Third POV

We go back to where the coliseum where every team minus two teams that left and from the escape airships. Everyone was there also being said Atlas came as well with Ironwood coming to the arena area. The person that came down to check on the students was no other then Ironwood. Ironwood started to run towards the group as he was able to see what has happen to the arena before the whole Cinder's shutting down the whole CC tower network. Ironwood saw the demon being Jin fixed Penny with no problem at all, fighting all the students of all the teams were in the tournament, and seeing the Demon get more power and seeing how dangerous it become. Ironwood now checks on everyone who fought the beast or said Demon.

Ironwood: "Is everyone okay!?" Ironwood calls out to everyone.

Coco: "General! everyone is good, but we're badly injured from the Demon aka Jin." Coco spoke as she's the second year students of Beacon.

Ironwood: "Is everyone here and accounted for miss Adel?"

Weiss: "Sir! we need some help here!" Weiss called out to to Ironwood.

Ironwood then looks at everyone whose moving boulders and rocks out of the way as they were trying to get to some people out. Ironwood came towards them, but as he made to where the students are. Ironwood sees who were trapped inside the halls of the entrances were Ruby and Penny who looks fine and working again. Ironwood came through as he makes his way towards Penny.

Ironwood: "Penny!"

Penny: "General Ironwood!"

Ruby: "General?"

Ironwood came towards Penny and looks at her for a moment and checked her head. for a bit until he felt something. Ironwood felt something wet and a bit sticky he checked his hand and sees blood. Ironwood looks back at Penny and sees that on her head has a blood smug stain.

Ironwood(Shocked): "Penny!? how are you-"

Ruby: "General it was Jin doing sir." Ruby said to to Ironwood with her having a shocked look on her face.

Ironwood(shocked): "*looks at Penny* Penny..." Ironwood with a shocked tone.

Penny: "I don't know either sir, but right now its not the time for this. We need to go and chase down Jin. He's after the woman named Cinder Fall and her goons sir. If we don't get to her she may meet her end with Jin." Penny explained to General Ironwood.

Ironwood: "Very! everyone! may I get your attention all of you!"

Everyone looks over to Ironwood and waited for the next statement.

Ironwood: "Right now in this very moment all of the Grimm has been dealt with Jin in takeover, The White Fang were about to take action to invade Beacon, but due to Jin once again they were dealt with many has lost their lives from Jin new takeover, and what makes matters worse Vagabonds has seized one of my ships, but once more and again Jin has interfered and taken down all of my ships and leaving no trace alone. I'm afraid that even with the Atlas military power being on the ground and the skies aren't safe from him. Even if we tried to contact with the other huntsmen and huntresses if would be impossible." Ironwood explained to everyone witch shock.

Ironwood grip his hand as well looks down in shame and anger. It was Ironwood job to keep everyone safe and to let Jin dark form takeover and destroyed everything in his path. Even with every single Atlas Bot, Mech, or said solider they would die with one moment when they see the demon.

For everyone they were a lost for words now Jin has gone too powerful that even the Atlas military General said that the skies and land aren't safe. Ruby, Yang, and Penny begin to get more worried for for Jin now as this is now a Atlas Military problem. For the Yang and Ruby they were scared if the General would have to take down or even kill their own brother. Yang for her seeing her own brother feeling pain and rage for that Atlas may take down their own brother and she knew herself that she wouldn't let that happen. Lastly Penny she was the one that has it tougher then the sisters she has emotions she now has many things going through her mind all of this is breaking her. Penny out of the rest is feeling the most pain out of anyone who has met and been with Jin the most. For that reason Penny may betray Atlas for that reason to protect Jin himself.

Now back to where Ironwood said about that one statement he continued on.

Ironwood: "So to order for the safety for Beacon and for the Kingdom of Vale. I'll give you these two choices: Defend your Kingdom and your school even save your friend Jin from the path of Darkness or save yourselves." Ironwood stated to everyone in the arena.

Everyone looked to each other to see what answer they answer for this event and task in hand.

Ironwood: "No one will fault you if you wish to leave." Ironwood said for one last time.

Even for everyone they knew if to save everyone in Vale and to keep the Kingdom from falling apart they must stay and fight on. Ruby and Penny stood up and spoke at the same time.

Penny/Ruby: "We will stay and fight! for not for Vale and Beacon, but for to save Jin/my Brother from the Darkness!" The both of them exclaimed to Ironwood.

Everyone look at the two with shock, but now with same determination with both of Ruby and Penny have right now. Ironwood could only give a nod and turn around.

Ironwood: "Very well come! we don't have much time left! everyone get onto the airship. *looks over to Ruby* Miss Ruby Rose your allowed to explained what has happen to Penny and who is Penny. For this moment plans have changed due to this new form of life and for her. Follow me" Ironwood said as he walks off to the airship.

