A land blessed by gods and spirits, brimming with ancient Magick. The people are well known for their hostility and have a long history of war. The continent is said to have only known one era of peace when the First King, Eceka of Suri, ruled. The thousand years before and thousand years after have all been bloodshed. The people are also extremely religious and believe in a prophecy predicting the return of Eceka of Suri to usher in a new age of peace and balance.

The Great Northern Empire, Itoroh is well known for its frigid climate and numerous mountain ranges. Two centuries ago, Itoroh's population experienced a sharp rise after the region was introduced to rice farming. There was a period of rapid expanse - which some people believe still continues in the modern era with the southern Itoroh clans gaining portions of Tilica up until as recently as five years ago.

The Great Southern Empire, renown for its vast deserts and immense riches, Tilica is the only kingdom left that can rival Itoroh. The two nations are nearly constantly at war with one another, however, Tilica has been on the losing end of that war for the past few decades. Many of Tilica's northern lands have been severely demolished, leaving the ground barren and the people impoverished.

The grasslands of Riedith are both fertile and rich. Over sixty percent of Ecekasuri's foodstuffs originate from Riedith. However, the government is considerably weak as the monarch's authority over time has been slowly eroded through incompetence. Now, Riedith is primarily ruled by individual clans. This makes them vulnerable to the many horse tribes which roam the hills and steal grain.

Wilten is a fridged place, decorated with ore-rich mountains. The people, much like the weather, are extremely brutal and the clans - when not fighting with the other countries - are commonly fighting one another. Due to this, many of Wilten's cities are protected by high walls with mines at their heart.

Dense with forests, Hyeje is the leader of the world's lumber and fur trades and new kinds of ships and carriages are being manufactured there every year. A majority of Hyeje's population is located along its north-western coast whereas the country's east is considered one of the last true wildernesses left in Ecekasuri and the perfect place for someone to disappear for good.

A relatively small nation with a bustling economy, Yabar has the highest person-per-acre-of-land ratio in all of Ecekasuri. There are many factories and warehouses in Yabar that specialize in refining raw materials. Yabar is also considered the heart of the spice trade and the only country that can rival Hyeje in terms of merchant traffic.

Often referred to as the Old Empire, Dumore is a shriveled husk of its ancient glory. It does not stop the people of Dumore from being highly prideful, however. Dumorian is also considered the common language in Ecekasuri - and people unable to speak it are looked down upon - though Itoroh has been campaigning to change the common tongue to Itorohian for the past two centuries.

Though not technically a kingdom, Ethera doesn't fall into any of the other kingdom's territories either. Ethera, once known as Suri, is the birthplace of the First King. It is a highly spiritual place, self-governed by High Priests and Priestesses and a place where kings and queens can come and make negotiations on neutral ground. Ethera is also where Chosen Light is being raised and future Seraphs are trained.
