Third POV

Back with Ozpin who have been seeing what has to come was in shocked every Grimm was killed off by a single unknown aura energy burst. More to that even the ships that were containing were falling back to the ground and city even that of the aura burst it didn't stop sending energy from the city and school alone it reached far and wide. To Ozpin and Glynda shocked by this and seeing the creature to who is Jin, but now succumb by his own rage and evilness and now a creature of unknown power standing tall in the arena.

Glynda: "What in dear Oum.."

Ozpin: "Glynda go and help the people of Vale and protect anyone who is still alive. Right now we need to secure the people first."

Glynda(shocked): "Headmaster! you must be joking? look what has happen to Jin! *points at the camera that is working* he is... that.... whatever it is destroyed all the Grimm with one single blast of its energy! we must-"

Ozpin: "*slams hands onto table* I KNOW THAT! *scaring Glynda* But, right now the people of Vale need us. Jin right now in his current condition is another matter to speak of. The Atlas Solider bots that were controlled by Ironwood alone are not working the fleets are down and the people need us. ...All we can do is pray for the students of the Kingdoms that they can hold him off as long as they can." Ozpin said as he gritted his teeth.

Glynda: "*sorrow eyes* Dear Oum please.... Jin don't drop into darkness." Glynda said as she looks at the moon and walks fast to the elevator.

As Glynda left Ozpin alone he looks at the creature and sees in its eyes once he sees them he can tell that the creature is the creature locked and told by Jin. Now seeing what was inside of Jin sealing and trapping it inside now finally out wanted nothing, but to destroy and kill those who are in his path of power.

Ozpin: "So this is what a "Devil" looks like in its true form. If this were to be...capture or even tested by either Atlas or Salem in their hands. Neither side no... the all of Remnant would be in great danger. Maybe even greater then the Maidens and Magic that is still left. What have you brought upon us... Salem." Ozpin said as he went to the elevator to check on the Fall Maiden.

Now back within the arena being that every student being all the teams were watching the Devil Jin beside of what's left of Penny looking at Pyrrha who is scared. The Devil looks back at the remains of Penny it lifted its arm towards her and in seconds a black like aura came from its finger tips. The energy went towards every piece of Penny remains and began to fix her began to reassemble her body and in a few second her body was now complete. Penny was back to one piece the Devil moved her out of the arena from that it looks back at Pyrrha with rage.

Devil:

Jaune then jumps off the the stands as Nora calls out his name and didn't hear it and now runs towards Pyrrha.

Jaune: "Pyrrha please snap out of it!"

Before anything can happen the Devil spread its wings sending a massive wind at the two making them fall back. The Devil screamed in rage once more as Pyrrha looks back at it with sorrow eyes and said.

Pyrrha(sad): "Jin...I'm so sorry."

With nothing to lose the Devil charges straight ahead to Pyrrha to finish the job, but was lucky when a red cloak and spiral attacked right in the middle of the chest of beast. This person was no other then Ruby Rose who has stabbed her own brother now Devil in the chest sending it back stumbling with a burning sensation in its chest. Now Ruby is holding Pyrrha sword in front of her own brother now monster also behind and protecting Pyrrha.

Pyrrha: "Ruby?"

Ruby: "I'm so sorry, but brother.... *gets mad and ready the weapon towards the Devil* LEAVE HER ALONE!" Ruby yelled as she now held the weapon with two handed.

Another roar of rage came out of the Devil now charged her own sister Ruby as she ready her weapon she sheds a tear not wanting to kill her own adopted brother. Even that suddenly lockers came flying down upon to the Devil pinning him down. As Pyrrha and Ruby watched this unfold they were confused until the lockers open revealing the weapons of every team that was in the tournament also standing upon the body of the Devil getting ready for the battle as well. It was all too okay until a burst of energy knocking everyone back and everyone were all around the arena. As now everyone looked at the Devil something happen.

They all watched the Devil who is now watching the sky then clenching his fist until grasping his head. It started to wobble left and right screeching with roars of pain and suffering. Everyone then got cut off when it started to get down into its knees and started to bang his head onto the floor cracking it sending massive wave of earthquakes around the arena. Once it stopped it grasp its head again, but now its demon like eyes became more of a gentle creature trying to fight back. As everyone watched being RWBY, JNPR, CFVY, SSSN, and ABRN watched this display. Until something happen that made everyone especially Yang and Ruby as a demonic voice said.

Devil: ""

With shocked as Yang and Ruby were trying their very best not to cry as the Devil got down onto one knee as one hand held on its head. Looks at its sister with pleading eyes.

