Bennett woke up, noticing the bus was near their school, but not there yet. He turned to see that Razor's head had lolled to the opposite side, as he had fallen asleep. Gently, Bennett brought the male closer so he could rest his head on top of Bennett's.
The male giggled taking out his phone and snapping a picture of his boyfriend sleeping on top of him. New lock screen. The boy changed the lock screen and tucked his phone away, grabbing Razor's hand.
On a date.. we're gonna go on a date~ He began humming softly, and Razor woke up.
The male blinked, confused about his surroundings until he realized where they were. "Benny." Razor sat upright,"Sorry." He apologized for having slept on top of the boy.
Bennett rolled his eyes and pulled Razor close again,"I can tell you're sleepy."
Razor blushed."Awake."
Bennett laughed softly and took out his phone, showing Razor the picture he had made into his lockscreen and Razor's soft blush became a bit deeper.
"Bad picture."
"Whaaaat? Nooo~ it's cute."
Razor let out an exasperated sigh and shook his head, allowing Bennett to keep the picture. He then thought of something, pulling out his phone and changing his lockscreen to a picture of Bennett, who wasn't even looking at the camera.
"Ew what is that."
Razor held back a laugh,"Mondstadt project. In the meadow."
"Oh! When you wanted a picture for my contact. Ugh Razor that's so ugly."
Razor quite liked the image. It was his first one of Bennett. How could he hate it? "Very cute." Razor spoke, putting his phone away with no intention of changing the lockscreen image.
Bennett huffed cutely and turned to look out the window noticing that they were finally at school.
"We're going on a date today, right?" Bennett whispered.

Razor nodded. He had thought about it for a bit and decided he would take Bennett out to eat, but he needed a bit of time to prepare for what he wanted to do next.
"Let's go." Bennett spoke, waiting for Razor to stand up so he could also get out of his seat.
"Oh wait.. didn't Albedo want to talk to us about something?"
Razor nodded, remembering that the male had requested to talk to them. "Let's just leave last then." Bennett sat back down in his seat, holding Razor's hand.
The moment the last student got off the bus, Razor and Bennett were approached by Kaeya and a frowning Albedo. "After that situation occurred at dinner, I realized I haven't been paying attention to the way my students are treated.. so please, if something else happens don't be afraid to tell me or Kaeya." Albedo spoke with heavy concern.
"We'll be punishing those students, but we want to make sure you two feel safe in school as well." Kaeya added.
Bennett thanked the two teachers before assuring them that he was doing just fine. Razor nodded. Honestly he just wanted to leave and go on his date.
"Alright. We'll see you two at school on Monday." Albedo patted Bennett's shoulder and left with Kaeya.
Bennett turned to Razor,"Date now?"Bennett asked with excitement.
Razor grabbed his hand as they got off the bus together,"Yes.. Let's go home and change, I'll pick you up from your house."
"Okay~"

Razor opened the door for his boyfriend, allowing him to enter the restaurant first. "Oo~"Bennett looked around curiously.
It wasn't too fancy, but it was very nicely decorated. Razor pulled out a chair for Bennett and waited for the boy to sit down before sitting across from the male.
"Nice?"
"Very nice." Bennett replied, looking around in awe. The restaurant was modern looking, with many seating arrangements. Razor picked a table near a window because Bennett would like it.
A moment later a waitress arrived, holding two menus for the boys.

"Good evening~ Could I start you two off with any drinks?"She handed them the menus.
Razor opened it and decided he would just get whatever Bennett was getting. He looked up to see his boyfriend looking at the drink selection carefully.
"Could I get this hibiscus tea?" Bennett asked, "But as sweet as possible?"
Razor looked at Bennett with a bit of surprise before deciding he would just get himself water. He tapped the image on the menu and the waitress immediately understood.
"Alright I'll be back with your drinks momentarily." The girl left.
"Hibiscus tea?" Razor asked.
Bennett shrugged,"It was a pretty color."
Razor laughed,"That's it?"
Bennett nodded,"Also have you been here before?"
Razor shook his head.
"Oh hm. What should we get then?" Bennett surveyed the menu.
Razor decided to get a simple chicken alfredo pasta, and watched Bennett look through the menu thoroughly. "You're cute." Razor spoke and Bennett looked up in confusion.
"What did I do?"
Razor shrugged causing Bennett to blush. "Stop that." He looked down shyly.
The waitress returned and placed their drinks on the table. "Alright and what can I get you guys to eat?"
Bennett pointed to what he wanted, explaining what he did and didn't want, and Razor did the same.
"Razor this is so nice." Bennett sighed softly, enjoying the restaurant's choice of lo-fi music.
Razor couldn't help but feel proud of himself for finding a place Bennett liked.
Bennett looked over at another table with a family and gasped, turning to Razor,"I want a crazy straw for my drink too." He whined."Do you think they'd give me one?"
Razor bit his lower lip to conceal his smile.
"What?" Bennett asked.
Razor shook his head.
"I'm going to ask for one." Bennett spoke with confidence, only to find himself at a loss for words when the waitress delivered their meals.
Bennett frowned. "I didn't ask for the straw." Razor grabbed the boy's hand across the table, lacing their fingers together.
"I'll ask." He spoke.
"Oh it's okay. Don't force yourself to talk to the waitress." Bennett spoke.
Razor shook his head, he was determined to make Bennett only feel good while they were on their date.
Halfway through their meal the waitress came to refill their drinks and Razor spoke,"Could I get a crazy straw?"He attempted to not stutter in front of the woman.
The waitress looked at him with a bit of confusion before giving him what he asked for.
Razor handed the straw to Bennett who smiled happily. "Thank you."
Razor smiled. "Better?"
"Yes." Bennett responded, finishing his food and keeping his straw so he could use it later.
Razor waited for the waitress to come so he could pay for their food. "Let's go." He spoke.
Bennett hopped up, grabbing Razor's hand and following him out of the restaurant.

"We're going somewhere else? Isn't the lunch enough?" Bennett asked and Razor shook his head.
"Ohh~ where are we going."
"Well.. first. My house. I forgot to grab something." Razor admitted.
"Oh? What did you forget?" Bennett asked as they got on the bus together.
"Surprise."
"Why? Just tell me." Bennett wrapped his arms around Razor's and looked up at him cutely.
Razor kissed Bennett's forehead before replying,"No."
"Ugh you're no fun." He whined, face tinted pink because Razor had kissed him.
Razor couldn't help but blush slightly. The way Bennett was holding on to him made him feel butterflies.
"We're here." Razor spoke, pulling Bennett out of the seat, this would be the first time Bennett visited his house.
"Ooh~." Bennett got off with Razor. "It's nice."
Razor shrugged."I think Ji Ling is here.. so.. could you wait outside?"
Bennett nodded, sitting on the bench on the front porch.
"Alright I'll be back in a moment." Razor unlocked the door and went inside.
