I had spent a few days in bed to heal and recover, I had tried to get up out of bed a few times to move about but Kieran insisted I stay in bed and call him or one of the others if I needed anything. I had watched so many different movies, read some books, which of course Kieran got a few of the others to go to the library and get for me, my meals and drinks were brought up to me. I was beginning to feel like I was going to lose my patience if I had to spend one more day in this bed doing nothing. I love to get out in the fresh air, go for a relaxing walk or swim. I'm way out of my comfort zone here. Of course since Kieran was Alpha, no one could go against him or his orders.

My parents should be arriving here today at the pack house. Kieran had offered to let them stay in the house until a few pack members had managed to get a little cottage house near by the pack house decorated for them. They were both blown away by the kindness and generosity Kieran had shown them. I knew how much they both respected Kieran as an Alpha, I remember both my parents telling me when they had visited here before. I was disturbed by a knock a the door.

"Come in" I said as I stared out the window

The door opened and Sophie walked in.

"Hey Miss Luckiest girl in the world" Sophie said cheerfully

"Hey" I replied

"What's wrong ? You sound bored" Sophie replied, stating the obvious

"I am bored Sophie, I hate being stuck in here not able to go anywhere not even into the garden for some fresh air" I began to rant off

"Have you tried asking my brother ?" Sophie asked

"Yes and every time he refuses, I'm feeling better now but he doesn't see it like that" I answered

"No he doesn't and he won't, not after what happened to you, he feels like it was his fault he almost lost you from right under his nose, he feels like he didn't protect you enough from the danger" Sophie pointed out

"I know and I get that, but even just sitting out in the garden wouldn't hurt, he can easily keep an eye on me there or get one of the others too or" I continued but stopped when a thought came to my mind

"Or ?" Sophie asked confused

"You could speak to Kieran and ask him but tell him you will sit and stay with me, he'll listen to you" I practically begged

"Felicity I don't know" Sophie said sounding unsure

"Please for me just try, tell him I'm feeling better but being cooped up in here all day won't help, I need some fresh air ask him if I can just sit in the garden" I pressed on still practically begging

"I'll ask him but I can't promise you anything" Sophie said

I nodded knowing she was right, no one could push Kieran once his mind was set on something, he was really stubborn.

"What's going on here ?" A familiar male voice asked from the doorway.

Both Sophie and I snapped our heads up and looked over to the door, there was saw Kieran standing there.

"I just came in to check on Felicity and see how she was doing, I haven't seen her for a few days" Sophie answered

"Why aren't you in bed resting ?" Kieran asked as he pointed to me and the empty bed

"Because I'm feeling better" I answered truthfully

"Dr Wilson said you have to rest Felicity" Kieran said in a stern, almost warning voice

"I know and if he saw me, I'm pretty sure he would discharge me and allow me to get up and walk about, let me sit outside in the garden" I replied

"Nice try" Kieran said sternly

"Oh really, let's put this to the test then" I said and moved from where I was sitting and began to walk over to the door

"Where do you think your going ?" Kieran asked

"Down to see Dr Wilson to get his opinion and see what he has to say, I'm also requesting that he or a nurse looks and checks me over" I said in my best stern voice

"I'm gonna go now and leave you two to it, I really don't want to see where this argument leads too" Sophie said as she practically ran out of the room and closed the door behind her

"Dr Wilson is very busy" Kieran said

"I'm sure he will see me especially since you will also be there through the whole check up" I replied

The room fell silent for a bit, Kieran stood there in front of the closed door, his arms folded, both of us staring each other right in the eyes. I slowly walked over to the door, not breaking my gaze from Kieran's.

"Let's go" I said standing firm

"We're not going" Kieran stated

"Well I refuse to stay up here or be kept up in here any long Kieran, I want out of this room" I hit back

We kept on arguing back and forth with each other for a bit but then suddenly Kieran's lips smashed into mine. We kissed for a bit, the kiss was filled with love and passion. We broke apart for a few minutes and looked into each others eyes.

