Okay so this was requested by @LuigiDaisy2 I did my best and I hope you like it.

A little bit of explaining, this story was kind of based on the idea that the chaos heart tries to make it home in Dimentio but it was killing him so he had to remove it and find a different plan, now needing to fix the effects on the heart. I know it's not 100% accurate but hey it's fanfiction it doesn't need to be.

There's a little bit of adult content but nothing graphic. Just a heated make-out that was leading to something more explicit but was stopped. I would have written smut but I wasn't sure whether or not you wanted that.
