To feel that you need someone,

Isn't really something I like to feel.

But as much as you hate that feeling there is always that someone

we don't just want but we need.

with all our wants and "oh I just need myself" one side

And that person on the other.

With my oh so independent thoughts on the left,

And that person on the right.

I'm still an individual, still a person who makes her own decisions.

But admit it, it's life there will always be someone you need sometimes.
