Dipper took a deep breath as he drove down the the road, hands shaking slightly as he turned on the street heading to the hospital, holding back tears. He parked and jumped out of his car quickly and started walking towards the front entrance. He found Mabel in the waiting room pacing back and forth, biting her fingernails silent tears streaming down her face. She looked up and saw Dipper, quickly walking over and wrapping him in a hug, tears falling faster but still silent. He hugged her back a moment before pulling away and looking at her. "Can I see her?" He asked quietly. She nodded and whispered her room number before going back and sitting down on a chair.

Dipper took a shaky breath and walked around, finally finding her room he stepped in and saw the blonde girl, laying in bed, eyes closed wrapped up in so many places, you saw more bandage than skin. Wires and all hooked up all over, trying to keep her going. Dipper let a tear slip out and walked over, sitting on a chair near her bed. He looked over at the heart monitor showing a steady but very slow heartbeat. "She won't last much longer..." Dipper thought to himself more tears falling now. He looked down at that again and pursed his lips, trying to hold back more tears and failing miserably, cheeks soon glistening.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry I wasn't there. I should've been there to keep you from getting hurt like this, but I wasn't. I love you. You, of course, already know this, but I love you so much. And I didn't tell you that enough." He said, tears falling faster now. "I shouldn't have skipped out on all those offers to go to parties with you or movie night sat your house because of school. I should've put you first, spent more time with you, but I was an idiot. And now you're... you're gone." He choked out. "I'm so sorry and I love you. I will always love you. We never got to say those horribly wonderful words 'til death do we part'. But it ended up freaking happening anyways and I hate it. I hate it. But... For you. For your sake, I'm gonna try my best to stay strong. For you, for Mabel, for myself. I'll be grateful for what time I did have with you. I'm sorry I didn't give you more of it. Now, there's a lot more people out there that want to come and uh, say... goodbye. So, I'm gonna leave now. But I'm gonna miss you." He finished choking out the last few words.

Dipper sat there for a minute before he heard a long beep go off and forced himself to look at the heart monitor and saw the flat line across the screen. He closed his eyes and leaned back in his chair tears slipping out. He took a deep breath before opening his eyes and standing up. He walked over to the side of her bed and leaned down, kissing her bandaged forehead. He stared down at her lifeless body a moment before moving a strand of hair away from her face.

"Goodbye Pacifica." He whispered.
