《Adopted By My Chemical Romance》Chapter 7

"Hey Jade. Whose wardrobe did you raid?" Mikey asked when I sat down on the sofa.
"Frank's wardrobe. I slept in his bed last night." I answered as I looked down at my outfit choices of Frank's shirt, my jeans with Frank's boxers poking out from the top of my jeans. Mikey raised an eyebrow at me.
"I'm 16. It would be wrong to sleep with him." I said. Mikey nodded and I rested my head on his shoulder. Gerard with Bandit on his hip ran down the stairs. Bandit was giggling into his side.
"Is this normally the case?" I asked.
"Yes. It can get worse." Mikey answered.
"Hey bro, can you fix up some breakfast? Lyn-Z has her visitor currently so she's in bed with a migraine." Gerard asked.
"And it's got worse." Mikey sighed.
"Can't Frank or Ray do it? They're better at cooking." Mikey complained. At exactly that moment both of them walked down the stairs rubbing their eyes. Gerard sighed.
"Can someone make breakfast? Lyn-Z has a migraine." Gerard asked them.
"Once I've had a coffee." Ray answered. Gerard put down Bandit who immediately ran over to Frank with her arms wide open.
"I can cook. Gerard doesn't know that yet." Mikey whispered in my ear. Mikey looked down at my bare arm.
"What's that?" Mikey asked quietly as he pointed to my wrist.
"It's nothing. You don't need to worry." I answered. I covered my wrist with my pother hand.
"I do need to worry. They look fresh." Mikey replied.
"It's nothing Mikey. I promise." I said stubbornly. I curled into Mikey's chest and he protectively wrapped his arm around me. Bandit ran over and jumped on the sofa right next to me. I sat up and looked at her. She started giggling again.

"Are you ticklish B?" I asked.
"No." She giggled in reply. Mikey tilted his head and looked at her.
"We know that's a lie Lady B. You almost wet yourself the other day when Frankie went near your feet." Mikey said. Bandit started giggling harder.
"Frankie?" I asked as I raised an eyebrow.
"It's the only appropriate nickname for her." Gerard answered with a smile from the other side of the room.
"And Lady B is very ticklish." Ray said. Frank stayed quiet as he was bent over a counter nursing a coffee. I raised my eyebrow at Bandit.
"Please don't tickle me Jade." Bandit begged through her giggles with her eyes wide. I got closer to her and started tickling her. Bandit squirmed with laughter.
"Please stop." Bandit laughed.
"Do you give in?" I asked. Bandit nodded and I stopped tickling her.
"Breakfast is ready." Ray said. Ray had multiple plates of pancakes on the worktop.
"I'm not hungry. I don't eat breakfast." I said as everyone went to the table.
"You eat breakfast here. No excuses." Gerard said.
"I'm not hungry and I'm not eating breakfast." I replied stubbornly. Gerard sighed.
"One pancake. That's all I'm asking." Gerard compromised. I nodded and sat down between Frank and Gerard. Ray put a plate with one pancake on it in front of me. I sighed and hesitantly began eating.

46 Year Old Syndrome
The daily Litrpg journal of a fairly average 46 year old man in a world where hundreds of thousands of people suddenly have a super power.Follow him as he learns skills, runs away a lot, suffers crippling headaches, avoids reading his titles, and tries to avoid breaking his body that didn't get enough calcium and vegetables.[Disclaimer 1: Despite the following, I will fix any typos pointed out. This is a writing exercise so chapters are mostly first drafts, otherwise I'd end up rewriting each chapter for a month or more with no real changes. My goals are a steady output by not using perfectionism as a procrastination method. I've already got laziness and additions to reading/games, I don't need a 3rd reason to procrastinate.][Disclaimer 2: The main character is a more normalized version of me, with 170% less laziness installed, and a few buffs like greater courage. Other things like having a job are partially similar. No other characters are based on real people because most people I know are either too normal to be useful or too fucked in the head to be believable.]

