He could not believe what he was reading, he read it again to make sure what he was reading was true and it was. He raced back home immediately to tell what he found to his father.
"Dad" he said running into the bakery
"Peter, I'm in the back. What is it?" He asked.
"You would never believe what I found at Mrs. Loomer's today" he said then placed the note into his fathers hands. His father had to put his reading glasses on and read it from a distance but when he was done reading, his face was in disbelief.
"There must me another princess named Elena, her father would never lock her in a tower" his father said.
"I don't think so father" Peter said to him.
"If this is very her, she needs my help. No one knows about this but us because of the note. There was only on bottle and I found it". Peter said.
"True, but where would you even go. You have no idea where she is."
He signed and took the note from his father's hands and looked at the note again.
"Wait, there is a map. Look on the back" he said and on the back of the letter and their was a map with an X's mark on the spot.
"Peter, I know what you are thinking, please just forget about this" his father said.
"But dad I can not, she was my first best friend and she needs my help now. I am going to help her and I going to need a ship." He said.
But what ever Peter had said, his father answered no. Though this would not stop Peter from pursuing this. He was determined to rescue and save his best friend. So the next day, before his father woke up, he snuck out of the house to the harbor. Down at the harbor, there were all kinds of boats. Big boats, small boats, ones that carried people, ones that carried in goods from other kingdoms, and many more. Peter needed a medium size boat he could use, but he had one problem. He doesn't know the first thing about boats. He never had time to go in a boat with always being the in the bakery.

"Sir, you look lost." a sailor came up to him
"Hi, yeah I am. Don't know anything about boats but I need a boat to see an old friend who lives far away" he told the sailor.
"Well you are in luck, I am on break from from job trading with other kingdoms and I need to go back out in sea. I'll take you were ever you want to go"
"Really?" Peter said as his eyes widen.
"Really, just tell me where we are going and we are all set" he said
"What about money, I don't have much"
"Wait, aren't you Peter from the bakery" he asked
"Why, yes I am"
"Let's make a deal, I can get free bread for a month and I'll take you" he said.
"Deal" Peter said and shook his hand.
"I'm Gal" he said with a smile
And with that Peter was off on his journey. By now his father would be getting up and reading the letter he wrote to him explaining why he needs to go. He doesn't really understand why but he has a feeling deep down in his heart that he has to do this. Peter walked onto the boat and it felt a little wobbly walking around on it but got used to it quickly. Gal gave him a quick tour around the boat making the last stop the ladder you climb to the top of the boat to look it for land. Gal could tell Peter wanted to go up there just with the look in his eyes so as Gal pulled the anchor up and starting working his magic on the boat, Peter climbed up to see the view. He had never been this high up to see the kingdom. As he was drifting away from the harbor he could see his house and bakery, Mrs. Loomer's house, the blacksmith's place, and so much more. As Gal turned out of the harbor the castle came visible on the hill. It was so beautiful like aways but the color's of the stone seemed like it shaded to a lighter castle, like the castle was sad.

Highest rank #1 in Historical He glared at me with irritation. "Come inside!" ...And I did. He pointed to the stack of books on the floor. "Pick them up and arrange them the way they're supposed to."With trembling hands, I did what he asked quickly. Fret in the way I moved, picking up the books into my arms and lap one by one only for them to fall back on the floor over and over. I was a mess, upset, and it was obvious. This wasn't the kind of first meeting I dreamed of.The second prince was mean, and he was irritable. He had no clue who I am which made me resent it even more.He scowled as he watched me made mistakes after mistakes and after a while, he grew frustrated and bent over, picking the books himself."Forgive me, I didn't mean to snarl at you the way I did. I'm not used to being distracted. No one ever walks in my office unless they have my permission. I don't even know how the guardsmen let you in." I wanted to say because unlike you, they recognized who I am. But I kept my mouth shut in fear of aggravating his anger. His voice took a lot gentler tone, I imagined he must've realized how upset I was and felt bad about it.I said nothing. When we're done, I rose up to my feet, couldn't wait to get out of this room. This man was so impolite to me that I couldn't wait to get away from him."I apologize, your highness. I didn't mean to distract you in your private office." I stepped back getting ready to leave when a sliver of sunlight struck highlighting my face. "Wait!" He murmured and I turned back to look at him."You're beautiful." He said breathlessly.I would have blushed, but he was so mean and rude to me that his compliment lost its impact long ago."I need to go," I told him."Wait." A wave of panic rose in the tide of his voice. The prince was afraid to lose me. "What's your name, girl?" He asked quickly. "Jasmine, my name is Jasmine, your highness.""My Jasmine?" He murmured hopeful.
