"Don't rely on your eyes. Use your ears." Cole said as everyone was gripping onto their weapons.
"Uh guys, I'm teaching a class later, so I'd appreciate a clean dojo."
Forget Dareth, I slide down and attempted to knock Lloyd off his feet but, his hearing is better then I thought. Jay was knocked out through the window while Dareth opened it locking him outside.
"Woah!" I yelled kicking Kai AND Lloyd falling down. The ground was moving.
"What's going on?" I screamed at the others.
"I have no idea!" Jay yelled from outside. I ran to the door slamming it open to see cracks everywhere. "Alright, since trainings canceled, lets go save some lives!"
"My friend, be eyes for us from the sky." Zane asked the falcon magically, I had no idea where it came from.
I ran outside looking for the large cracks to appear to see if anyone's fallen in yet.
"My baby!" A woman yelled From a sink hole.
I quickly jumped down followed by the others holding onto my feet.
"Hold on your safe!" I told her. "Guys just a little more!" The female jumped again and grabbed onto my hands. "Alright pull Cole!"
We slowly pulled upwards and ran off after saying goodbye to the lady.
"Great these things are coming with no warning!" Kai yelled frustrated. I sadly patted his to calm him down.
"That's it. A warning. The scrolls say the earthquakes are a warning for something far worse to come." My mom said placing downs scroll on the hood of a car.
"Far worse? What else could be far worse?!?" I yelled.
"Misako. The indestructible stone warrior we fought yesterday, where did you find him?" Cole asked out of curiosity.

"He was buried under the city."
"If there's one, there's bound to be more." I exclaimed.
----
"Sensei, it's as we feared. Another stone warrior is loose on the streets." Zane finished after finishing his glowing blue eyes.
"OH SHIT!" I jumped back a little bit seeing a black hand crawling through the ground.
"What is this! They're everywhere!" Cole screeched defending himself.
"Never mind that! We've got to evacuate the rest of the city!" I yell running off help a lonely girl. "It's okay. I'm here to help." The girl screamed as I threw and arm against another stone warrior.
"Guys, I can't find a good landing spot. They're everywhere." Nya say attempting to land the bounty somewhere.
"The NGTV tower! There's a helicopter pad there!" The report lady said.
"Well go tell everyone that." Cole said running towards the tower to help anyone along the way. I held the little girl in my arms tightly dashing towards the tower with Lloyd not far behind.
"Block the doors!" Jay screamed shoving a sofa towards the main doors.
I ran as quickly as I can towards the top of the tower with the little girl holding onto my neck tightly. "It's going to be okay alright sweetie." She said nothing but small little tears trickling her face.
"Nya get the engine started!"
"Wait where's mom?" Lloyd asked.
"She's still in there!" I panicked.
"Mo-mommy." The little girl started to cry again on my shoulder pulling hard on my black tight shirt.
"Come on let's go rest. Greenie make sure everything's under control got it?"
"Yeah I do sis."
I walked into my room and placed the girl down on my bed.
"So, what's your name?"

"Shiro." She said quietly.
"That's a lovely name Shiro. I'm _____. Where are your mommy and daddy?"
"G-gone." Tears silently cascade down her soft cheeks and I place my wiping them away.
"Your going to be fine. Say why don't we get something to eat?" She quickly nodded. I picked her up on my back and waltz to the kitchen pulling how some cake pops I made the other day. She quickly ate ate some and I left her to sleep in my room.
---
"UNCLE! MOM! YOUR ALIVE!" I yelled out jumping into her arms. I squeezed myself hugging her so hard.
"You can let go now." I pulled away still having some tears steadily cascade down my soft cheeks.
"Everyone please get into the deck, we are ready to take off." Nya said over the PA. I said goodbye to my family with Lloyd trailing behind me to go to our quarters. I slide open my door to find not a little girl but a half naked man.
Waiting....
Nose bleed.
Ripped back muscles. Or muscles in general.
"Kai what are you doing in here!" I squeaked out.
"Getting ready for bed what else?" He asked in a matter of fact tone.
"Fineeeeee." I said taking my pajamas and changing quickly in the bathroom.
"Kai?"
"Yea?" He answered wrapping his muscular arms around my torso.
" did you ever think about wanting children?"
"Yeah, I did. And I wouldn't have it with anyone else but you." he nuzzled his nose into my neck.
"Ashiteru. Kai smith."
(I love you, Kai Smith)

Letters from Shanti Ashram, India
I lived in India from 1984-2005, and wrote to my parents regularly about my adventures in Indian ashrams. From 1984-1993 and again 2001-2005, I was living in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh, and I am adding all of those my "Letters from India" book, which will mainly be of interest to those familiar with Prasanthi Nilayam, the ashram of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. However, from 1994-2001 I was staying at a wonderfully spiritual, quiet retreat called Shanti Ashram, and I am putting the letters I wrote to my parents while staying there, on this book. The ashram was a dream come true for sadhana. The people are welcoming, it is usually never crowded, and they offer separate cottages to aspirants. The rates are donation basis only.