No Strings Attached [Rewritten]
Warning Just so you know, you better be paying attention to the chapter title or else it's going to be like travelling across multiverses. Explanation Due to a single comment made by a wonderful person, or some douchebag in real life, I have decided to create two seperate stories. A rewritten version, and the original version. The rewritten version will somewhat follow the original storyline of the original version, but will have extra content, extra side stories of course rewritten personalities. The original one will be like a rough draft of where I want the story to go. Like for instance, the original story is like the first Link from 'Legend of Zelda', choppy but fun to read. The rewritten story is the Link from any game during and after Windwaker, smooth and somewhat follows the main premise. Overall both are going to be probably terribly done but hey, I'm creating a furture and past story so what should you expect. - Styx Whatever just put up the revised description. - Ariel Edited Summary Jay W. Blu, a dashing and charming rich boy who's been spoiled his whole life. He is very cocky, has a case of egomania and isn't exactly what you call a 'Relatable Main character', unless you somehow fit one of these descriptions and then relate all you want. He had everything you would probably want if you weren't pessimistic, realistic, or chronically depressed. But as most reincarnation/summoning stories go, he get's himself killed at whatever age he was and is sent to another world. Normally, he would be summoned as something you would call a hero, but since that's to cliche by my standards he is something else. Instead of being the hero of the people that he was told about by a friend, he instead summoned as the anti-hero aka, 'The Hero of Demons'. Now he must traverse the lands slaying opposing heroes as he tries to keep his mind straight, although it's to late. There will be weird people along the journey like a fangirling war general, a hive mind and a manly magical girl? Oh well, Jay is too pure to see love anyways.

Gloryland
**for Quravin** It's the summer of 2010, and Evan Barker's older brother Jason has just committed suicide. His devastated parents are reeling from the Recession, his friends are shiftless drunks, and his younger sister has been committed after discovering Jason's body. In an attempt to assuage the trauma his family has experienced and break away from his own shitty existence, Evan decides to grab his portion of the modern American Dream by trying out for that year's American Idol auditions in Nashville. Never mind that Evan's a 21-year-old virgin with a self-image as poor as his social skills. Never mind that he's never even attempted to sing before. In 21st century America, anything is possible, or so Evan's been told by a cultural upbringing of "Follow your dreams" and "Everyone is special" and "True love awaits". Speaking of true love, Evan asks Lily Trent to accompany him on the journey. Lily is a childhood acquaintance with whom he's recently reconnected and developed a crush on. Lately Lily's been working as a stripper, a cynical and jaded young woman who may or may not have her own motivations for joining Evan on the trip. Evan hopes the time alone will spark reciprocal affections in Lily, and an improbable come-from-nowhere triumph on national TV will not only free his family from their blue collar burdens, but win him the respect and love he craves-- not just from others, but from himself. Together, Evan and Lily discover why learning how to fail may be their generation's greatest lesson. Cover art by Gerry Siorek

Continuity
I’m writing this all down because I don’t know what else to do with it. This whole experience has been so completely insane that I must record it so people in the future can understand what is going on. Maybe someday someone else can make sense of it. Maybe that person is you, I have no idea. JR awakens from a dream to find that he is late for work! When he tries to call in, he realizes that something is not right. That’s when his friend and co-worker, Frank, calls him and informs him of what just happened to their workplace. JR finds himself in a world that grows increasingly surreal with every passing day. There are basic facts about himself are missing from his memory. When was his birthday again? Taking place in Chicago in the near future, strange buildings, strange events and stranger people populate this world on the other side of the looking glass. JR is left to struggle with his new job and new surroundings, but luckily his old friend Frank is still there to help guide him. He makes many friends who have interesting takes on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. First alerted by Frank, JR slowly becomes aware of a danger lurking in the background that is gradually spreading despite the fact that no one else seems to notice it or acknowledge that he might be on to something. All of this combines to make the novel Continuity about fear, anxiety and paranoia in a perplexing world that seems to be both real and not real at the same time. Rumored to be about 15 chapters and less than 200 pages the novel is written in a first person perspective that breaks the forth wall and will either leave you laughing with delight or scratching your head in confusion, or maybe both!? The one thing it won’t be is boring!
