《Complete // Stiles Stilinski [3]》15

"Watch out!" I yelled and ran for the girl Parrish was about to run into, which would most likely end in her catching on fire.
I wrapped my arms around her body and jumped out of the way.
"Stay out of his way!" I yelled to anyone and everyone that was around. Everyone backed away or ran for their life. Terror and fear in their eyes.
I followed him down flights of stairs. The second we entered the stairwell I noticed where we were going. The familiar walls and doors were no stranger to me and I knew we were going to the closed unit, right where Lydia would be. Where Scott, Liam, and Stiles would be.
I looked at the timer on my wrist. We had 3 minutes left.
"Jordan, it's not safe down here," I tried to snap him out of it. I know it wouldn't work but I had to try.
"We are supposed to be at the van, waiting for Stiles to get Lydia out of here."
He placed his hands on a metal door, burning it to the ground.
I continued to follow him. The further we went in, the stronger the Mountain Ash got. I could feel it making me weaker.
We rounded another corner and he burned down another door. I went to step through but a glowing blue wall pushed me back.
"No," I whispered. I placed my hands on the invisible wall of Mountain Ash.
"No, no!" I pushed as hard as I could, but it was no use.
"Parrish!" I yelled after him, but he was already gone.
"Dammit," I hissed and punched the wall angrily.
I winched and held onto my hand. I definitely just broke a couple fingers.
I looked at my watch again, it's been past 5 minutes. Stiles should have gotten Lydia out. I've got to get upstairs to the morgue, I'm not help down here anymore.
I ran up flights of stairs and traced my tracks back to the morgue where Parrish first walked through.
When I entered, no one was here. Not Stiles, not Lydia. Scott, Liam, Malia, Kira. No one. Where the hell is everyone? It's way pass time to get the hell out of here.
My hearing triggered two pairs of feet running down the hallway towards the morgue. I turned around and faced the door I had just ran through, planting my feet firm on the floor and raising my fists. I was ready to fight anyone who came through that door.
And I was about to bash their face in but Malia and Kira both ran in.
"Come on!" Malia yelled to me. An alarm started blaring through the room, hurting my ears. My hands flew to the side of my head, covering my ears. My heightened hearing was still triggered. I'm surprised I didn't go deaf.
Malia went to the other door that would get us out of here. The second her hand made impact with the door handle she was shocked the volts of electricity.
Malia and I both knew exactly what that meant, after having experience being here.
"Lockdown," we said in unison.
Malia and I looked at Kira, who was standing still as can be but with electricity flying around her body.
There was a loud rawr that echoed throughout Eichen. And I would recognize that rawr anywhere.
Malia looked at me, her eyes glowing blue from the power she just gained from Scott's rawr. I felt it too. The power of being apart of Scott's pack.

"I don't know how long I'm going to last," Kira grunted. She tightened her fists, trying to hold back her powers.
Personally, I'm terrified. I am not all for carrying her out again. That shit hurt a lot. I will if it comes to that but without these doors opened and the lockdown ending, there's no use.
"How did you stop it before?" Malia yelled frantically.
"Brianna carried me out and I almost killed her for the second time," Kira gave me an apologetic look.
"Okay, uh..." Malia looked around the room. "Maybe we could try grounding you to something?"
"You have a degree in electrical engineering? 'Cause I don't know how to do that," Kira said with sarcasm.
Electricity bounced off of Kira, hitting Malia and I which sent us to the floor. Kira leaned onto one of the doors of the refrigerator's for the bodies.
"You have to get out of here," she said out of breath.
"I can't leave you!" Malia yelled.
"Neither can I," I looked at Malia and she nodded.
Kira turned around to where she wasn't facing us.
"I should've stayed in the desert with the skin walkers," she cried out. She hit the door and said, "I can't control this. I'm never gonna be able to."
Malia stood up from behind the table we were using to block her powers from hitting us again.
"Kira, it worked. You saw it work," Malia said encouragingly. "You controlled it enough to cause the brownout. You can stop it."
Kira whipped her head around to us, her eyes glowing orange.
"I can't," she said, her voice distorted. "Malia, Brianna, go!"
I grabbed onto Malia and pulled her back behind the table as more and more electricity flew off of Kira, it continuing to grow stronger.
Suddenly it got quiet. Too quiet.
Malia and I both shared a look of concern as we stood up slowly.
"Kira?" I whispered.
I peered around the room and found her unconscious on the floor.
"Kira," Malia called out to her, getting closer to her body.
"Malia," I warned her as she got closer. Malia waved me off as she bent down to Kira's body, holding out two fingers to check her pulse.
