《Bakugou X Kirishima's sister (Reader)》5. This Isn't Over

Light seeped through the window of your dorm, waking you up with a splitting headache. Damn, Denki did not hold back with that attack and to think he thought he was helping. Luckily, it was Saturday and you didn't have anything to do for the day. You got out of bed and headed to the bathroom connected to your room.

Staring at your reflection, you couldn't help but notice your hair color looked a bit faded and you could see your roots beginning to peek out. Sighing you figured if you wouldn't do anything else today you could at least touch up your hair. You brushed your hair into a ponytail, before quickly brushing your teeth and washing your face. Making your way to your closet, you pulled out a hoodie and some leggings and slipped on some sneakers. Grabbing your phone you headed downstairs and looked up the nearest store with the products you'd need. Not giving your surroundings any attention, you knocked into someone on the common floor.

"Hey, I'm sor- oh it's just you E." You looked up to see your brother glaring at you.

"Where are you going in such a hurry?" he questioned.

You fell into step with him as you both walked to the front door, "I just need some hair dye, my hair's fading," you said as you pointed to the ponytail swinging behind you. His laugh was his only response.

"What's so funny?" your eyebrows knitted together in a slight scowl.

"It's just," he paused chuckling again, "I'm headed to buy some too."

You smiled to yourself. You were twins after all, so it wasn't that uncommon that you both had the same idea. You remembered the first time your brother had dyed his hair red and he had asked for your help. Your bathroom had become a complete mess and looked like a murder scene. You both had gone an entire week without your parents finding out.

Your brother broke the silence that had fallen between you two. "Hey, I know I haven't been the most welcoming since you've come back home, but I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for that. The way I was acting definitely wasn't manly."

You had stopped walking all together. You hadn't expected him to apologize to you. Honestly you felt that you were the one who needed to apologize. You always provoked him, and you knew you hadn't been all that nice to him either.

"Hey," you looked up at him, "for what it's worth, I'm sorry too. I know I haven't been as good of a sister as I should be."

He chuckled, "You could say that again."

You shoved his shoulder as you both began to walk again.

"So, we're good?" He questioned you with a grin.

"Yeah, E, we're good," you playfully shoved him again.

"Great, because Mina wanted to have a class get-together tonight and I told her not to invite you until I could talk with you."

You turned to look at him, as you walked closer to the campus entrance. "Like a party?"

He nodded slowly, "I guess you could say that."

"And what if I have plans?"

"We both know you don't have plans. And you honestly don't have much of a choice, I kind of already told her you were going..." His voice trailed off as he avoided your gaze.

You sighed in response. "Fine, I'll go but you have to help me with my hair."

"Deal!" he exclaimed, giving you a toothy grin.

Time seemed to pass at the speed of light. By the time you both had returned to campus it was already one in the afternoon. With Mina's party in mind, you both got to work with the dye. It wasn't long before Eijiro turned to look at you.

"Hey, this may seem a little out of the blue and probably an odd request, but could you promise me you won't try and go after Bakugou?"

You turned to face your brother with a face of pure confusion. "Huh?" Quickly recovering, you smirked, "Why? Is he your boyfriend?"

"You're so annoying. Like I said it's an odd request but you looked like you took an interest in him that first day and I just wanted to get it out there that I wasn't too comfortable with my sister dating my best friend. You can have Denki though; he's already told the guys he's called dibs." He snickered, getting back at your comment.

You couldn't help but laugh, "Right, but don't worry about it, E. I may have thought he was cute, but his personality is a big turn off."

You had meant what you said, Bakugou was a complete ass and you would be lying if you said you weren't still mad about what had happened yesterday. But when the words had left your mouth you had a feeling you would regret agreeing so quickly. But you didn't have time to dwell on it long, returning your attention to the hair dye before you. By the time you both finished your hair it was already time to get ready for the party.