With no time to look back onto their own actions now and from this all of them went with Ironwood to the airship. With that as this happen Ruby explains to who and what was Penny also she as well explained who she was before turning into an actual human. But, even there evil lurks back where the bottom of Ozpin office was being held.

How these three people got there was that of Ozpin is having problem of his own being Jin. Seeing force and power of the Devil that Jin mention has now gone through the roof plus... Ozpin has been dealt with as well. Who finished the job was no other then Cinder and her gang and finished him off also being said they have now the fully power of the Fall maiden. From there all of three of them waited and on a roof top. Seeing the destruction that Jin now being the Demon the airships and some bots that were controlled by Cinder herself.

Cinder: "This is beautiful"

Emerald: "It's almost scary to think that this guy had this power."

Cinder: "It's horrendous focus on the destruction of Jin."

Mercury: "*chuckles* Don't worry, I'm getting every single bit of it."

Cinder: "Good, continue to broadcast until the end."

It was all too good for them, but again evil lurks and when evil is sensed power is near. For that reason Demons or Devils hunger for such energy.

Suddenly a blast of wind came out of nowhere from behind them and a looming shadow went upon them. All three of them look back with such fear and anger it was no other then the Devil himself turned Jin looking at Cinder with rage that will continue to burn in him until he finishes the job.

Devil: "" The Devil screamed with a demonic tone with a touch of rage into his voice.

Without a moment to lose a blast of blue beam came out of his jewel blasting the area where the three of the goons were. They all landed got back to the ground and looked back at the Devil, but again he went in slashing around moving his arms not letting them rest for one moment. Mercury and Emerald couldn't attack even with the defensive moment of there's they couldn't restand the force that Devil packing for them. But, was saved by Cinder by she using her Maiden power creating a sharp glass heated up sword to the Devil left side of his arm stabbing through his skin.

Cinder(smirk): "I guess even a monster like-"

Before Cinder can speak more the Devil ripped the sword out and breaks it and in mid seconds the wound healed. The Devil looks back at her with just a gaze of hate with Cinder showing the same to him as well.

Cinder: "GET UP YOU TWO! AND BE READY TO KILL THIS FUCKING SHIT!"

Devil: "" Another roar of Devil came out and got ready for second and final round.

Final Round! ....

Mercury went at the Devil Kicking him as he ran with different direction, but with even the strength of his legs couldn't dent the demon. Devil swings his arms aimlessly to Mercury as he blocks or dodges his attacks. Next come to serve Emerald comes around shooting at the Devil not with Dust bullets paid attention to her as it kept on his attacks on Mercury whose barely keeping his defense together. Emerald comes attacking next climbing onto the back of the Devil and slashing his back. The Devil didn't roared with pain nor anger it roared with annoyance towards Emerald as now its violently moving around the place that couldn't described the tussle. The Devil flew up for a moment and in that moment its wings spread got Emerald from surprised then drew her to the ground with force that would described as getting hit by two dust missiles. Emerald as she hit the ground her aura shattered and blood spit out of her mouth as the Devil comes swooping down picking her up and aimed her body and tossed it towards Mercury. Mercury didn't see Emerald body coming as it was going high speed and both crashed into a building as both of them are now knocked out of the battle.

Cinder: "Useless! *looks at Devil* DO YOU THINK I NEEED THEM TO BEAT YOU!? I HVAE THE POWER OF THE FALL MAIDEN! I'M NOT AFRAID OF YOU!!!"

Cinder comes forward with speed as she creates another heated like magic sword as the Devil comes towards her as well. Both clashed with Cinder blade connecting to the Devils right forearm as both with hate and rage. The growled loudly and pushed back Cinder as she does a few flips to regain her position. Now with great speed with her side as her blade broke, but Cinder just create more as she creates two more in both hands. The two monster started to clash with each other with each opponent not leaving one without one scratch. This kept going about for a few moments at tops as both now flying around the air as Cinder is creating some kind fire sphere around her. But, as the both of them fought both clashed with great wind going around the area of Vale. Cinder then leans back and now uses the ground and rock around her to create a Greatsword made of fire ready to blast entire horde of monsters. As the Devils pullls back his head ready for one laser beam right at Cinder and now with a few seconds as preparing once over both shot a burst of fire one being light bark blue and other orange and red. As these two did this the aftermath was another burst of wind and with the ground shook those who were in Vale still went into hiding when this happen. Cinder went back down as the Devil still stands still flying above her and this makes her more mad then anything then before. The battle in the air begin both battling didn't cared for what happen to what was happening to their surrounding. Building burning, Building destroyed, plants burning, plants area destroyed, cars, Bots, Ships that came with bots, and anything that got in their way of fighting were all, but destroyed. To put it everything was not safe for the town, city, or said Kingdom of Vale. But, back where the battle seemed it was going for a long time began to get its closure. As Cinder was still on the air recovering for one moment the Devil slammed both of his together and blasted down onto Cinder. Cinder went falling to the ground sending the final shockwave that almost made it across Vale.