"I wouldn't do that."
Out of impulse, I grabbed the closest thing to me and threw it in the direction of the unfamiliar voice. That closest thing being a pair of scissors and they just hit the wall.
The person flinched and shielded his face, then glared at me and said, "The electricity's still coming off her. I can feel it from here."
"You're Josh," I said eyeing him up and down. Memories flashed through my mind, replaying the event of Theo killing him. I felt the pain in my neck of Theo slashing his throat with his claws. I closed my eyes and blocked the horrible memory. Josh must not remember that happening, considering he's helping Theo now.
Josh looked at me and nodded. "I can help her," he said.
"Why?" Malia questioned.
"Because I need your help," he looked at me then stepped out of the way. "With him."
I looked behind him and saw Corey leaning against the wall, burns covering his body. Him crying out in pain.
"I see you came in contact with Parrish," I smirked. "You didn't hurt him, did you?" I clenched my fists to my side, my protectiveness side showing. I swear if him or any of Theo's pack hurt one of my friends, I'd kill them in seconds.

"I don't know what happened to him," Josh explained and went and grabbed a hold of Corey. "Please, just help him. Theo told me what your blood can do."
I sighed angrily. I didn't want to help the enemy but, Corey is a good guy. If I don't help him, he could die. And if I don't help hi, Josh won't help Kira and she could die.
"Get him up on the table," I hurried out of the morgue and helped Josh lift Corey up off the ground and onto a table.
"He's gonna die, isn't he?" Josh asked over Corey's moans and groans.
"His heartbeat's getting slower," Malia confirmed.
"You have to help him," Josh pleaded to me.
"You first." I pointed to Kira.
Electricity bounced off of Kira and the three of us ducked out of the way.
"You said you could help her!" I yelled at him.
"Yeah, but it's not like taking voltage from a car battery. She's got a lot more power than that," he explained.
Corey groaned out in pain.
"Are you gonna do something or not!" Josh yelled at me.
"When you help her! We don't trust you," Malia yelled back at him.
"I don't trust you guys, either," Josh gritted his teeth angrily.
More electricity came off of Kira.
"All right. We go at the same time," I help my wrist out to Malia and used my other hand to point to Kira.
Josh nodded and leaned down beside her.
I looked at Malia and she nodded, understanding what I wanted her to do. She extended her claws and cut my wrist.
Josh hovered his hands over Kira's body and looked at me.
"You ready?" I asked him, holding onto my wrist to the blood doesn't bleed out. Josh nodded.
"All right, here we go."
The second Josh touched Kira, I put my bleeding wrist to Corey's mouth. His eyes shot open as my blood entered his body.
Josh's head leaned back and Kira's eyes opened as he did whatever he was doing to help her. Josh screamed in pain.
After it was done, Corey already started to heal and Kira was much better. Josh helped him off the table as Malia and I made sure she was okay.
"Anybody know how we're supposed to get out of here?" Corey asked.
"This place is still on lockdown," Malia explained.
Corey looked at the door that previously shocked Malia.
Kira shook her head and said, "It's not just locked."
"Yeah, I can feel it, too," Josh said looking around.
"What are we supposed to do? Just wait here?" Corey asked.
"There's a plan B. We've got a guy on the outside encase this happens," I told them.
"Who?" Corey asked us.
I rolled my eyes and looked at my two friends.
"Mason," Kira replied.
"Mason's going to unlock the lockdown?" Corey asked in shock.
"How's he going to do that?" Josh asked with no faith, what-so-ever.
"He's got the blueprint of the building. And he has the full map of Eichen's entire electrical system. All he has to do is get into the transformer shed behind the building," Kira explained the whole plan but they did not look convinced.
"Don't worry. Mason know's exactly what he's doing."
A few minutes past of us just waiting. Then the sound of clicking and something that sounded like a whole power down sounding throughout Eichen.
"He did it," Corey said.
I looked at Josh who opened the door that was previously electrified.
"We got to get to Stiles's jeep," I said and grabbed onto Malia and Kira's hands, pulling them out.
We ran out of the doors and to the parking lot where Malia and Kira parked his jeep earlier. Malia started it and drove around front where we found Scott, Liam and Parrish, and Stiles holding onto a not-so-good looking Lydia.
"Is she okay?" I asked nervously.
"No, we need to go. Give me the keys. We've got to get her to the clinic," Scott said to Malia who obeyed his orders and tossed him the keys.
There was this slicing sound and Parrish fell against the front of Stiles's jeep. I noticed blood trickle down his back from where he was cut.
