Prom was basically over now, it was fine. Me and Jaden danced for a bit, Elle was there too. It was the first time I had seen her since the 'incident', she gave me a few dirty looks but I think she learnt her lesson the hard way.

I felt like shit the whole night so I didn't bother drinking or going to any after parties.

I got a text from Feonix saying he was on his way to pick me up. I just think he didn't want me in a car alone with Jaden again. But that's fair enough.

I sat on the curb alone waiting for Feonix. He didn't drive so I'd have to wait a while for him to walk up here. It was fucking freezing outside and obviously I didn't bring a jacket.

I was lost in my thoughts as I felt an arm wrap around my cold shoulders, turning and expecting to see my Feonix I saw a tipsy Jaden instead.

"Are you good?" I asked the boy.

"Yeah, I'm good. Are you good? You look cold, you should of brought a jacket. Do you want mine? Actually that's probably a bad idea. If Felix saw he'd freak the fuck out." He blurted out.

"Feonix." I said.

"What?"

"His name is Feonix. Not Felix, or freak or weirdo. It's Feonix."

He stared me down, clearly taking in none of the words I had just said to him.

"I really wanna kiss you right now." He slurred to me, leaning in and turning to my head to him. His lips brushed mine before I could come to a realisation of what was happening and I began to pull away, but felt him move first.

"WHAT THE FUCK!"

I knew that voice.

That was my Feonix.

"Woah bro, chill out." Jaden slurred back, stumbling as he attempted to stand.

"CHILL OUT? YOU JUST TRIED TO KISS MY FUCKING GIRLFRIEND!"

"Girlfriend? Your really dating this freak?" Jaden turned to look at me.

Bad move.

Feonix drew back his arm and Jaden closed his eyes, anticipating the hit he rightfully deserved. He span and his eyes met mine, sorrow filled. Although I don't know why.

Jaden turned back to a rage filled Feonix, and says,

"I'm sorry for this man."

What?

And then I realised what he was so sorry for.

He was about to beat Feonix's ass.
