One month. It's been one month since your wedding. Normal couples celebrate the one-month anniversary, but Jeon Jungkook doesn't have time for all of it.

He's a workaholic, cold-blooded man. The only thing he does along with you is eat breakfast, sometimes dinner.

A lot has changed ever since that night when Jungkook had a nightmare. He ignored you most of the time, and while you initiated some conversation, the replies are in one word or merely a sentence.

The things you noticed about him - he doesn't talk much and when he does it's mostly about the food menu, timings...

One day you waited for him to return home to have dinner together, and he came home late saying, "You don't have to wait for me, Y/n", his voice stern.

Another day, you wanted to watch a movie with him, and you were surprised that he somehow agreed, you leaned your head on his shoulder, to cuddle a bit. Why not? He is your husband. 

His muscles flexed, tightened and he suddenly got up, "I got to make a call", saying that he left. All these moments pained your heart.

Sometimes you wondered why are you even in this house. Maybe he doesn't want me? You felt like a burden.

All the things he does, and his cold actions made your heartache. There is nothing in this relationship, no communication, no friendship, no love.

You hated every second in this house, and when Jungkook's or your parents visited home, it is the only day he smiles at you, nothing else. After you two are back in the room together, everything goes back to normal. No talking. 

There are times you initiated conversations and date nights and understood he clearly didn't show any interest, he refused coz he was busy or not interested.

Many questions storm your brain, Why did he marry me? Does he love someone else? Is this how married couples live? Did I fall for the wrong person?

Ever since the Kims' Itaewon project has begun, Jimin is either busy with work or with Namjoon. Jin is in Japan, you don't have anyone to talk to about this. You felt lonely when Jungkook was around.

As usual, Jungkook had breakfast with you in the morning and left, and you don't have the mood to go to work.

There are times you skip meals due to a lack of appetite. You are feeling dizzy and nauseous since morning.

Lying on the couch, the dizziness only increased, the smell from the kitchen made you more nauseous, and you rushed to the washroom and puked.

Miss Min ran after you as she saw you rushing, "Mrs Jeon, are you okay?", She held your hair into a ponytail at the back and gently stroked your back.

She handed you some water after coming out of the washroom, "What is wrong?", She's deeply worried.

"I don't know, I am feeling dizzy and nauseous since this morning", you drank some water and gave her the glass back.

Miss Min's face suddenly brightened, the realisation hit her and she gasped loudly, "You are pregnant?", Her eyes sparkling with happiness and hope.

Pregnant? I can't be pregnant!

Her excitement peeked to level infinity, "It's normal to feel nauseous, I'll get you a pregnancy test so we can confirm", she's rushing around the room searching for something.

"Miss Min, I can't be - ", you tried to her calm her down.

"Also I've to call kookie's mother now."

She's leaving the room, Fuck! You've to stop her before she calls anyone.

You ran behind her and held her arms, "Miss Min, don't call anyone."

"We can make calls later, let me get you a pregnancy test for you", she is about to leave again.

"Miss Min, I cannot be pregnant", you raised your voice and she halted in her steps.

Confusion and shock crept on her face in equal measure. "What do you mean you can't be pregnant?", She looked deeply into your eyes with worry, "Are you sick or something?"

How should I tell her that nothing happened between me and Jungkook? That he doesn't even spare me a glance, that he didn't even touch me!

You are not able to look into her eyes, "I mean nothing happened, I'm a-a virgin", you hid your tears.

Miss Min let go of your hands immediately, she is not able to contemplate how that is possible.

"But you've been married for a month, Y/n", this is the first time she called you by your name. It only brought more tears to your eyes.

You took her along with you to the bedroom and made her sit. For a long time, you needed someone to talk to.

Miss Min felt like the only one who'd listen to you now, coz even she thinks...things should've happened between you and Jungkook. Coz she believed normal couples get pregnant.

But you aren't a normal couple, this relationship is complicated and you don't even know the reasons behind his cold behaviour.

"Even you think, a married woman will eventually get pregnant right?", Tears streamed down your face, "Jungkook doesn't love me maybe, so he doesn't touch me or let me near him."

You broke down into tears and she immediately engulfed you in a hug, "Tell me, what happened?"

You told her everything about your personal life with Jungkook, how he didn't care, always ignored you and how you felt lonely and like a burden.

"I don't want to be in this house anymore, Miss Min. Why should I be here when he doesn't even need me!"

"No, Y/n, you should give him some time my dear, maybe he has a lot of work or is worried about something?--"

"Or maybe he loves someone else", you said cutting her, looking down at your feet.

"Kookie isn't like that, he would never cheat on you", she tried to comfort you.

You smiled at her, "I hope what you are saying is true, but I'm alone in this relationship, Miss Min and I can't do anything about it, no matter how much I try, it doesn't bother him at all."

After all the sweet positive talk Miss Min gave you, you persuaded her not to call Jungkook about you being sick coz you didn't want to bother him.

You immediately gave Jimin a call, "Jimiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnn."

"What? Why are you shouting like a Madwoman?", His eyebrows scrunched.

"Jimin I'm bored, can we hang out at my house and also get me some food please?", you pleaded him.

"Seems like periods are fucking with your mood, what do u want?"

"Some hot ramyeon sounds good."

"Okay, I'll be there in half an hour", he hung up.

It's not periods, you just want some company, to not feel alone.
