《Vikings, Mini Drabbles》Ivar: Fight with a prince

Being the daughter of a King you lived up to his name, not in the way a princess should be, the different way. You were a skilled warrior but even if you were a warrior, marriage proposals needed to me made. So your father took you and a few of his men with him to Kattegat for there were enough princes there to get a proposal. It was your first time in Kattegat, hearing the stories you were quite impressed to walk into the great hall. 'King Freyr.' Aslaug greeted your father.
'Queen Aslaug.' The king bowed. Your eyes traveled to the table were four boys looked over to your father and his men, including you. Being the only young woman you got all the attention.
'My sons, Ubbe, Hvitserk, Sigurd and Ivar.' Your eyes hanged a little on the last brother who kept sitting on the chair while the others companioned their mother.
'My daughter Y/n.' Your father represented you.
'She is a shield maiden.' Ivar noticed, trailing his eyes over your body in the progress.
'The best shield maiden we have.' Your father answered proudly.
'You agree?' Ivar asked you. You lifted your chin before pulling up the corner of your lips.
'Want to find out?'
'Y/n, this,'
'Yes.' Ivar interrupted your father, challenging you with his eyes, you only smiled, eager to prove him otherwise.
They had a trainings field in the woods. 'If she wins from Ivar I want to marry her mother.' You heard Ubbe say against his mother. You looked over your shoulder to your father standing aside the queen.
'That's up to her father.' Aslaug answered her son. You pulled your sword and turned towards the youngest son.
'You ready princess?' He asked you with that cocky grin taking over het sword from his brother.

'If you are my prince.' You bowed before him. He saw you as soft, he saw you as weak.
'She's gonna kick your cripples ass brother.'
'She is a girl, girls never win.' Ivar answered his brother without looking away from you. Hvitserk laughed, looking over your body while walking over to the others. Ivar turned his sword around his wrist, gesturing with his other hand. You started your attack, what he parried, giving you that devilish smile over the swords. You pulled your sword back, using your grace and speed to fire up the battle that he had a little difficult with to follow. You turned around your body, kicking him against his shoulder and he fell from the tree stump. You smiled, lowering your sword down to his throat. But he tackled you with his crippled legs and you smacked against the ground. He grabbed you at your throat, chuckling while he softly squeezed.
'Ivar.' Aslaug warned him.
'Such temper.' He whispered through his clenched teeth, whispering against your cheek.
'Not good enough for you?' You asked, gazing into his blue eyes.
'What I could do with you and that body of yours.' He followed, looking over your body. You laid your hand on his, stripping away his fingers around your throat.
'Sweet dreams my prince.' You whispered, rolling away from him before getting up. Ivar chuckled, turning on his back and getting up.
'Sure I will.' He tilted his head, offering you back your sword. You took it but he held on to it. 'Which brother you marry, you're not safe from me.' He warned you. You looked over your shoulder to the other brothers.
'Who says I want to be safe?' You asked, pulling your sword loose before shoving it in your belt.

Wizards of the Otherworldly Court: Alicia
"Why are my hands getting warmer?" As far as Alicia was concerned, she was the daughter of a rich businessman attending high school. Then, she feels off and at the same time, she's not. One week later, her best friend brought her to another world(s). This is Alicia Bell's tale. 1st book written in the Wizards of the Otherworldly series. Wizards of the Otherworldly Court is a fantasy story about the Otherworldly Court, an inter-dimensional (or world-hopping, you get the idea) organization made up of people of all ages, gender, and race from many parallel or different worlds. They are granted elemental-like magic powers and called themselves 'Court Wizards'. They are tasked to watch over the many worlds they come across and step into these worlds on 'missions' to preserve the balance, life, order, anything to make said worlds better places in the shadows but may reveal themselves if necessary. However, these missions may partially or even fully oppose their nature, personal interests, and ideals. Yet, most of the Court Wizards are aware and willing to complete even the worst missions that would shatter their true selves that they will never cast aside regardless, either growing or regressing because of it. Basically, it's isekai to multiple worlds but each book after Wizards of the Otherworldly Court: Alicia focuses primarily on one world while also discussing its lore in detail. Book Alicia is the introduction containing the essential worldbuilding of the Otherworldly Court universe you need to know while shoving in as many characters and worlds as I can. Also, each book will have a different main character, sometimes more than one in a single book, like Jojo. Crossposted with Wattpad, WordPress, Sufficient Velocity, and Rainobu.