"Umm do you want, I mean do you want too" Kieran began to ask, fumbling over his words, I of course knew what he was trying to ask

"Yes I'm okay and yes I want to if you do" I smiled

That was all it took, soon enough we were helping each other out of our clothes.

"Wow this isn't how I saw today planning out" I smiled as I lay on Kieran's bare chest,

"Me either but I'm not complaining" Kieran said, giving me one of his cheeky grins

"I'm not complaining either, time spent with you always means the world to me" I smiled

"I hope my pack members don't think anything bad has happened to me, I told them I wouldn't be long" Kieran said

"Do you want to get back to them ?" I asked

"No, Sophie would have told them I was here and she left us to talk" Kieran replied

"Just when I was getting bored of being stuck up in here, you come along and change everything" I joked

"I'm sorry I kept you up in here for so long, I thought it was my only way of keeping you safe from harm" Kieran explained

"I know but the danger is gone for the time being" I pointed out

"As much as I hate to move from this moment right now, your parents will be arriving here soon, lucky we just mated when we did, I don't think I'd be able to look your parents in the eyes if they'd heard us" Kieran joked

"Is it bad that I forgot they were coming ? I guess you could say that I got distracted" I teased

Kieran smiled at my comment before kissing me on the forehead.

"Let's go get dressed" Kieran said

I agreed, we both got up and dressed, I refreshed myself up a little bit with my deodorants, body mist and perfume before brushing my hair. We both made our way downstairs, at the bottom, we were greeted by a few of the pack members.

"Alpha, Luna there you both are" Bradley smiled

"Bradley, everything okay ?" Kieran asked

"Yes, Luna Felicity's parents are arriving" Bradley answered

I looked at Kieran hopeful he might let me go outside and watch and wait for my parents.

"Go on" Kieran smiled as he nodded towards the door

"Thank you" I smiled as I hugged him before running out the front door

I ran to the top of the stairs by the front door before running down them. Just then I saw my parents arrive with a few pack members from both Kieran's pack and my old pack, including my best friend, Natalie.

"Felicity" My mother called

I smiled and walked over to her and my father, they both smiled and embraced me into their waiting arms.

"How are you sweetheart ? What has been happening ?" My mum began to ask

"Stephanie, let's get settled first then you can begin with the questions" My father laughed

"I'm fine mum, as you can see, Kieran is still treating me properly and looking after me" I smiled

"Speaking of your handsome young man, where is he ?" My dad asked

I was about to answer that he must be inside the house waiting for us, I know it will be hard for him to see me with my parents after what happened to his all those years ago but, before I could actually answer, someone else answered.

"I'm right here Mr Morgan" Kieran smiled.

I turned to side and saw Kieran there, smiling at my parents, I smiled back at him.

"Alpha, please call me Chris, I have said to you often enough" My dad smiled as he shook Kieran's hand

"Of course, and please, call me Kieran" Kieran smiled as he shook my dad's hand

My parents got settled into their room which Kieran had offered them. I was sitting with my mother and Natalie talking and catching up. I had left out the whole Jamie and cliff incident. Kieran and I both agreed not to mention it to anyone just yet. I guessed my father was with Kieran, talking to him since none of them where here.

"You seem really happy here Felicity, Kieran he seems to be bringing out the best in you" Natalie commented

"He is making me happy, just the little things he does it means so much, he is a generous and kind person, he's also very gentle" I smiled

We were having a nice time, catching up and talking when a knock came to the door.

"Come in" I called

Jacob opened the door and entered the room.

"Pardon the interruption Luna but Alpha Kieran sent me, he'd like you to meet him outside in the garden later on tonight after dinner, he's asked that you dress up" Jacob explained

"Dress up ?" I asked confused

"Yes there is a gift for you upstairs in your shared room" Jacob added

I wanted to quiz on but Jacob left as soon he he said that last thing about a present.

"I say we all head up there now and see what this surprise is" Natalie cheered

I looked at both my mother and Natalie who both had hopeful looks in there eyes. I admit I also was curious as to what surprise he had left for me this time.

