Before he knew it, the ship saw land and saw a tower in the distance. This was it. She was in the tower and he was about to rescue her. Gal anchored the boat and went into a row boat. He was so excited that he feel out of the boat and got all wet. Thankfully he could swim. Still having so much energy inside of him, he instead swam to the shore of the beach have her image in his mind to keep swimming even when it got harder.

The sand was so soft and so white and it made perfect footprints in sand but as he looked further he could see footprints in the sand. Someone had been there already. But maybe it was just her kid sports footprints.

He bravely entered pulling out his sword carefully so the dragon would not hear. He knew he had one chance to defeat the fearless dragon and rescue Elena. Laying a on the ground was the one before all mighty dragon and in the dragon's chest there was a spear. The handcuffs that once had held the princess where dangling in the corner. Elena had been freed from all her fears. He held but tears of emptiness and sadly turned away, wishing he could sail back through the years.

The journey back rained the whole way down. Peter couldn't believe that she had been already rescued and by who? He was the only one who say the note in the bottle unless she made more then one or someone say it then flew it back in the water. But how?

Peter said his thank you'd to Gal once they arrived back home. And he sadly walked back home alone. Not at all what he imagined.

He opened up the shop and heard that familiar bell ring. His father turned around to see him and he had great joy on his face. He ran up to him but first slapped him on his face. "How could you do that to me and your mother. You had us worried sick the whole time and it made you mother even sicker. But I am glad you are home" he said finally hugging his dear beloved son.

"Thank you dad" Peter said.

"Okay, now where is Elena I haven't seen her in years" he said looking behind him but couldn't see her. He looked at Peter and could just tell by reading his eyes that she was not there.

"It's okay, why don't you go see your mother and I'll close up the ship early today" he said smiling. Their house was attached to the bakery so all Peter had to do was go out the back door to the house and as he was going that his mother came running in. "Jackson have you heard the great new, that carriage we want is on sale. Oh, Peter you are home" she said holding a piece of paper in her hands but then gave Peter a massive huge. "Don't ever do that to us again" she said while scolding him.

"Don't worry mom, I won't leave again" he said as it felt like his heart broke inside of him.