Devil: "" The Jin inside of the Devil said ti everyone.

Yang(crying): "NO! I can't do that! big brother you can keep fighting! don't give up and lose. Keep fighting! so that we don't need to hurt you to the point of dying." Yang pleaded to Jin.

Ruby(crying): "Big bro! please fight it back like-"

Devil: "" Jin explains as one shed of tear came from the devil's eyes seeing that he hates this to hurt his family.

As everyone were now heart broken as a older brother trying his best to explain his problem he can no longer fight back. With this Ruby and Yang started to cry as they think they must kill their brother.

Devil: "*struggles to speak* *now starting to return back to the Devil* " Jin said with his final words to everyone until he turned back to the Devil.

With these final words Ruby cleaned off her tears and ran towards to Penny where Jin was still had energy left leaving her there. Ruby held her hands up towards Penny as both of her hands started to glow yellow like white energy to Penny body and her body began to go through her body. With a few minutes it was done and Ruby as Ruby waited and protects now Penny as everyone else fights.

But, to that alone nobody and not even Ruby by Penny side has taken a drastic change inside of her own body. Inside behind the human fabric the robotic exoskeleton being made of metal and such began to change where her core is and where and how her ow aura manifest. Black Chi or the Devil energy that was transfer from the Devil that Jin turned into went into Penny as its aura as well. By then Ruby has used her Chi being normal Chi that heals. With this Evil and Good Chi started to combined together forming a greater power within her power. As the core began to create the energy of both of these energies the core itself now was forming something even the great minds of Remnant couldn't understand it.

Life

The machine exoskeleton started to become flesh, fibers of parts of humans, and to the point where livers were forming. The core itself was now becoming a heart a machine like heart that no one could imagine and with the time needed to form this new constructed form of human life. Between the Devil and Chi the energy of life has now brought upon a wish that Penny is becoming.... human.

Back where everyone is at the arena minus Ruby everyone got their weapons ready and pointed them al at the Devil. As this happen the Devil got ready as well getting into a battle position.

Yang: "Jaune, get out with Pyrrha! we got this!" Yang yelled as she wipes her reloads her shut gun gauntlets.

Jaune: "*tries to talk back, but gave up* Alright! *goes and picks up Pyrrha* be careful okay everyone."

Pyrrha(crying): "I-I didn't- I didn't mean to. It happen-"

Jaune: "Pyrrha, right now we should move away from this fight so please... calm down and take some breaths."

Pyrrha(crying): "*takes some some breaths* Thank you Jaune"

Back with everyone it like stand off with two samurias watching their opponents to see who strikes first. Even with that Yang or anyone of her teammates or friend explained what they know about the Devil gene and its abilities.

Yang: "Okay everyone stand your ground my brother explained what this can do. One being able to regenerate its aura, heal wounds that won't be needed from aura, and that he can shoot laser beams from its gem on its forehead."

Nora: "Don't forget he can fly!" Nora yelled and add more to what the Devil can do.

Yang: "Yeah that to"

Before the battle begin the huge tournament T.V started to get back online and the Dveil roared one more time. From that the T.V showed this to everyone.

Weiss: "What in the world?"

Yang: "If I have not played any fighting games before I guess that those bars represent our health?"

Coco: "What!? so you mean in a video game?"

Yatsuhashi: "It would seemed that way. I guess that the left bar is ours as the right its the creature in front of us."

Yang: "In any case everyone prepare for the most hardest battle that we ever faced. Everyone with me?" Yang said as she looks back to her allies.

Everyone: "YEAH!"

Yang: "Then! *looks at the the Devil8 LETS WIN THIS TOURNAMENT!"

Devil: "A" The Devil roared at them once and last time as it charged right towards them.

Everyone: "AAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" Everyone yelled as everyone got their weapons and started to run towards the Devil.

(Time Skip to Chibi Jin hiding roses from Chibi Penny to give as Chibi RWBY and Chibi Summer all hid in a bush)

Students of the Remnant VS Jin half Devil form

Round 1...

Yatsuhashi, Saga, Arslan, Nora, and Yang charged first ready and both guys and girl pulled back their Greatswords also Hammer as well with both of the girls pulled back their arms for a super punch. The Devil got ready as well pulling its arm back and in mid moments all four characters power went against the Devil power. The clash beings as everyone were getting pushed back by the Devil fist until with some kind of luck the five screamed and pushed back the Devil fist knocking it back a little. But, at a cost with even the training the force of the Devil made them tired all weapon wielders used their Hammer or Greatswords as something to stand on also both Yang and Arslan went down with one knee. As the Devil stumbles back Ren, Nadir, Reese, Coco, Velvet due to her semblance she copied Coco weapon, Scarlet, and Neptune all started to shoot at it with all the bullets they can all muster, but with all the firer power they could shoot at it. In the end the bullets didn't work on it as it wasn't faze by it.

