"Stay here! I'm going to the supermarket to get some stuff, and if I come back and your not right here, I will make sure you will get nothing for dinner. Not even a nibble!" My dad shouted as he drove off. He left me right a Doomsday Comics.
I walked into the store and starred at all the comics. I found a marvel comic sitting ontop of one of high shelves. I jumped up, and tried grabbing it, but I was too short. I glanced around, to make sure no one was watching, and I climbed up the shelf. I grabbed the comic and jumped down. I heard some quietly crackle, and I turned around to see what it was. The shelf began falling down above me. I screamed in fear, and braced myself to get hit by a heavy, massive comic shelf, but I didn't get hit. I looked up, and there he was...
It was the green ninja himself!! He was holding up the shelf, keeping it from falling. He moved it back, and made it stand back up right. The green ninja then looked back at me and took off his mask.
"You okay, kid?" He asked. He looked like me a bit, besides his blonde hair and darker, emerald eyes. "Kid?" He questioned, snapping me out of my daze.
"Y-yeah. I'm okay." I mumbled a bit. "Y-you the green ninja! I can't believe it!"
"Hehe. Your a fan aren't you?"
"Well yeah. Everyone in Ninjago love you and your team, but I'm not one of those fans that seem like they're having a panic attack when they see you."
"Haha! That's good, your pretty funny, kid. What's your name little fella?"
"Jade. Am I allowed to know your real name?"

"Yeah. I'm Lloyd. Lloyd Garmadon. It's really nice to meet you, Jade. Hey, where are your parents?"
"Oh...um..my daddy just dropped me off and then went to the supermarket. He said he will be right back though."
"..the supermarket?? But that's like, 6 blocks from here."
"He will come back."
"Hm..alright. Can I hang out with you till your dad comes back? Don't tell anybody but....I love comic books too."
I giggled. Lloyd is funny even for a ninja. "Yeah we can hang out!" I took his hand, and brought him over to some bean bags. I sat down in one and he sat in the other. We both read comic books for the rest of the day.

"Alright you two, I have to close up shop, so I'm gonna have to ask for you two to leave please." Mother Doomsday politely told us. Lloyd nodded and we put the comics back on the shelves, then walked outside. It was already dark out. The moon was shinning down on Ninjago City.
"Your dad should have came to get you by now." Lloyd sighed.
"H-he will come....im sure he will." I mumbled and kicked a pebble across the side walk.
"Well I'm not leaving you till he comes. It's not safe for a kid your age to stay out here by yourself." Lloyd patted my shoulder. I didn't look up at him. I didn't want the green ninja to see me cry, so I kept looking at the ground, and held back my tears.
After some minutes passed, a car pulled up. My dad stepped out and grabbed my arm. His grip was tight and painful, I wanted to scream, but I knew if I did, my dad would hurt me. My dad threw me into the back seat and slammed the door shut. I heard my dad talking to Lloyd.

"What do you think you were doing?! Why were you near MY son?!" Daddy yelled. I hope Lloyd wouldn't get hurt by my dad.
"I was just watching after him, sir. It's dangerous to leave a child out here, alone." Lloyds face seem calmed, but his voice was stern.
"Whatever! He can man up and learn to defend himself!" My dad shouted, making me scared.
"He's only 6 years old! You can't expect a young child to understand self defense right off the bat!" Lloyd yelled back.
"Tsk! I don't have time for this!" My dad growled and got into the car. As my dad drove away, I looked back at Lloyd, who was still standing on the sidewalk. He had a scared, hurt, and anger look on his face. I felt bad.
"You are in SO much trouble when we get home!" Daddy yelled as he pounded on the stearing wheel. I teard up and rested my head on the window. I should have asked Lloyd to take me back to his team.
