《Ghost Friend | Ninjago × Reader ✔️》Chapter 18

Do you know the last thing I expected to happen in my life?
Getting yeeted into the cursed realm's mouth.
Morro, Lloyd and I got on our feet looking around. Just one look at the place made me jump to Morro's side.
"What?" he asked.
I answered while holding his arm "this place is the definition of disgust! Is this where you spent the last years or something?"
"No, not literally, I mean this is the cursed realm but it looked better back then...we even had tea parties celebrating the new deads."
I gave him the look of 'what the hell?'
Lloyd was silently exploring the place when all of the sudden, he ran somewhere shouting "DAD!!"
We ran after him, and here he was, sensei Garmadon tied up with chains from both of his arms. Lloyd tried to free him but failed miserably.
Sensei Garmadon lifted his head "Lloyd..? And Y/n? And...?"
"This is Morro," I said "But it's not the time for introductions, we need to get you out of here."
I held one of the chains while Lloyd got the other, none of us could break it.
"Stop," sensei Garmadon said "you won't be able to break it, go save the world."
Lloyd kneeled next to his father "we can't, I can't leave you... Anima got the crystal and the Preeminent is released on Stiix... I.... I'm a terrible green ninja, aren't I?"
I was about to prove him wrong, but instead, Morro kneeled next to him and did it instead of me.
"That's not true, it's not fault... It's all mine, I've been jealous of you even before we met, I've been jelous of whoever was going to be the green ninja. I thought I was the one who deserved to be the green ninja... And that made me lose a lot of things, my life, friends and Y/n."

So I'm not a friend? Oh wait, I told him about the future reflection earlier... That's why he looked away when he said my name.
He added "being a hero doesn't mean you can't make mistakes, it means you should get up and fix them."
Lloyd smiled and looked at his father. I swear if sensei Garmadon wasn't tied up, he would have been clapping.
Lloyd got up, walked away then turned to look at us again and made a HUGE ball of energy and threw it at the chains WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS!!
I covered my eyes from the blinding light. I opened them again and saw sensei Garmadon free of chains. Lloyd and I ran to his side and helped him up.
"How did you do that?" he asked Lloyd.
"I have no idea."
The four of us got to the Preeminent's mouth and guess what we saw, Stiix full of ghosts and the other ninjas are evacuating in a ship.
Lloyd summoned his dragon "I'll go after Anima, you guys go help them evacuate," and left to look for Anima.
I summoned Stormie and took sensei Garmadon with me while Morro was on his dragon after us going to the ship.
We landed and made our dragons disappear. Jay spotted us and ran to our direction is shock.
"Sensei Garmadon?! You're alive?!"
"Yes, I am."
I told Jay "Lloyd went after Anima."
Zane came into sight and he gasped when he saw Garmadon "you're alive!"
"Yeah, you all thought I was dead or something? You want to get rid of me so badly?"
"Calm down, he didn't mean it that way," I tried to calm Garmadon down.
I turned to Morro "so we help evacuating?"
"Yup."
Me and the others evacuated Stiix into the ship. I hoped it won't sink like the titanic, but the Preeminent got into the water without getting damaged and grabbed the ship trying to sink it. Anima and Lloyd were no where to be seen.

"Nooooo!! The ship is not sailing!!" Jay yelling.
Kai ordered "Nya! We need you here!"
Nya came from the other side of the ship and created a big water ball and threw it at the Preeminent. It hit its arm and made it lose its grip on the ship.
The ship started sailing away when one green disgusting tentacle caught me and sent me flying into the air while I was screaming.
"Y/N!" Morro yelled and summoned his dragon.
I tried to summon Stormie or use my powers to fly but nothing worked.
I could hear my own heartbeats as I was falling and about to hit the water.....
Morro caught me before I could touch the water.
"You okay?"
"Yeah, thanks for catching me," I hardly answered because I was out of breath from screaming. I'm literally the master of screaming.
"Anytime."
"You plan on getting me yeeted into the air again?!"
"No... I don't know. There are many situations where you could yeet yourself into the air because you're clumsy, now shut up and let's find Lloyd."
I couldn't argue with that. I sat behind him on the dragon as he flew us around the Preeminent trying to find Lloyd.
I looked at every corner of the wooden houses stuck on the Preeminent like skin, and I still couldn't find Lloyd or Anima.
"I can't see them," I said.
Morro replied "do you think they used the crystal?"
"That's the only explanation for their disappearance."
"All right," he said "back to the ship."
But before we could approach it enough to land, Nya created a HUGE wave and sent it towards the Preeminent without knowing we're near it.
"Oh god," I said with my eyes fixed on the wave coming towards us. I shook Morro's shoulders "go go go!! What are you waiting for!?!"
We wouldn't make it out in time, the wave was so close, and before I knew it...
Morro's dragon touched the water and disappeared making both Morro and I fall with less than a minute to do something before we get in contact with the water.