"Okay let's go" I smiled, giving into their curiosity as well as my own

They both cheered and we left the lounge room and made our way up to Kieran and I's shared room. As I opened the door, I saw a huge box lying on the bed. The box was white with a blue ribbon wrapped around it. There was a note, written in Kieran's hand writing.

Open me for a surprise

The note read. I carefully untied the bow and opened the box. to my surprise, there was a beautiful blue dress inside the box.

"Looks like Alpha Kieran has something special planned for you tonight if he's buying you a new dress" Natalie teased

I lifted the dress out and unfolded it before holding it against me. It was a royal blue colour with a V- neck line on the front in the middle, luckily it wasn't too deep a cut, there was some sparkly beads along the middle like a belt and the bottom was very elegant and flowy.

"Oh my, this dress is so beautiful" I gushed

"He must have something special planned for you if he's gone to all this effort" My mum smiled

Kieran and I were excused from the pack dinner with everyone else, I got ready in our room with the help of my mum, Natalie, Sophie and Rebecca. I'm sure Gayle would have loved to help but she was busy cooking for the others. By the time the pack dinner was ready, I was ready to head outside in my new dress, my hair and make up done, I put on a pair of silver heels which I had but had hardly used. I felt like a princess or in a really happy dream that I never wanted to end.

"Luna, Alpha Kieran is waiting for you outside, just stay to the left of the house, by the grass and you will be fine" Bradley smiled as he pointed in the direction for me to go to.

I was so confused. Firstly what did Kieran have planned ? Why did he buy me this beautiful new dress ? Why all the secrecy ? What has he planned ? I thought to myself as I walked in the direction Bradley had given me. As I walked to the left, I could see some lights and hear faint music. I continued walking in the direction of the light and music. I saw Kieran standing a few feet in front of me.

"I see you got my gift, it looks beautiful on you" Kieran smiled as he greeted me

"Kieran what is all this ?" I asked as I gestured to all the fairy lights, music and the white gazebo which had been put up.

"I wanted to ask you here for a dance, like the last time we were here" Kieran smiled not giving much away

"Okay" I replied confused

Kieran offered me his hand and lead me over to a spot before putting his other hand on my waist. We began to slow dance to the music. I noticed that it was James Arthur Falling Like The Stars that we were currently dancing too.

"You have no idea how much you have changed my life in such a short time" Kieran said which shocked me, I wasn't expecting him to say something like that

"You've also changed my life so much too, all in a good way, you've become to mean so much to me" I replied

"When we got you out of the water and you weren't breathing, I felt my heart shatter and everything around me just stopped, I never want to experience that ever again" Kieran said

"You won't ever have to, I promise, I'm here with you now forever" I smiled

We continued to dance for a while to different slow romantic songs. We were having fun and enjoying each other's company. It feels like forever since we have done anything like this.

"Let's take a little break and have a drink" Kieran suggested

I agreed, Kieran lead us over to a small table and chairs, on the table was a bottle of champagne along with two flute glasses.

"You go on, I have to tie my lace" Kieran said as he let go of my hand and bent down.

I looked around at all the different fairy lights, there was some small heart fairy lights, star fairy lights, they were all in a warm yellow colour.

"This is so beautiful, this night has been perfect" I smiled before something caught my attention

Over by one of the statues, there was a single white rose, I loved white roses but I wasn't sure I'd ever mentioned it to Kieran. I walked over and picked it up. I turned around, still holding the rose, I expected to see Kieran standing back up but he was still down on the ground, on one bended knee.

"Kieran ?" I asked unsure if I was dreaming this or not

"Felicity Morgan, You mean the world to me, I know we're not true mated but we are mates now, I never expected you to mean as much to me as you do, After all we've been through, the bond we've created, I can't imagine my life without you for one second. Will you do me the greatest honour and be my wife, Marry me ?" Kieran asked as he held out a small box which held a beautiful silver ring.....