All of us turned around in shock as we found Tracy standing there, pulling Lydia from Stiles.
"Sorry, but she's coming with me," Tracy said.
I growled angrily as my eyes turned red and my fanged came out of my mouth. I felt someone grab onto my wrist and pull me from attacking.
"Don't make it worse," Malia whispered to me.
"Okay. Tracy, just wait. You don't know what's about to happen," Scott held his hands out to try and stop her from taking Lydia.
"I'm taking her. That's what's happening. And none of you are going to a thing--" There was a sound of voltage and Tracy fell to the ground. Lydia fell from her grasp into Stiles's.
All of us stood there in shock as we found Mrs. Martin standing there with one of the guard tasers.
"Could somebody please get my daughter out of this hellhole?" She said holding up the weapon.
She didn't have to ask us twice because Scott climbed into the driver side of Stiles's jeep and Stiles helped Lydia to the back.
"We'll meet you there," I said to Scott. "Please save her."
Scott sent me a nod and pulled away quickly.
"C'mon, the van is still around back. We can meet them there," I held up the keys to the transport van.
Liam, Malia, Kira, and Parrish all followed me as we ran around Eichen to where I left the van. I might of had to fight through some guards to get there but nothing was stopping me from getting to my best friend. Mrs. Martin drove here so she took her own car to the animal clinic.
"Let me drive, I'll put the sirens on," Parrish told me and I tossed him the keys.
"This thing has sirens?" Malia asked as she climbed into the back with Kira and Liam, I sat in the passenger seat.
Parrish started the car and leaned over me to open the glove-department. He dug around and pulled out a cylindar shaped light and stuck it to the top of van. He flipped a button and the light came on, sirens also.
"It does now," Parrish said and backed out of Eichen.
We were so close to the animal clinic when there was a loud scream. Parrish swerved the car and slammed on the breaks as we all covered our ears.
"Something happened," Kira said.
I looked around the van to find that the windows have cracked.
Parrish was just in shock as the rest of us.
"What are you doing?" I yelled at him in fear. "Go!"
He snapped out of his trance and slammed on the gas, driving as fast as he could down the empty roads.
When we got to the animal clinic, Mrs. Martin's car was already parked outside. We were the last one's to arrive.
I looked around the lot, glass shattered everywhere. I tried to listen inside if I heard anything, but the Mountain Ash Deaton has around this place prevented me to.
I was the first to run in. I had tears in my eyes, so much fear in my body that I had lost someone else, maybe even more. Deaton did say her scream could kill anyone around her if it came to that.
But my sad tears turned into happy as I saw Lydia sitting up on the table, wrapped in her mothers arms.
I saw Scott and Stiles both standing there with smiles on their faces.
"They saved my life, mom. Stiles saved me," I heard Lydia whisper.
"Oh thank God," I heard Malia say as she and the rest of our friends came in behind me.
Everyone then noticed we were standing there.
"You're okay," I said happily and ran to give Lydia a hug. She nodded as we embraced tightly.
"I'm okay," she whispered.
I pulled out of our hug and looked around the room and found Stiles staring at me, a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eyes.
"You did it," I laughed happily and wiped away the tears from my face.
I walked up to him and wrapped my arms around him. He was shocked from the sudden affection but returned the action and wrapped his arms around me also.
"I'm not paying for the windows," Stiles joked to Deaton, pointing behind him as we pulled out from the hug.

The Swarm
Anthony had been looking forward to playing the hottest new virtual reality game. When he put the VR helmet on he was met with a prompt asking him if he wanted to take a test to become a swarm knight. Thinking that this was one of the classes in the game he accepted. Instead of finding himself in the game, Anthony found that he was transported to a different planet. A planet where he would learn the greater truth of the universe. Everything was based on magic in the universe. Except that magic was based on nanorobots, called the swarm, that had been created through highly advanced technology. Genetics determined the access level and the amount of control that someone could wield over the swarm, and therefore their status in this society. Long ago Earth had been cutoff from the swarm. Now that it had been rediscovered, Earth would be reintegrated into the swarm. Unfortunately when that happened all the current technology on Earth would fail and be replaced with the ability to use magic. In effect, it would be the system apocalypse. As someone able to control the swarm, Anthony found himself in the unique position to influence how Earth was reintegrated into the swarm. Perhaps he could change things enough to save most of the people on Earth. But first he would have to learn how to control the swarm and become one of the leaders in the society he found himself in. Warning: If this fiction was a movie I'd rate it somewhere between PG-13 and R for occasional scenes of violence, gore, and nudity.
