Jade p.o.v

I woke up in a dull mood and got ready for work . I didn’t want to meet Tristen today. What he did was absolutely wrong . He had no right to do that and I am dreading to meet him . I know what’s wrong with him but today I am in no mood to talk to him at all .

I went downstairs to see Kacey making breakfast for us . I smiled at her “ good morning “ . I greeted her and sat on one of the tools.

“ Good morning sunshine “ she said and I made a face .

“ What the hell is wrong with you?” I asked her because she never used an endearing word .

She huffed in annoyance “ I can be a sweet person too you know “ she frowned .

“ Is there something going on? “ I wiggle my eyebrows.

“ Maybe a new person entered your life or something “ I wiggle my eyebrows in a teasing way but my eyes widen when she blushes avoiding my eyes .

“ YOU !!!! Who the hell is he “ I stood up and went to her .

“ What are you talking about I don’t know “ she shrugged her shoulders and I wanted to smack her hard .

“ Tell me who he is before I kill you with my bare hands” I threatened her .

“ Remember we went to the club that night “ she looked down and I shuddered remembering that horrible night .

“ Yes, “ I said.

“ well I met him that night and I kind of like him “ she answered and I wiggle my eyebrows in a teasing way .

“ Who is he ?? Is he hot ?? Did you two –“ before I could embarrass her more she cut me off .

“ aren’t you getting late? “ she said, making my eyes widen.

I looked at my wrist watch “ ohh yes “ I said and kissed her cheek .

“ Okay bye see you soon “ I hurriedly walked away .

I entered my cabin and my breath hitched as Tristen was already sitting there looking like waiting for me .

I gulped as our eyes met , I immediately turned around and about to walk away when he came with thunderbolt speed and turned me around closing the door behind me .

“ What the hell? “ I said angrily and the hurt was visible in his eyes .

“ Jade, listen to me “ Tristen tried to come closer but I raised my hand to stop him .

“ don’t Tristen , I need to do work please go away from here right now” I said sternly and his expression changed into anger .

“ I will not go from here , we need to talk “ his eyes never leaving mine .

“ Fine , if you don’t leave then I will because I cannot deal with this right now . My team members are waiting and I don’t have time for this.“ I said stubbornly and about to turn when he opened the door and left from the cabin without saying anything .

I was surprised that he left without throwing a fit . I sigh and close the door to tell the truth. I was quite relieved that he left , now I will focus on my work.

After working on my computer for more than one hour I went to check on the work happening outside but to my surprise everything was very silent .

That’s strange…

I called out my team members but no one was there, not even the workers .

What the hell… where the hell does everyone go???

After roaming half an hour I realised that I am alone in this damn hotel .

WHAT….

“ Searching for someone ??” a deep voice spoke from behind and I turned around knowing the voice very well .

“ Where the hell is everyone? “ I yelled at him angrily .

He came closer and pulled me by my waist making my eyes widen .

“ I gave them leave for today “ he kissed my cheek making my eyes widen as I push him .

“ HAVE YOU GONE MAD TRISTEN “ I said horrified .

“ YOU CANNOT DO THIS WE CAN GET IN TROUBLE OR WORST GET FIRED FROM OUR JOB “ I couldn’t believe what he just did .

His expression turned into a dangerous one “ WELL IF YOU WOULD HAVE TALKED TO ME AND WON’T COMPLAIN ABOUT WORK THEN I WOULDN’T HAVE TO DO THIS “ he shouted making me flinch in fear .

“ so – so this is what you are going to do whenever I disagree with you on something , destroy my room and risk our job ??” I had tears in my eyes , he is getting difficult day by day.

His expression softened as he came closer to me holding my arm softly as tears were flowing from my eyes .

“ I am sorry Jade .. I didn’t want to hurt you I just – I just “ he left me and turned around holding his head .

“ It's suffocating me the fear of losing you all the time , it’s making me crazy Jade “ he turned toward me and tears filled his eyes and my heart tightened at his word .

He cupped my face “ I love you Jade and I love you so much that’s it’s hurting me now . I am scared that you might leave me too. I am sorry “ he put his head in mine breathing heavily .

I put a hand on his face " don't you trust me Tristen I love you " I confess my feelings.

Even though it didn't feel right, I kissed him .

We both pulled apart breathing heavily , I can see the happiness in his face . “ I am sorry Tristen .. I didn't try to understand you at all but I promise now I will do whatever you will say , my happiness is with you . I promised “ I tried to assure him .

“ You will do whatever I will say “ he asked like a child and a smile appeared on my lips as I nodded .

His eyes fell on my lips as they met my eyes .

“ live in with me “ he whispered and my eyes widened at his request .