Coco: "Okay shooting it doesn't work! everyone who has a melee form into their weapon charge at it!" Coco yelled as she transformed back her weapon to normal.

Blake, Weiss, Sun, Bolin, Fox, Reese, Velvet as she copies Yatsuhashi Greatsword, Ren, Scarlet, and Neptune all went towards the Devil and started to do very quick attack around him plus confusing him as well. The Devil started to smash all around the arena trying to hit one of them, but some things came to him like shockwaves and people trying their best not to be crushed by this monster. The Devil then got one being Sun as he was climbing on him trying to give everyone hits. As the Devil got him it through him to the ground creating a crater and both arms high up as the Devil was going to finish it. Not too soon smash where Sun is and once over and to see that Sun body wasn't there as Reese saved his butt.

Sun(pain): "Thanks"

Reese: "No problem, someone get him out he's done!" Reese yelled as Nadir and Coco took him and got him to safely.

The Devil then wield back it it head and everyone knew what was coming.

Yang: "EVEYONE SCATTER!!!" Yang yelled as hard as she can as everyone ran in different directions.

In moments like these everyone ran like mice and not too long the Devil started to shoot beams of blue like fire beams every in the arena. The Coliseum started to get beamed down by the Devil as everyone was looking for cover and from that even where they are the sheer power and fighting is becoming too much for Coliseum. Everyone who survived that beam show were all banged up do to power of the Devil even with the cover they all had to deal with the debris of the broken rocks falling down.

As if anything got worst the Devil has gotten Pyrrha in its hand as Jaune is on the wall struggling to break free, but too weak to get up. Ruby was watching this as from the beams covered the entrance way. Yang sees as well stared to run at it so she started to shoot at the Devil before it can finish the job.

Pyrrha(crying): "Jin please I know your in there. I didn't do it! it was-"

Devil: **

Pyrrha(scared/crying): "Jin... please... be in there. I'm sorry" Pyrrha said as it maybe her final words.

Yang(rage): "Damn it!! I'm out of shells!" Yang screamed in rage.

(Music ends)

The Devil then stops what he was about to do to Pyrrha and lets her go dropping her to the ground. The word "Cinder" echoed through the mind and ears of the Devil. It grasps its head and as if it has a terrible headache. The word came over and over and over again and again until the Devil mind sees the picture. Cinder Fall face with her two companions Mercury and Emerald it then thinks very hard to its mind of rage and horror remains. Pyrrha wasn't the one that took his love it was Cinder.

Devil: *goes in rage like roar*" It screamed in total rage as everyone the arena next to the school can hear it.

Everyone who was there as well with a sudden appearance of Ironwood with a few of his men came. The Devil got down onto its four limbs and spread it wings and without a moment to lose and to waste time it flew up in the air. Destroying the shield for a second time and flying through the night sky. Even from that alone he sees the Atlas air ships going down and sees one still standing and so the Devil beams down onto the airship destroying at as it was going right down with the other two. Plus the Bullheads that were contained with Atlas bots were also destroyed by the Devil by either it crushing it by its hands or shooting down by its beam. As it flew through the night sky the only thing was heard was one name.

Ruby POV

....Ugh... my head.. as I woke up from that beams of my brother and from the rage of the creature that is in him I kind pass out. As I started to get back up I see that the entrance was still blocked, but can hear people behind it trying yo get Penny and I out of here.

Ruby: "THAT'S RIGHT PENNY!!" I yelled as I ran to her.

I bend down to her and checked for any other injuries, but something felt odd. Her body seemed more squishy and seemed different some how, but then she started to move around.

Ruby: "Penny! Penny! you there!?"

Penny: "*Starts to wake up* Ruby?"

Ruby: "Oh thank Ohm your alright!" I said as I hugged her.

As soon as I hugged her she felt not metal I would say more like.... human not to say it was weird, but she felt more... warmer and not cold.

Penny(shocked): "Ruby... I can't activate my sensors! I can't- Ruby I feel something wet on my forehead." She said as she was in utter shocked as this came to be.

I stopped hugging her and looked at her she was scared and shocked as the same time and I understand that. But, once I saw what was on her forehead my eyes were wide as I wouldn't expect to see it.....

(Author: Okay everyone! I hope you like that battle music and the sweet twist of events that has happen. Penny has just turned into a human and now proven to what Ruby has saw.
