"Hey, Pete," Brendon says as Pete opens the front door and he chuckles at how surprised his best friend seems.
He had texted Patrick, yesterday, asking if he maybe wanted to go get coffee and just talk a bit, and Patrick had seemed very happy that he wanted to hang out.
"Hey, come in. What are you doing here?" "Uhh, I texted Patrick. We're hanging out today." "Oh, really?" "Yeah, I want him to feel welcome to our friend group and us meeting for the first time didn't end so well, with Ryan and everything." "I'm so glad you wanna hang out with him. He has been so nervous about what you guys think about him, and all. He can be self-conscious." "He has nothing to worry about, honestly. He's so cool."
Pete smiles and nods.
"He is. God, I just love him so much, you know?" "That's so cute." "Anyway, let me get Patrick, for you."
Brendon just walks around the living room. He remembered that this place used to be super dirty and Pete never cleaned up, but they had redone and it looks so nice and cozy.
There were pictures of the two of them on the walls and candles and plants.
"Hey, Brendon!"
Brendon looks up and sees Patrick, who comes walking into the living room with a big smile on his face.
"Hi, Patrick. How are you?" "I'm great! Do you like what I've done to the place?" "Yeah, it's amazing. It looks a lot better than before." "I really tried. I'm an interior designer." "Well, you need to design my living room because it's a hot mess, right now." "I suppose I could do something if you want." "Please." "Sure." "Well, lets go out for coffee now, I know this amazing place."

Patrick smiles again and nods.
"Yeah, let's go."
Pete pulls Patrick towards him and kisses him softly, making Patrick blush.
"Have fun."
---
When Brendon and Patrick get to the coffeeshop and order their drinks, Patrick gets a serious look on his face.
"How are you doing, after what Ryan did?" "Oh, god... I'm generally okay, but like, yesterday, he sent me flowers and I completely lost it. And I started yelling to Dallon, about him and yeah..." "He's such a dick." "Yeah, he is. He's been desperate to get me back, ever after we broke up, but this was too much, even for him."
Patrick nods and looks up at the waiter for a second, before looking at Brendon again.
"You guys were together?" "Yeah, a few years back. He was a lovely boyfriend, caring, sweet, you know, the whole package." "Why'd you break up?" "We just... We couldn't see a future together. It was nice, but there just couldn't be something forever, you know..."
Brendon frowns a little, not knowing how to explain it.
"It felt as if our relationship had an expiration date and we both knew it. So, we made the best of it and then we both wanted to go other ways and it just happened," he says, looking at his coffee.
"And just because we knew that it wasn't gonna work, didn't mean that it didn't hurt. And apparently it hurt Ryan so much that he wanted me back. And so, last year, he contacted me and he tried to win me back, but I just wasn't interested."
Patrick pats Brendon's hand.
"I tried to remain friends, that's why I invited him to the housewarming party, but then he did what he did and I don't know what to do. I think I'm gonna talk to him, give him a chance to explain himself and then we'll part ways forever." "That's a good idea."

Brendon just takes a sip of his coffee and sighs.
"I need a smoke..." He mumbles and Patrick gives him a judging look.
"I'll just wait until I'm home." "I really don't like smoking." "No, that's okay."
Brendon just stays silent and Patrick drinks his tea.
"How'd you and your boyfriend meet?" He asks, suddenly and Brendon is confused at first.
"Oh, you mean Dallon?" "Yeah." "We're not actually a couple... He's my sugar daddy." "Oh... By the way he got all protective over you, after you know, I thought you were a couple." "It's okay. Kinda wish we were."
Brendon's eyes grow big, as he realizes that he said that last part out loud and Patrick just smiles.
"You guys would be cute, together. I know I've only seen you two together once, but the way he looked at you and stuff, showed that he really cared and I honestly think he likes you."
Brendon's heartbeat speeds up a little and he feels a light blush appear on his cheeks.
Of course, Sarah had said the same, last night, but hearing it from Patrick, who didn't know them well, made it more believable.
"Hey, there he is!" Patrick says and Brendon, who was sitting with his back towards the door, turns around, seeing Dallon walk in, together with some important looking people.
"Oh my God. He's probably doing some business stuff." "What does he do for a living?" "He's ceo of a software company." "Damn." "Yeah."
Dallon and associates sit on the other side of the coffeeshop and Brendon can't help but look at him.
"He's so handsome," he mumbles, more to himself than Patrick.
"Yeah, he is." "I'm kinda lucky he's my sugar daddy, aren't I?" "I've never had a sugar daddy before, but I would say so, yeah." "Have you never done anything like have a sugar daddy?" "No, not really. Pete is actually my third boyfriend." "And how old are you?" "26." "You've had sex before right?"
Patrick's face turns red and his grow big.
"Brendon!" He says and Brendon just laughs.
"You're friends with me now, get used to it. You should be happy I haven't given you a graphic description of me having sex with Dallon."
Dallon turns around as he hears his name and sees Brendon, who immediately starts blushing.
"Hey, honey. I didn't know you were here," Dallon says, as he walks over to Brendon and Patrick.
"Hi, Dall. We actually saw you walk in here with your business people." "Why didn't you say anything?" "You were busy." "Never too busy for you though."
Dallon sits down at the table and smiles at Patrick.
"So, what were you talking about?" "Oh, Brendon was giving me a graphic description of you guys having sex." "Excuse me?"
Brendon laughs and Dallon just looks embarrassed.
"Jokes on you, Patrick. We haven't sex yet." "Yeah, I have to get back to that business thing." "Alright, Dall."
Dallon walks away, but Brendon pulls him back on his tie and pulls him down.
"I want a kiss." "Just ask for it, next time," Dallon says, his voice slightly strained.
He leans down and kisses Brendon, before walking away.
"Yeah, he likes you."

Mr Reigns
I was going to die on the stairs. Before I could actually feel the other steps of the stairs, I felt hands wrapped themselves around my waist. My eyes were closed. Why do we close our eyes when there were some dangers? That was stupid. As if with closed eyes, we weren't going to feel any pain. "Fuck. Are you okay?" I opened my eyes quickly when I heard this deep sexy voice. My eyes widened at the sexy piece of human standing in front of me. No human had the right to be that sexy. "God?" I asked. When he rose one of his perfect eyebrows in confusion, I realized how stupid I sounded. His perfect face was everything. His well trimmed beard made him look so handsome. His green eyes was hypnotizing. As his body was pressed against mine, I could feel how muscular he was. He helped up stand up and roughly let go of me. His eyes trailed to the floor. I followed his eyes to see a cigarette on the floor. "I'm sorry?" I more like questioned. Was I supposed to apologize for the wasted cigarette which was going to ruin his health? "Thank you" I said when I decided to look at him again. He was already staring at me. He was wearing a black suit. His hair was perfectly fixed. I wonder how would he look if his hair was messy and he was wearing a Jean. Noticing that he was not going to say anything else, I stared at the stairs. "I'm going to go" I simply said and walked down the stairs carefully. When I was on the grass, I gently lifted my dress so that it wouldn't be ruined and walked bare feet on the grass. I turned my head slightly to look at the man, who seemed to be observing me. He was still on the stairs, his eyes on me. He was model worthy. He did seem to the snobby type of man. I quickly turned around to face the woods. That man could take the breath away just by his looks.
