JADE P.O.V

I hold my grandma's watch tightly in my hand as tears escape my eyes .

What is wrong with Tristen just because I went on a dinner with someone he destroyed my room . this is not my Tristen what is wrong with him .

Kacey gave me a glass of water and I thank her for it .

‘’ I am so sorry Jade …’’ she sat beside me with a worried look on her face .

‘’ I tried to stop him but his rage was so dangerous that it scared me. I am so sorry I let this happen ‘’ guilt was visible in her voice as I hugged him .

‘’ Hey ! it's okay it's not your fault any way ‘’ I tried to smile and look at the watch in my hand .

‘’ Do you think it can be repaired ?? Kacey asked, raising her eyebrows .

I shrug and look at the watch sadly. ‘’ I really hope so ‘’ I whispered to myself.

THIRD PERSON P.O.V

Jade was pacing at the shop praying silently that they could repair the watch , it was very dear to her grandma and she couldn’t even take care of it properly .

Jade was getting restless when the man came and said " mam we have to repair the glass but it was not working " He can see by the look on Jade's face that the watch is important to her.

‘’ Is there some other shop where I can repair it? It's important ‘’ Jade had tears in her eyes and the man looked sadly at her .

"Please please try may b be it wor- Jade was cut off by a call, she take out her phone the screen was showing Kacey name, she looked at the man and excuses herself, the man nods. Jade exited the store and stood aside to talk to her friend.

Just then Alex entered the store, Jade couldn't see him because her back was facing Alex even though he didn't see her and entered the store.

"Hey Henry’’ He greeted the man who was working on Jade's watch, Henry looked at him and smiled widely.

‘’Hey!! Man long time no see huh? ‘’ He smirked at him and gave him a manly hug .

‘’ Well at least I came unlike some friends who are always busy at their work’’ he pointed at the watch .

‘’Ohh this actually a young lady came to repair this but this was not working sadly’’ Henry said, shrugging his shoulders.

‘’So leave it, ask her to buy a new one ‘’ . Alex shrugged.

‘’No actually I think it was very precious to her, she was requesting me to repair it , she was almost teary eyed’’ Henry said, remembering Jade's sad face when he told her that it cannot be repaired.

‘’Let me look at this then.... your father taught me as well how to fix this’’ Alex examined the watch.

‘’Are you sure it's been a while? ‘’ the man smirked .

‘’ I don’t forget my lesson dude ‘’ he said proudly .

He did something and smiled in satisfaction ‘’ done ‘’ he smirked and wiggled his eyebrows at him .

Henry looked surprised " really " . He looked at the watch and it's working.

“ How did you do it? “ he asked, surprised.

“It's so easy, why can't you do it?” Alex asked, shrugging his shoulders and frowning .

“Maybe it wanted to work by your hand “ Henry High five him .

Alex looked at his wrist watch “ oh no I need to pick Angel from her school “ he got up .

“ Where is the nanny? “ Henry asked .

“ I promise Angel that I will pick her up today “ Alex walked away .

Henry wished his friend to get a girl who will value his goodness unlike Ellie who crushed his heart .

JADE P.O.V

I entered the store after I hung up the phone, I was just hoping that the watch would work somehow .

“Excuse me'' the man looked up at me. He smiled.

“mam your watch is working now’’ he spoke and relief washed over my face.

“Thanks God Thank God, Thank God”, I was so happy and relief

“Thank you so much you don't know what you did for me” I thanked that man.

He shook his head, “don't thank me thank my friend He repair it “

I was a little bit surprised, “ really where is the man I want to thank him?” I looked here and there.

“ He just left to go see , maybe He is still outside,” the man informed me .

I rushed outside to thank him , I saw a car, “Hey excuse me” I yelled but the car went away I tried to stop it but it left.

I smile and look at my watch. I looked at the direction where the car just left.

“Thank you whoever you are you don't know what you did for me , God bless you I hope you get what you want in your life “ I prayed for him because my mother said that if your want to thank someone or help someone then just pray for their goodness it’s is the biggest gift you can give to anyone .
