"It's time!" Alice yelled as she ran towards Bella, dragging her into the living room.

Theresa basically had to drag Bella out of bed to get into the dress Alice got her and leave the house. She knew Bella hated parties, but she could tell that Alice was excited to throw one, so she did her best to make sure Bella would comply.

"Sorry about all this. We tried to rein Alice in." Carlisle said to Bella as Esme smiled, "Like it's even possible."

"Happy big Birthday, Bella!" Alice yelled as she held up a camera and snapped a picture of Edward and Bella.

Bella shielded her eyes quickly, but not quick enough to not see the flash of the camera go off, causing her to squint, "Thanks."

"I found it in your bag, do you mind?" Alice asked, noticing Bella squinting, but Bella shook her head causing Alice to smile and hold back up the camera, "Show me the love!" She yelled as Edward brought Bella into his side by holding her with his arm around her.

"Let me show you the cake!" Alice yelled, dragging Bella away from Edward into the kitchen, Edward deciding to stand next to Emmett on the steps as the two girls talked, watching them.

"They don't usually last long next to each other" Jasper whispered in Theresa's ear, giving her goosebumps on her neck and shoulder, as he stood behind her.

"Why?" She asked him as a smile found it's way onto his face, "Just watch."

And Theresa did just that.

"Dating an older woman?" Emmett said, nudging Edward before continuing, "Hot!"

Theresa laughed lightly as Edward glared at his brother before punching him on the arm and walking down the stairs, away from him, "What?"

"I understand why now" Theresa whispered, turning her head to make sure Jasper heard her.

"Gift time!" Alice yelled, grabbing a box and handing it to Rosalie, "You first, Rosalie" Alice said to Rosalie, with a smile, hoping the girl would be a little bit nicer to Bella on her birthday, "It's a necklace," Rosalie said, handing the wrapped gift to Bella, "Alice picked it out."

"She tried" Jasper whispered into Theresa's ear, causing her to laugh lightly.

"Thanks" Bella said, forcing a smile.

"This is from Emmett" Alice said not too long after, trying to not make this an awkward party, as she handed Bella a wrapped box.

Bella looked at the boy before shaking the box and realizing that there was nothing in it, "Already installed it in your truck" Emmett said with a smug smile plastered on his face, "Finally, a decent sound system for that piece of-" Emmett said, but was cut off by Bella, "Hey, don't-" She said, smiling before continuing, "Don't hate the truck."

Emmett put his hands up in mock surrender as Alice took the empty box from Bella's hands before handing her another present, "Open Esme and Carlisle's" Alice said as Bella turned to look at the couple.

"Just a little something to brighten your day" Carlisle said with a smile as Esme nodded, "We think you've been looking kind of pale lately" She sad, causing Bella to laugh and not pay attention to opening the wrapped present.

Suddenly Bella's finger slipped and got cut from a piece of the wrapping paper, causing it to bleed, "Paper cut" Bella said as Theresa's eyes widened.

Theresa quickly turned around to look at her mate and saw his eyes glowing red, "Jas," Theresa said trying to calm him down. She put her hand on his face to get him to look at her, but was caught off guard as he took her hand and bit it, "Jas!" She yelled, pain going through her hand.

"Jasper!" Carlisle yelled, pushing his son away from his mate, Theresa falling to the floor in pain, clutching her bloody hand, "Shit!"

Theresa watched as Carlisle tried to hold Jasper back, but once he saw the blood from the two girl's wounds, it was over.

Jasper ran over to Bella quickly, but was stopped by Edward throwing Bella behind him, Edward was trying his best to hold back his brother without hurting him, but even Theresa could see that Jasper, with his strength, since he had just started being a vegetarian, was too much for Edward to stop. So Theresa did the only thing she could think of. She put up her hand and watched as a red glow flowed from her hand, screaming from the pain and throwing Jasper into the wall behind him, causing his eyes to go back to his normal golden color, "Tess?" Jasper asked as he looked at his mate.

"Get Jasper out of here" Carlisle quickly said as he watched Theresa scream in pain, holding her hand to her chest.

Theresa managed to smile through the pain at Jasper and say, "It's okay Jas" before screaming in pain once more.

"Now!" Carlisle yelled, rushing to Theresa's aid as Jasper was quickly removed from the room by Emmett and Edward.

"Rosalie! A little help here!" Carlisle yelled as Rosalie rushed to help Carlisle with Theresa. She sat on the other side of Theresa, taking the human girls hand in hers as Carlisle tied a belt around her arm, trying to stop the venom from spreading.

"It's going to be okay" Rosalie reassured Theresa as she smiled at her before screaming in pain once more, "I think that this is the nicest you've ever been to me" Theresa said, pain evident in her voice through every word she spoke, Rosalie rolled her eyes as Carlisle said her name, "Rosalie," causing her to turn her attention to him, "If I don't stop, you need to stop me" Carlisle nodded as Rosalie nodded.

Theresa remembered being in this exact situation a few months ago, but the only difference was she passed out when Jasper sucked out the venom, this time she didn't.

She felt Carlisle sink his teeth into the open wound on her arm, causing a scream to erupt fro, her, "It's okay" Rosalie reassured Theresa, pushing her hair out of her face, as she watched Carlisle intently, making sure he stopped when the venom was out of her system.

Carlisle took his teeth out of the open wound in Theresa's hand and wiped his mouth clean of all blood, "Done" He said as he looked down at the now sobbing girl, Rosalie trying to comfort her.

"We need to take her to my office" Carlisle told Rosalie as she looked at him and nodded, "I need to cover this bite mark."
