Jay glanced at the teapot filled with Traveler's Tea.

"Don't even think about it." Nya said.

"The Traveler's Tea should only be used as a last resort." She reminded.

"But we know they're coming. I can't protect you all by myself." Jay reasoned

"Don't forget, we have Echo Zane." Nya said, motioning to the sweet droid.

"That is correct. You are safe with me." Echo said in response. Tai-D replaces Echo Zane's chess piece with it's own.

"How did you…"

"You said you saw us old together in the future, right?" Nya asked. "Then doesn't that mean you do protect me? That we do get through this?"

Jay was about to shrug but slowed his actions.

"You know as well as I do, we can't keep running. No matter where we go, Nadakhan won't stop coming. But that doesn't mean we can't stop him here, together." Nya held her hands up.

"You're right." Jay nodded.

"We have the poison, and I may not know what to wish for now, but the future is inevitable." Jay stood up to cry.

"That's the spirit. Now, if we're gonna have company, what say you help me spruce this place up?" Nya stood up, placing her hands on her hips.

"Is that checkmate?" Echo asked Tai-D.

Nya and Jay put their minds together to work on the mechanics already in the house. Echo worked on his moves and staying in one piece.

"Keep this close. I transferred the poison into the dart. You may only have one shot at him, so use it wisely." Nya handed Jay the thin dart.

"Thanks. And I want you to have this." Jat handed Nya the teapot.

"If anything happens to me, use the Traveler's Tea to get yourself out of here. He's convinced he's going to marry you. If that happens, nothing can stop him." Jay said. Nya frowned.

"Uh...uh...you're upset. What did I say?" Jay asked.

"It's nothing you said. It's just...both of you seem convinced you see a future with me. What voice do I have in all this? All my life, my identity has been defined by someone else. First I was 's sister, then I was your horrible girlfriend. Even when I tried to be Samurai X, told me no, I had to be the Water Ninja." Nya paced around the room.

"Nya, I-I never knew you felt this way." Jay raised his hand.

"All I wanted is to be able to choose my own destiny." Nya sighed.

"Well, then, what do you want to be?" Jay asked.

"I don't know. But just having the power to choose for myself is enough." Nya sighed, leaning on the window sill.

"Plenty of people defied and chose their own destiny. So why can't you?" Jay said.

"I believe you when you say we'll end up together, but it's my future too." Nya said.

"I just wish I had a say in it. And I wish we didn't have a lovestruck Djinn chasing us to the ends of Ninjago."

Jay's eyes lit up.

"That's it! What if I wished he wasn't a Djinn? What if he was like us?" Jay exclaimed.

"Then it wouldn't matter if he married me. He'd never get his wishes!" Nya clapped.

"Better yet, he won't be able to use his magic to get away, so we could trap him here forever." Jay motioned around the place.

"Hmm. I sense they are here." Echo interrupted.

"Remember, Jay, when you wish it, he has to hear it." Nya said.

"Get the girl!" Nadakhan shouted. Ropes slinged down from the sky and the pirates dropped in like a game of fortnit-- like they were tetris pieces.

"You heard the c-c-captain. Take the girl." Clancee shouted. They started to charge up the steps.

"All right, everyone take your positions." Nya said, wearing her newfound Airjitzu suit.

Clancee reached the door first and the others squished him onto it.

"Hold on. You don't open the door, I do. I'm higher in command." Clancee announced. His hand pressed on the door and activated a trap, sending the pirates springing down the stairs. They ran back up again

"Let them have it!" Nya cried. Eche and Jay threw some heavy items out the window down the building. They started to climb up the building and even got ladders.

"There's too many. They're almost here!" Nya exclaimed.

"Then let's show them what we've got." Jay clenched his fist. The first few pirates climbed in through the open window.

"Lights, camera, action!" Nya shouted. She and Jay put on sunglasses, mostly to shield their eyes from the modified blinding light they made in the center of the room. But also, the sunglasses made them look really cool.

The pirates however, gor blinded by that flash. Clancee laughed and dodged the spring door, getting into the main floor. He entered to see Tai-D and Echo. Echo did his best to try and fight.

Jay deactivated the light, switching it with a table with all their arsenal.

"You okay?" He asked.

"Ready for round two." Nya nodded. They see an explosive barrel drop in the room.

"Run!" Jay cried. They got caught in the blast and hung from the edge of the window.

"Get those scurvy landlubbers."

"Fire in the hole!" The Sky pirates pulled up on a Raid Zeppelin.

"HA!" Jay shouted, remembering he has powers. He charged up his lightning and shot it towards the balloon crashing it into the water.

"Ha-ha! Come on, Jay!" Nya exclaimed.

The pirates crowded in the bottom floor. They began to circle Echo

"Ow!" They shouted as some screws were on the ground and hurt their feet. The Ninja were really taking the Home Alone route.

Dogshank broke through the wall on an anchor. She really came in like a wrecking ball.

(I'm so sorry.)

"I don't see Nadakhan. The plan won't work if he isn't here!" Jay exclaimed.

