Spike was enjoying every second. He was going to snuggle BED with Shining for the first time that night!

Shining smirked at him," You ready?"

Spike nodded and climbed into bed with a wild blush.

Shining laid down beside him and wrapped his front hooves around the baby dragon. Spike began to purr and buried his face into Shining Armor's fur.

"I love you Shining~" Spike whispered.

"I-I love you as well Spike..."

Spike snuggled closer and fell asleep.

Shining kissed him on the forehead as he slept.

Spike turned over in his sleep. He muttered to himself and began tossing and turning while screaming.

Shining shot up," SPIKE?! WHATS WRONG!?"

He shook Spike violently. Spike's eyes popped open and he sat up crying. Shining hugged him tightly and asked him what was wrong.

"I-I had a nightmare! Y-you died! Bl-blood was everywhere!"he sobbed.

Shining hugged him tightly,"That won't happen..."

They fell asleep as they hugged.