Cinder(pain/tired): "I won't lose!!!!" Cinder said as she screamed those words as her aura faded meaning her aura is shattered.

The Devil comes down stepping onto Cinder's body as she screams in pain as she creates another sword again. Cinder begins to slash at its legs as it was doing a bit of damage, but nothing came to it pain, anger, or anything to this matter. Cinder stops as she drops her sword and looks at the Devil with now fear.

Cinder(pain/fear): "P-Please, I can make you into a king! I can do so much for you! I can give info about our master! you can bring down the gods and become the Gods of Remnant itself! I can serve you in many ways! power to rule over Remnant, Kingdoms, and to that Penny! we can make her human! with your power and mines we can create a new world! What is it that you desire!?" Cinder said as she pleased for her life and to serve under this monster of a demon or Devil.

The Devil looks down as his eyes are still burning with such intent to Cinders as it spoke in his Devil language. Cinder couldn't understand what it was saying, but for you readers I will translate what the Devil said.

The Devil then put force beyond belief that created more just a crater it became more with a mix of another shockwave to the ground. Cinder falls to a deep pain as Devil puts left arm onto her body and black with a mix or purple like smoke aura went around her. Bu, this wasn't aura this was dark chi and in few moments Cinder began to scream in pain, pain that tears came down, and pain that could go and on until one could die. What came next that would spread fear and shock to those who know about the Maidens and their true existence.

Jin Kamaz wins

The Devil held the a mid small soul like sphere the color of it was orange on the paw of its hands. The Devil looks at it with such eyes of hunger and power. Until

??: "Jin"

The Devil recognizes the voice that once thought that this voice was gone and dead. The Devil slowly turns its head towards to the person.... it was no other then Penny who looks shock to see what has happen to the Jin she once know of.

Ruby POV

When we were all back in the airship I explained who and what was Penny was as well with Penny explaining and adding to my explanation. Everyone was shocked to hear to what was Penny was, but now she's human and to what happen she's probably freaking out what she's feeling. Penny, Yang, and I were so worried about what's going on with our brother even to save him. We all looked to the side lines of the windows and see all the destruction he did. Airships down, Atlesian Knights, Atlesian Paladins, and such more like building destroyed and more.

Jaune(shocked): "You mean to tell me Jin did this?" He said in a shocked tone.

Pyrrha(crying): "This is my fault if I-"

Yang: "This wasn't your fault Pyrrha. What happen was Emerald doing. You and everyone knows that we didn't know what was going down."

That she's right because I even explained about how she mind plays me and knew that from what Velvet said. With the combination with Velvet, what I saw in the arena, where Jin kick butts of those guys and her, and finally what we can piece one and one together from the General and our we gather together. As we kept seeing the outside of the window of the airship we then suddenly see my brother Jin fighting some lady. But, this lady was not some lady it was the girl named Cinder! also the its the women I faced off back at the time with Roman at the "Dust until Dawn." We all then hold onto the chairs and rails as we brace ourselves for each shockwave and power that went with the power the two went. It was then when the blasts stopped and the light stopped the glow Ironwood went towards where our brother is. We landed across where the blasts where both my brother and that woman Cinder is right now.

Ironwood: "Everyone get out and follow the bright light is at! we got one Huntsmen and one Huntress coming towards us right there! go now!"

We didn't wait for any time to lose we all went towards where the light came from also said from the General we getting some help. It's probably my uncle and Goodwitch coming our way. Once we went to where it all happen we see Jin in his Devil form holding some kind of orange ball thing. As we made it there was my uncle and Goodwitch who seemed to worried and shocked.

Pyrrha(scared): "H-how!?"

Jaune: "What's wrong Pyrrha?"

Ironwood(shocked): "That can't be! he's able to force control the soul of the Maiden!?"

Goodwitch(shocked): "It seems that... the Devil can do more things that Jin hasn't told us."

Qrow(worried): "Kid.... please don't make us do this."

Suddenly before anyone could speak Penny went forward to the Devil she called his name and he turns his head with shock.

Penny: "Jin please come back.. we can't beat you if we did, but please come back. Come back to me!" She shouted at him as tears came down.

The Devil growled as dark chi was now coming out of him until.... it went away like a blast went off making a wind went at it. Suddenly I looked back to Penny who has her head down and a shadow followed head covering her front of her face.