"Look out!" Nya cried.

"That's not Nadakhan!" Jay yelled as Doubloon rose into action.

Jay drew the two swords on his back. He began to spar, pushing his blade in, he stepped aside for Nya to blast water. Doubloon went on the offensive and used a wooden staff to advance.

"YAAH!" Nya drew her swords and charged.

"Think you can take on the both of us? Not very smart, because we make a good team!" Jay bragged. Dogshank pulled Nya down.

"AHH!"

"Nya!!"

"Help me, Jay!" Nya cried. Doubloon pushed his staff down and Jay crossed his swords to block.

"Let me go!" Nya shouted.

"Sorry, Captain's orders. But it's nice to see you again. I've missed our playdates." Dogshank said.

"It's nice seeing you too, but if my memory serves correct, I believe last time I said I wasn't gonna play nice!" Nya shouted and cried out.

"You pulled my hair? What kind of warrior pulls hair?!" Dogshank shouted. She threw Nya away.

"The kind that are woefully undersized." Nya said, landing on the stairs. Dogshank threw her anchor and Nya used the chain to run up and strike.

Jay and Doubloon crashed down to the common area. With flames everywhere, Jay raised his swords.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Whatever you do, do not touch that lever!" Jay shouted. Doubloon pulled it.

"Thanks." Jay saluted and smirked under his mask.

"You need help?" Jay asked, hanging from the ceiling.

"I think I got this under control." Nya replied, holding against Dogshank. The teapot around Nya started to spill. The teal was pouring out.

"Nya, the tea!" Jay cried. Nya jumped up and bonked Dogshank on the head.

"Anybody home?" She pushed Dogshank into the portal. She was teleported into the Tigerwidow's den. It ran away.

"YOU CHICKEN!"

"Nya, give me the potion. We have to get out of here." Jay held out his hand.

"Oh, they have the Traveler's Tea. G-g-get it before they can escape. Clancee shouted.

Doubloon made them drop the tea.

"No!"

Monkey Wrench caught it.

"Don't let that monkey get away with it!" Jay cried. Tai-D was on the case. It rolled around at the speed of sound (not really) to catch up.

Nadakhan hit it away.

"Stupid toy."

Nya blasted away the pirates while Jay blasted Doubloon.

"He's here. Make your wish that he's not a Djinn!" Nya shouted. Jay turned to look down.

"Nadakhan, I wish you weren't--" Nadakhan disappeared.

"Where'd he go? I wish you weren't a--"

"You think I don't know what you're up to?" Nadakhan exclaimed.

"Ugh. He's too fast! I can't get the words out!" Jay cried and Nadakhan poofed around them all.

"You have to shoot him. Use the poison dart!" Nya exclaimed. Doubloon pushed Jay, pushing Nya and making her dangle off the ledge. "Don't worry! I got you!" Jay grabbed her hand.

"But now you can't shoot him, and he's still coming." Nya exclaimed.

"I am built to protect those who cannot protect themselves!" Echo stepped in. He ran up against the wall and past all the pirates to get Jay and Nya free.

"You stepped on my friend. Now I will step on you." Echo threatened.

"Oh, really? Give it a try, metal man." Nadakhan said. Echo's arm fell off.

"Oh." Then his leg.

"Uh...whoa!" He fell. Aw.

"Pure scrap." Nadakhan laughed and disappeared.

"Oh, no! Shoot him, Jay!" Nya cried.

"Come to me, my dear." Nadakhan opened his arms below Nya.

"If I try to shoot him, you'll fall right into his arms. Hold on!" Jay exclaimed.

"Hold on?" Nya asked. Swinging Nya, Jay threw himself and her out the open blast of the tower. And into the ocean.

"Find her!" Nadakhan's enraged voice echoed around.

"We have to find the teapot." Jay said they swam into the basement.

"The Traveler's Tea. Good thinking." Nya said. Jay ran to shut the door. He sighed.

"Guess we can finally say this truly is a last resort. Hehe." He poured the last few drops of tea left.

"That's it? That's all that's left? That isn't big enough for both of us." Nya exclaimed.

"But it is big enough for you. Nya, take the poison. I promised you I was going to protect you, and I'm a man of my word." Jay held up the dart.

"Oh, Jay, this is the reason..."

"The reason for what?"

"The reason you're the only one I've ever let into my heart." Nya said.

"I don't know how to ever tell you this, but even before you saw a glimpse into our future, I saw it too...the first time I met you."

"You did?" Jay shook his head.

"Hurry, Nya, the flame is dying out!"

"But if I'm ever gonna have a say in our future, it's me who has to protect you because it's you who has the wish." Nya said.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm speaking up for my future. And it's never felt better. Save me, Jay Walker—there's going to be a wedding, and I want you to do something about it!"

Jay leaned in close. Nya pushed him into the portal.

"Now let's get on with it." Nya gripped the dart. She fought her way with one sword through the crowd. Eventually, she got captured.

"I have never seen a more beautiful bride." Nadakhan approached. Nya struggled in her place.
