《His Precious Mate.》13. Stan.

POV Dayanara.
I was sitting in Physics when there was an announcement. "Dayanara Cordero, please come to the office." My eyes widened and I shared a look with Gabriel.
"It'll be fine, Alexander is already on his way there." He whispered and I nodded. I made my way to the principal's office. Alexander was there already, waiting for me.
"Where have you been?! You've been gone for days!" Uncle Stan came out with the principal. "You had me worried sick!" His words made Alexander scoff.
"Mr. Kingston, why are you here?" The principal questioned.
"To inform you that Dayanara has been with me for these past few days." He replied. The principal nodded and we all walked out as he returned to his office.
"I knew you were being a slut." Stan growled as he dragged me towards the exit. "I should've gotten rid of you when I got the chance." He threw open the doors and I breathed in the fresh air.
"Get your filthy hands off her, you mutt." Alexander growled as he followed us.
"What are you gonna do about it, pup?" Stan taunted. Angelo isn't going to like that. I watched anxiously as Alexander's eyes turned black.
"I'm going to throw you in a cell, torture and starve you for so long that you'll be begging me to kill you." He growled.
"Alexander please calm down." I said. "You're gonna attract unwanted attention."
"That's cute." Stan chuckled. "Where are you going to put me? Your basement?"
"In the dungeon of the Royal Moon pack along with the others that dared to disrespect or betray the Kingston bloodline." He smirked.
"A- Alpha Kingston, please forgive my rudeness." Stan stammered. "Dayanara, apologize for talking back to him." He squeezed my arm.
Alexander growled and pulled me away from him. He pressed my back against his chest and took a deep breath. "She doesn't have to apologize for anything."
Out of nowhere, Gabe appeared. He nodded at us before dragging Stan away.

~A week later~
I was in the kitchen with Mateo, making myself a cup of tea. Alexander made sure there was strawberry tea at all times.
The smell of forest and oranges filled my nostrils as Alexander walked in. "Dude, you look like a zombie." Mateo commented but Alexander just let out a grunt.
He grabbed a mug and poured some coffee in it. "Are you alright?" I asked, softly touching his arm.
"I'm fine." He smiled at me but the smile didn't reach his eyes. Dark bags circled his eyes and he gulped down the coffee.
"No, you're not." I shook my head. "You've been way too busy. School during the day, paperwork and homework when you get home and patrol at night. Don't think I haven't noticed."
"It's just a bit busy." He assured. "I can handle it." His eyes started to droop.
"Let's go." I grabbed his hand and dragged him up the stairs.
"Where are we going?" He asked confused.
"Your room. You need sleep." I ordered as I walked right into his bedroom. "Go change." I pushed a pair of sweats in his hands before going to my room.
I changed into a pair of shorts and a singlet that Alexander's sister gave me. It didn't fit her anymore and she wanted me to have it. I hadn't met her but I already liked her. The only thing was the print on it said Kingston 02.
Alexander told me that it was for him because he is the second kid in the family. But she accidentally ordered female.
I grabbed my book and tea before sitting down on my bed. Then I noticed a figure walking out of Alexander's room. I stood up and followed it.
"Alpha Kingston." I called and he turned to face me. "I'm glad you changed but you were supposed to go to sleep." I pulled him back to his room. "Stay."
I rushed back fo my room and grabbed my book and tea. I entered his room again and he was still sitting in his bed. "Since you're probably going to run off again, I'm staying here." I closed the door behind me.

"I'll go to sleep if you lay with me." He reasoned.
"I still get to read." I agreed and he nodded. I put my tea on his nightstand and crawled under the duvet. He followed my lead and got in bed as well. I put the pillows up so I could lean against them.
Alexander inched closer to me and rested his arm over my waist. He leaned his head on my stomach and I placed my hand on the nape of his neck. He let out a sigh and closed his eyes.
"The singlet looks cute on you." He whispered. I hummed in response as I ran my hand through his hair. "Thank you." He mumbled before dozing off.
After 45 minutes, Gabriel rushed in while slamming the door open. I growled lowly at him, not wanting him to wake Alexander up. He put his hands up in surrender before backing out the door, closing it behind him.
Not long after Gabe left, another person came in. It was a barely dressed she wolf, Dana. I felt my eyes turn black and I felt my wolf wake up a bit. "Get out!"
"No! You get out of my mate's room." She yelled, causing Alexander to stir in his sleep.
"Get out!" I growled again, my voice held power and authority. The she wolf whimpered and ran out.
~~~
Two and a half hours later Alexander woke up. "Dana came in here." I grumbled. "I told her to get out." I informed.
"Why didn't you wake me up?" He asked, tightening his grip in my stomach.
"I was worried about you because you needed sleep. That stupid skank almost woke you up." I rolled my eyes.
"Thanks." He smiled and took a deep breath. "Let's watch a movie."
"Let's watch Beauty and the Beast." I chirped and he just nodded with a small smile on his face.
After we watched the movie, Alexander had to leave again. "Bring me to him!" I whined. I've been bugging Gabe to bring to Alexander. I already changed in more decent clothing.
"I told you, I can't." He shook his head.
"Technically, I'm an Alpha." I taunted. "I want you to bring me to your Alpha!"
"Fine!" He groaned. I followed him out to the forest and down a pair of steps. He stopped at a cell and I heard two heart beats.
"I should've killed her along with her clingy aunt." Stan said. Rage entered me and I stormed in.
"Dayanara." Alexander tried to stop me but I pushed him. I didn't take the time to think about the fact that he crashed into the wall.
I grabbed Stan by the throat and slammed him into the wall. The chair he was tied to went in the air as well. "Did you kill my aunt?!" I growled as my nails and canines started to shift.
"I should've killed you too." He spat blood in my face. Something inside me just snapped and I ripped his throat out without thinking twice.
I was breathing heavily as I let his corpse drop to the floor. After I had calmed down, I sensed another beathing that was off, almost like panting.
I turned around and noticed that Alexander was on the floor, a layer of blood coated his lips. "A- Alexander." I stuttered as I stepped closer.
"No." Gabriel stood between us and I watched as the guards brought him away.
"I'm so sorry." I mumbled as Gabriel guided me back home. "I didn't mean to." I said as he brought me to Alexander's room.
"I'm sorry." I kept repeating it.
"Stay here." He ordered before closing the door.
"I'm so sorry." I prayed to the Moon goddess that Alexander would be fine.
