'Denise sweetheart, wake up!' Lin softly shook Denise awake.
'Hm, let me sleep,' Denise growled, 'It's early.'
Lin laughed a little: 'It's eleven forty-five.'
'That is early,' Denise said, 'It's Saturday!'
'Well,' Lin said, 'Early or not, the cabinet will be here in fifteen minutes, and you'll need to be dressed by then.'
Denise sat up. 'The cabinet?' she asked confused.
'Tommy, Lac and Andy,' Lin explained, 'The creative team of Hamilton.'
'Oh,' Denise said, 'Well I suppose I should get dressed then.'
Twenty minutes later, Denise walked into the kitchen. 'Morning guys,' she said sleepily.
'So you look tired!' one of the men with curly hair said.
'She went to a party with her boyfriend yesterday,' Lin explained.
'Ooh,' the other man with curly hair said.
'Do you actually remember who we are?' the last man in the room said.
Denise blushed. 'Not really,' she admitted.
'I understand,' the man said, 'You only saw us once, and you had lots of faces to remember that night. Well I am Andy Blankenbuehler. I am the choreographer of Hamilton.'
'I'm Thomas Kaile, the director,' the first man who spoke said.
'And I'm Alex Lacamoire,' the last man said, 'the orchestrator and musical supervisor.'
'Nice to meet you again,' Denise said politely, 'What are you doing now?'
She had addressed the question to Tommy, but Lin answered: 'We're reviewing the songs that we maybe want to cut, and we are going to the theatre where Hamilton will make its Broadway debut. Want to come with us?'
'Nah,' Denise said, 'I'd only be in your way.'
'Actually,' Lin said, 'That wasn't a question. You can come with us or you can go to a friend if you want, but you can't stay home.'

Denise realised that she didn't have Odessa's phone number. And she couldn't go to Rose or Fé. 'Ah whatever!' she said, 'I'll come!'
Two hours later, the men were done with their reviewing, and they were at the Richard Rodgers theatre.
'We are getting a tour through the theatre. You can join us or walk around on your own, but don't touch anything!' Lin said.
Denise nodded. She ran off to explore the theatre on her own.
First, she checked out the dressing rooms. They were, well, dressing rooms. Not very interesting. More interesting were the lots of corridors and stairs around the dressing rooms. 'I'd have loved this place as a kid,' Denise said to herself, 'It's the perfect place to play Hide and Seek.'
She looked at everything backstage, losing her way multiple times.
When she had made sure that she wouldn't lose her way, she went looking front house. She looked at the beautiful decorations, and when she had made sure she wouldn't lose her way there either, she went into the auditorium.
Denise gasped when she came into the auditorium. She slowly, without making any noise, closed the door behind her. She was standing all the way in the back of the theatre, where she had a stunning view over the audience to the stage. She slowly walked forward, taking in every little detail of the view. It felt like she was doing something holy. So she stood there for at least ten minutes in utter concentration.
When she had seen everything, she climbed on the stage. The decor was being built, but it still had its magic. Denise felt a bit guilty, as if she was in a place where she wasn't supposed to be. She looked out over the empty audience, and imagined what it would be like to perform there. She stood very quiet. Softly, she started to hear music. It seemed to come from the theatre itself. She started humming along, and she felt the music move her.

'We're now entering from stage left,' the theatre owner said, 'We're still building the set, but the stage and turntables are alrea-'
Lin stopped him with a firm movement of his arm. Everyone looked at him questioning. He softly put a finger to his lips, and pointed at the stage. Denise was dancing to a song that she was humming. It was gracious and had a nice rhythm. She kind of looked like she was flying, so little did her feet touch the ground. Sure, she didn't do any really spectacular tricks or anything, but what did you expect? She was not a trained dancer!
Something stopped Denise, and she woke up from her trance. She looked up, noticing that Lin and his friends were watching her from the side. They all applauded, and Denise felt her cheeks get red.
'That was really good!' Alex said.
'Well it wasn't that good,' Denise said, embarrassed.
'No!' Lin said, 'You should get professional training!'
'Was it that bad?' Denise asked insecure.
'No!' Lin said, 'It was that good! You are really talented, training could teach you to become a professional dancer! Only if you want, of course.'
Denise still looked insecure.
'What do you say, Andy?' Lin asked, 'You are the professional dancer here!'
'Well she surely is talented,' Andy said, 'but I actually don't believe that she didn't have any training before.'
'Well I did take ballet classes as a kid,' Denise admitted, 'but that was very long ago!'
'I could give you classes,' Andy suggested.
'I don't know,' Denise said.
'What?!' Lin said, 'Andy. Freaking. Blankenbuehler. just offered you dancing classes! All the fangirls would kill for that!'
'Well, then why doesn't he offer dancing classes to them instead of me!' Denise said angrily.
Lin sighed: 'You don't have to if you don't want to. But it's a once in a lifetime opportunity!'
Denise sighed: 'Maybe after soccer season ended. But we'll see if I want it then!'
Andy smiled: 'Good plan! Plus, I'll also need to see if and when I can.'
Denise nodded: 'Deal.'
Of course Denise wasn't going to take the dancing classes, but she didn't know how to tell Lin. If he got excited he could get mad if she refused to accept his, or actually Andy's, offer. But that was something to figure out another time. Lin would probably already have forgotten it by the time soccer season ended.

Notebook of possibilities
First of all, to those who started reading this I want to apologize. While it does have a ring of a nice story title, this is going to be a place where I take the Sparks of interest from other stories or random ideas and just put it down, I'm not sure how exactly but the title should summarize the basics of what is held within. To say it's a waste isn't accurate, to ask the question why is a good start, why would I want this? Because when I read a story I want to think of so many things I may see or find in the world they envision, all the possibilities that could come about, and maybe, just maybe, some author out there can get their hands on this and it will be a spark of creativity for them to make a new chapter and see their world even a smidge closer to what I think it could be. It is tagged as fanfiction for it will pertain to numerous stories, not simply one in particular. Currently it will include; Oblivion Online Dungeon Heart And many more to be listed as they appear.
