn't stop putting on clothes and professing his love for her every three seconds. Jet and Droy were apparently two of the strongest members, even Nab was the complete opposite of what he used to be. Elfman was pitifully crying in a corner because he couldn't complete a job. Ryuga looked at him with bewilderment in his eyes.

Ryuga: "That's... Not my Elfman."

???: "Oi, what are you guys doing sneaking around here?"

They quickly looked behind them to find a changed Lucy staring at them with a gangster looking attitude and outfit.

Natsu: "Lucy!?"

Happy: "Miss!?"

Lucy: "Hmm?" She looked closer. "Natsu?"

Natsu: "Uuuuhhhhh."

Lucy: "It is you!"She jumped on him and squeezed him tight. "You had me worried damn it!"

Max: "That's Natsu? What's up with the outfit man?"

Lucy started choking Natsu out, as Carla started to understand what Ryuga said.

Carla: "So it is really a parallel universe."

Mirajane: "Natsu! Welcome back!"

She waved at him from within the bar. Besides a dress change, her personality looked to be about the same.

Macao: "But... Who are those other guys? And the cats?"

Wakaba: "Wait... CATS!?"

The entire guild was put on guard, and some even got into fighting stances.

Gray: "Why are Exceeds in a place like this?"

Natsu: "Why does everyone freak out when they hear the word Exceed?"

Happy took off his disguise and Mirajane looked at him with her normal smile.

Mirajane: "You two look a lot like Exceeds."

After their initial confusion, they dismissed them as cats that looked exactly like Exceeds. Then, Lucy started eyeing Mystogan, Wendy, and Ryuga.

???: "Geez Lucy, picking on new recruits again?"

Ryuga looked towards the voice, and once he did, his eyes widened. The voice belonged to none other than Lisanna Strauss. Once they locked eyes, Lisanna quickly started to get tears in her eyes. They couldn't stare at each other long, however, as Natsu quickly ran up and hugged her while crying. Ryuga put his hand on his head whilst he tried to figure out what the hell was happening.

Ryuga: "She's definitely Lisanna. She's not from this world, it's the Lisanna I know. How did she get here though? Has she been stuck here this entire time?"

Lucy quickly kicked Natsu off of Lisanna and started yelling at him. Before they could mess around longer though, Nab yelled out to everyone.

Nab: "It's the Fairy Hunter! The Fairy Hunter is here!"

Max: "Damn! They already found us?"

Cana: "Those from the Kingdom are coming after us again?"

Ryuga: "Kingdom? Wait. If Anima is a spell used to absorb magic energy, then does that mean the kingdom is the ones who've been casting it? That means whatever happened to Magnolia is probably in the kingdom. Damnit! Now I remember Mystogan telling me about that!"

Ryuga: "Carla, it's the kingdom. That's where Magnolia is!"

Carla looked at him and widened her eyes.

Carla: "That's it!"

They were about to leave with the others, but Edolas Lucy yelled at them

Lucy: "Hey! Where do you think you're going? It's dangerous outside."

Levy started up a machine that was supposed to transport the entire building to a different coordinate. The building started shaking violently, and it looked like it was going to work, just barely. Ryuga was interested in the machine that could generate enough magic power to actually teleport the building, but that thought disappeared from his head as a table came flying towards him. The table pushed both him and Mystogan out the door as the machine started to teleport Fairy Tail.

Ryuga: "Oh shit! Wai-"

The building was relocated, and Ryuga and Mystogan were left in the crater it left, with a flying monster coming towards them.

Mystogan: "What are we going to do!?"

Ryuga: "Well, for one, I suggest we dodge that."

He pointed to the creature heading towards them, and Mystogan gulped.

Mystogan: "I didn't bring any X-Balls with me, so you're going to have to do most the fighting." Ryuga smirked.

Ryuga: "That's fine with me."
