1. We will be harsh if necessary

2. We will always be truthful- NO sugarcoating

3. At the moment we are only two people- be patient

4. There is a waiting list if our work piles up

5. We will have off seasons, because we do have busy outside lives (I.e.- school)

6. We will only ever contact you through one of our Critique Boutique accounts. And we will Never offer to critique a work it must be requested (Comments are not Critiques)

7. If you do not like our services, you are obligated to inform us! We are not mind readers no matter how much we seem to be. We would appreciate if this was in a private message or email.

8. We reserve the right to refuse or drop a work due to clicheness, non-co-operation, rudeness, non-compliance to the rules or requirement, and other factors. We will always inform you of this and we will always tell you why?

9. If you fail to complete your full payment, all services and prizes will be revoked and you will go on the Black List
