Tony groaned, and tried to sit up. "Did someone try to kill me... again?" Thor went to one side of Tony, and helped him sit up.
"Aye. Dr. Banner saw whoever it was, right?" Thor looked at Bruce, waiting for an answer.
The scientist nodded a little and said "Yeah....we saw him, attacked him, and yet the bastard got away..."
Steve finally got into the room, panting slightly. "You know... it would have been nice... to wait for me... I can't really fly... and couldn't grab the back of Thor's cape."
Bruce turned back to where Steve was and sighed a little. "Tony's fine.....but I couldn't stop the enemy..."
"Did you see who it was? Any description we can use to find them?" Steve asked, standing like the leader he was born and trained to be.
Bruce shook his head and ran his hand through his hair, frustrated. "I didn't.....I was too angry..."
'It clocked itself in a shadow. But I did see something.' Hulk spoke up, getting mad (when was he not mad?) at the thing that hurt Tony.
"Hey Bruce, see if the Jolly Green Giant saw what went after me." Tony smirked, sitting up in his bed a bit.
Steve sighed. "Tony, the Hulk is fuelled by rage, I don't think we're going to get an accurate description from him."
Bruce glared at the super soldier and said sternly "Actually, Rogers, the Other Guy did see something."
"Ha! Told you!" Tony stuck his tongue out at Steve. He turned back to Bruce. "So what did Hulkie see?"
'First, tell Tony I don't like being called Hulkie. And second, he had on green, but wasn't the puny god. His face looked like Iron Man's.' Hulk told Bruce.

"Okay first thing, the Other Guy doesn't like it when you call him Hulkie, Tony.....sorry. Secondly, he had green on, but it wasn't Loki. And he was wearing a mask that looked like the Iron Man's mask." Bruce relayed to them.
"Green, and looks like Iron Man?" Fury walked in at that moment. "Are you talking about Dr. Doom?"
Bruce looked over at Fury and nodded. "I guess. Did Natasha gave you the second poison?"
"Same chemical make up as the first. And there was more than the first three I said." Fury looked over at Tony. "How Stark is still alive is beyond me."
"Why? What was the poison?" Tony still had that smirk on his face, not knowing how bad it truly was.
"You had almost everything that could of killed a normal human being." Bruce explained to his friend.
"There was snake venom, arsenic, belladonna, to name a few." Fury listed, keeping a prefect poker face, as is the norm.
Tony whistled low. "Man... I'm a lucky bastard."
Bruce sighed heavy and said "We need to keep you safe. And we'll need to talk to Reeds. He might know why Doom wants Tony dead."
"I sent the Fantastic Four a message. There was no answer." The news was a shock.
Tony frowned, and turned to Pepper. "Is JARVIS hooked up to this place?"
"Uh, yes. He is. We'll check on the Four again." Pepper told him. Bruce went over to sit down and sighed heavy, wanting nothing more than to hunt down Doom as soon as possible.
'You're getting mad.' Hulk said, feeing his pulse start to go up.
'Yeah...thank for the warning...' Bruce said to the Hulk. "Try Pyms and his wife. They might know something about this." Bruce suggested.

"Sir, there is no one at the Fantastic Four tower, nor an answer from Dr. Pym. I checked over at the Xavier mansion. No one was there either."
Steve frowned. "None of the x-men? Or any mutants?"
"None Captain Rogers." JARVIS said.
This was insane. How could they not get a hold of anyone? Now even the X-Men? Was this Doom's doing? Bruce bit his lips hard as he thinks to himself on who could help them on this. Maybe if he called Logan, or Strange could work.
"Call everyone you can JARVIS." Tony ordered. Suddenly, a bright flash of light could be seen down the hall, and a thud followed it. Steve whipped out his shield, while Thor started swinging Mjolnir.
Bruce quickly got up and went over to Tony's side of the bed, this time protecting him from whatever comes there way.
Loki stumbled into the doorway, a massive amount of blood running down his arm. He looked up at Thor, one eye swelled shut from a giant bruise, and spoke three words. "Asgard has fallen." The eye that wasn't injured rolled into the back of Loki's head, and he fell unconscious.
