《Adopted by My Chemical Romance》2

We stayed in the bedroom for roughly thirty minutes, talking about random things that would lead to another topic.
"Look, all I'm saying is Ryan Ross is the best member of Panic!." She joked, rolling around on her bed which was placed across from mine.
"Nah, Brendon is, you dunce." I responded, she laughed and sat up. We heard some footsteps walking down the hall. Kay annoyingly sighed.
"They probably adopted Penny." She mocked, rolling her eyes. I furrowed my brows.
"You mean the fake emo who only listens to I Write Sins?"
She nodded, I sighed. "Probably." The footsteps stopped outside our door, we turned to each other and I raised an eyebrow. Whoever was outside knocked, and I slightly hesitated to speak.
"U-uh come in."' I spoke. The door opened slightly. Kay gasped and covered her mouth with her hand. I focused my gaze from her to the door. Shock flooded over my body.
Gerard was standing in the doorway along with Frank. They both turned so they could see me.
"So Adie, when do you plan on coming home?" Gerard asked, crossing his arms and smiling. I furrowed my brows.
"I have no home that's why-" and then it hit me. They adopted me.
They actually adopted me.
"Pack your bags kid." Frank laughed, then they closed the door. Kay and and I both started at it even after it closed. We turned to face each other, ours eyes wide open and jaw dropped to the floor.
"Adie oh my god!" she shrieked before jumping off her bed and tackling me. I laughed and cried at the same time, hugging her tight.
I packed all my things, carefully putting all my posters into a bag without crumbling them. I picked up a suitcase and stood face to face with Kay. She came up and hugged me harder than she ever had, I dropped my suitcase in the embrace.

"Please don't go." she sobbed into my shoulder.
"I wish you could come with me." I replied as I started to tear up. She let go and picked up my suitcase, handing it to me.
"I'm going to miss you." Kay stared at me, becoming teary eyed again. I hugged her tight.
"Me too." I smiled, grabbing the suitcase from her hand.
I left the room, giving one last goodbye hug to Kay. I walked down the stairs, almost sweating. They were waiting for me at the bottom and were excited when I came down.
"Ready?" Gerard asked, looking at me and noticing small beads of sweat on my forehead.
"Yeah." I answered with a smile and we exited the door of the orphanage. There was a small black car parked in front, and we got inside. Gerard was driving with Frank in the passenger seat, and me, Ray, and Mikey in the back. I looked around for a bit, still wondering if this was real. I gazed out the window, looking at the scenery passing by.
It took about an hour to reach the house.
"Welcome home." Gerard announced. I smiled and watched the house grow larger as we neared it. We exited the car and Gerard took my suitcase. Ray, Frank and Mikey got out of the car and said their goodbyes, I figured all of them didn't live together so I didn't come as a shock. Gerard and I entered the house, Lyn-Z was seated in the living room. She stood up when she saw me and flashed me a big smile. I figured she was my adopted mother, so it would be weird to say she was prettier in real life.
"Adie, right?" She asked, running up and hugging me. I nodded and she pulled away.

"Oh you're so pretty!" She beamed with excitement. I smiled and laughed then turned to Gerard.
"This is amazing!" I exclaimed. Gerard smiled.
"let me show you your room." he started walking up a flight of stairs and down a hall way. We entered a large room with Grey walls, white curtains and big platform where a bed with black bedding and pillows were placed. I ran and jumped on the bed.
"This is so soft!" I yelled with joy, this was amazing, I was still overcome with shock that this was happening.
"Good to hear." Gerard laughed as he placed my suitcase at the foot of the bed.
"You can start unpacking if you want, Lyn-Z and I will be making lunch downstairs if you need anything." He exited the room, and I was left alone.
This was like a dream I couldn't wake up from. I hopped off the bed and pulled out my phone, I texted Kay.
"Wish you were here, this is amazing!"
She didn't respond right away, which was unlikely of her. But I ignored it and started unpacking. I placed my MCR poster next to my bed and unpacked my clothes into the dresser. Just then I heard my phone buzz. I pulled it out and saw that Kay responded.
"Glad to see your doing well without me."
I froze. She never thought I didn't need her, I don't know why she's saying this now.
"You know I want you to be here, I miss you more then anything." I responded, I placed my phone down but quickly earned another response.
"Okay." She replied. I stared at the screen. Okay? Wow, I can't believe she would say that after I said I missed her more then anything. Whatever, I'll talk to her about it later.
" Adie, lunch time! " I heard Lyn-Z call from downstairs, I threw my phone on my bed and ran down stairs.

The Lord of Staves
"Where do we go when we die?" "To Drasil, of course!" You all know the story by now. This isn't a story about that. In fact, our protagonist doesn't even have combat abilities! Follow his story as he fend himself off against entire nations as a mere craftsman. ---------- Old Synopsis ---------- Follow the adventures of a young(?) man, who after dying from being run over by a train, finds himself reincarnated into a world of magic, mystical creatures and the all too familiar game mechanics. The Fundamentals
You hear of many tales out there. Some depict worthy heroes wielding tremendous power, noble personas that fight to save the lives of their close friends, family, and all the rest. Good triumphs over evil, that is simply the way the world works, no? While this premise is something inherent to nearly all stories, what exactly the heroes used to attain success can differ greatly. Perhaps they've trained themselves to the limit, pushing past boundaries nobody else could hope to achieve. Others still, have merely inherited the grand legacy of another legendary being, but what they have done with such a legacy would cause their names to be passed on for generations. Rowan is one of the heroes who have ventured beyond the horizon, tempering themselves on a perilous journey all the while and succeeding in attaining strength beyond measure. However, in an unexpected turn of events, this strength caused him to tear open and fall through a hole in the realm he resided in. Now he has ended up in a completely foreign realm, whose inhabitants utilized strange powers that eclipsed his own. Fortune would smile upon him this day, however, as he discovered that they were not hostile, and even offered to teach him their ways. Rowan could see that this was truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and eagerly accepted their invitation to learn what would come to be known as: The Fundamentals.