"Mina's party starts in like thirty minutes, you should probably get ready. Unless you want to go like that." Your brother said pointing at your clothes covered in dye.

You rolled your eyes at him. "Yeah yeah, I'll see you down there."

Getting up from your desk you walked to your closet again and put on your favorite pair of jeans, a basic black t-shirt and your favorite combat boots. You combed your hair and put on some makeup. You didn't go all out but you at least looked alive.

You took your time walking downstairs and found Mina with a few of the girls on the couches. They had music playing and set up snacks and drinks for everyone to enjoy. Denki and Sero were also by them and looked to be setting up a TV and a gaming console in the corner of the room.

"Hey! Y/N!" Denki walked over to you, leaving Sero to work on his own. "Sorry about yesterday, no hard feelings, right?" He flashed you a smile.

"Uh yeah, we're good." You couldn't stop the humorless laugh, he almost killed you but he had acted like it was no big deal. You looked around the room for your brother. Spotting him in the kitchen, you made your way over to him.

"So, where's your boyfriend?" you smirked at him.

He threw the chip he held in his hand at you. "Bakugou doesn't do class hangouts. And why does it matter to you?" He eyed you suspiciously.

"It doesn't, you just looked lonely over here is all."

"Hey Y/N!" Momo called to you, waving you over to where the girls were.

"Guess that's my cue to leave." You threw the chip back at your brother before you made your way to the girls.

"Have you played this game before? It's so much fun! You have to try it!" Mina threw a helmet looking thing at you excitedly.

"What is it?"

"Have you ever played guitar hero? It's like that but with lightsabers!" Sero joined you both handing you the controls.

You looked at them slightly confused. "I have never played this before, but I guess I'll give it a shot."

You put on the helmet and held the controls as Sero explained what to do. It was awkward at first and the blocks moved a bit to quickly but once your eyes adjusted to the screen that seemed to surround you, you began to get the hang of it.

"Look at her go!" Mina exclaimed.

"I think she's going to beat the high score," Denki spoke in disbelief.

The song had ended and there on the screen was your name in the number one spot.

"No way, this is definitely going on my story," Denki rushed to the TV to post your score.

"I'm next, I'm next!"

You walked away and let the others argue over who was next. You had to admit the night was turning out to be a lot of fun. You haven't experienced anything like this since you had left Japan. Honestly, you were hoping this night with your new friends would never end. Lost in your thoughts, your brother walked over and stood beside you.

"Well he's not going to be happy about this."

"What are you talking about?" but before Eijiro could answer, his phone rang.

"Speak of the devil. Hey man, what's u-" He answered the phone and you instantly heard yelling on the other end. It lasted less then a minute before he hung up. "You seem to have brought out the hermit."

"I am still so confused," you looked at your brother with a blank expression.

But he didn't need to respond because at that moment Bakugou burst into the room.

"You!" he shouted, making his way towards you. "How'd you beat my score? There's no way a loser like you could beat me." He stopped in front of you, looking down at you with a glare. His arms crossed as he leaned down, putting his face in yours, "I'm beating your dumbass score."

With an eye roll, you crossed your arms as well, "Go ahead and try, but I'm just better than you."

"Out of my way loser," he pushed past you towards the others by the game.

"You really did it now," Eijiro was laughing next to you. "It's definitely hard to get him down here, but once he's here he's not leaving until he beats you."

And so it begun, the night continuing with the both of you attempting to beat the others score. You didn't care about winning, but with how upset you were with what Bakugou had said the other day, you couldn't let him win.

"Is that all you got? Come on, you're never going to win playing like that," you couldn't help but taunt him every chance you got. It only made him more upset which would always end with you winning.

"Come on guys, give someone else a chance," Denki groaned.

"Not until I win, idiot." Bakugou growled at him.

"You're never going to win so just let someone else play."

"Shut up you loser!" He turned to look at you and with a scowl he pointed at you, "This isn't over."
