Hi everybody,
I know its been a while, getting close to a year, but I feel like I owe you an explanation of my absence.
After my last update on this story I left to go Study Abroad for a semester in Wales, UK, and managed to have one of the best times of my life. If you get an opportunity to do it in university I would defiantly recommend! At that time I wasn't really focusing on my own personal writing projects, but my university assignments. I was also traveling, partying, making friends and creating a lot of crazy memories.
But saying all this, it also gave me huge inspiration for new writing projects, but also clarity on why I wasn't really writing anymore, especially my wattpad stories.
Land Before Love wasn't originally a werewolf story. The reason I created it to be categorized as a werewolf story, and include it in the storyline was because I knew that I could get more readers that way. I had already written a successful werewolf story, so I knew people would hopefully come back to read another one of mine. As much as I love and appreciate my readers, I've realized I was only happy if I could get readers, and make them happy.
I wasn't writing for myself anymore, which meant I wasn't really enjoying it. I started writing because I love it, and I was sad to find writing wasn't making me happy anymore. I became very anxious, and it became overwhelming. Sometimes I would open a word document and leave it on my computer for the day because I had no inspiration to write, or I would postpone it because I didn't have the motivation to start writing.
For that reason I hate to admit, I probably won't be carrying on with this story any longer. I really hate to disappoint you; especially those who have followed this story for a long time and have been waiting. I am not finding much inspiration for this story after all this time, especially because I forced it to be something it originally wasn't.

I do plan on writing new stories that hopefully some of you might read. I know many of you will be upset and probably want nothing to do with me after this.
Another plan I have is to actually finish a whole book before posting, so I am not a stressed mess when I can't update or I want to change something.

Or perhaps about a certain diabolist, a witch, and a rogue who are ostracised by others due to their professions, being forced to work together as a team in a dungeon. All the while, encountering even more eccentric people on the way. Different people, different situations, but whatever happens inside the dungeon remains to be seen.
