《Book boy [DNF]》[14] "Preperations for war"

Dream drew a hand through his dirty blond hair, grinning wickedly at his reflection. His hair had been combed but ruffled by him, his face a sun kissed mess, freckles placed everywhere on his dumb, flushed face.
He wore his classic grey cardigan that reached his thighs, a plain white shirt, ripped jeans and black vans- A silver tag hung on by a silver necklace, that he always kept for good luck. Makeup had been applied to make his face look flawless, but the boy had still kept small tidbits of personality in his hair or his vibrant eyes.
"Hey, Clay!" Dream turned his head to face Sapnap, who leaned on the door frame, arms crossed, grinning at his foolishness.
Sapnap's hair had been ruffled and taken out of his face by a white bandana around his forehead. He had a black jacket, over a black sweater, ripped jeans and vans, like Clay's.
His nails were painted black (like Karl's and his) and an earring hung from his ear, for luck. He strung a hand over Clay's shoulder and stared into the mirror. "We don't look like we came from the same place."
"Yeah, lose the jacket. Hey 90's? I think I've found your music star." Sapnap pushed Clay's head down with a harmless grin while the other laughed at him.
"Guys!" Karl bounded up to them, followed closely by Quackity.
Karl wore a tank top, attached with large sleeve of multiple colours- One was a light green while the other was a light blue, his tank top a purply-pink colour. He had multiple rings and bracelets on his arms and fingers. He had baggy trousers, unlike the rest of them, and a large grin that tore his face in two.
Quackity had a simple large Tee with large, bold letters. He bore ripped jeans, and a beanie that covered some of his raven hair. His ears were clipped with silver earrings, and some of his hair covered his face.

Sapnap abandoned Clay and placed his arms around his boyfriends, embracing them. "Oh my gosh, you guys look sick." He placed a quick kiss on Karl's forehead and cupped Q's cheek, taking a strand of his hair and placing it behind his ear.
"Eugh- Get a room, please." The three of them flipped Clay off and he gagged, laughing.
"Where's Bad when you need him, Jesus." He pushed past them, and they pulled apart and followed him.
"Well, we got a show on our hands boys- How're we feeling? The nerves getting to us?" Sapnap asked, looking at each of them.
Karl laughed while Q crossed his arms, grinning. "Yeah, if your a little bitch."
"Hey, nerves exist. Your hurting my feelings." Sapnap joked, placing a hand on his heart to force his grip on the joke.
"Aw, too bad." Q shot back while Karl and Dream aggressively yelled 'OOOOOOOO' at the roast. Sapnap drilled his face into Q who stuck his tongue out at him.
"Aw, Sappy-Nappy can't handle it." Karl cupped his own cheeks and stuck his tongue out at his boyfriend, who spluttered, trying to find the best way to reply.
"What?! Karl who's side are you on?!"
"Mine." Q flipped him off, sliding a hand over Karl's shoulder, grinning.
Dream couldn't feel more single. Bad poked his head out of the dressing room and stood out, Skeppy following behind him.
Bad spun around, wearing a black and red hoodie, his hood on his head while he wore black jeans, much like Skeppy's. His square glasses were still on his face, and his mousy brown hair poked out here and there.
Skeppy wore a beanie like Quackity's, a weird smily face plastered onto it. He bore a light blue hoodie and black ripped jeans, his hair ruffled and messy.

"The gang's all here!" Karl called, when Bad and Skeppy had reached their sides, sliding his hand over their shoulders. Sapnap hit Clay on the back of his head and Clay hit him back, grinning into the air.
"Oh my god, Skeppy, what did they do to you? Why'd they brand you with a beanie anyways, I thought those were my thing?" The former shrugged and Q blew the hair out of his eyes.
"Well, go on Clay, are you gonna give us your emotional speech about how you love us to death?" Sapnap asked and the rest laughed, even Bad, who still had to mutter a 'stop being mean' to him.
But the man didn't listen.
"Time to take on the UK?" He asked, and the gang erupted into cheers and swears, much to Bad's 'languages.'
They drew their arms away from eachother. "Boys." A lady called and they turned their heads to look at her. "You're on in 30."

Path of Righteousness
What do you desire? What are you afraid of? You run away from one, pursuing the other. Is that all you are? Conquer your fears. Dig to the bottom and confirm, what you really want... ...For you cannot escape suffering and death. You only have a little time. Use it wisely. Uru, a young boy with no talent for magic or fighting, sets out on a quest to become an avatar of order, the physical embodiment of righteousness, in a distant future, where control of origin energy allows people to defy physics and manipulate causality. Mocked by fate and broken by impossible dreams, all that's left is to stand in defiance to cruel existence. Because there is a Truth out there, somewhere. Singular, transcendent, eternal. What would you sacrifice for it? *** This is a fantastic sci-fi epic. It's going to blend both western and eastern traditional fantasy tropes – like might & magic and cultivation – with rational sci-fi grounded fully in reality, to produce a purely fictional fairy tale. I'd like to deliver something light-hearted and yet wholly serious. An uplifting adventure exploring the unfathomable reaches of humanity, free of indecency, with a healthy dose of humorous banter, legendary beings, and most importantly – lots of exciting, firework-filled mayhem! I've tried reading many web novels, but there's a fundamental problem with them – the eastern ones are annoyingly repetitive, superficial and morally destitute, while western ones are often dark, convoluted and profane. There's only so much one can do to filter out the bad and try to fill in the gaps with their own imagination. It's one thing to eat tasty fast food, but if it's moldy and filled with toxins, then it's not only poisonous, but also disgusting. The appreciation of beauty and higher values is disappearing at an alarming rate. Although there are throngs of talented people out there, none of them are creating what I want to witness – an inspiring battle against impossible odds, ending in absolute victory. A triumph of the spirit so overwhelming, it crushes the spectator into his seat and takes his breath away. I'm looking for a real paragon, so now I'd like to try conceiving one. *** The MC's name comes from Tolkien's Elven dictionary in Silmarillion, 'Uru' meaning 'Fire', and 'Dagnir an Uruloki' meaning 'Slayer of Dragons'. *** Note: I'm neither a native speaker, nor an aficionado of literature – I've never written anything before, and despite proficient English my literary prowess is abysmal. It therefore takes me a painful amount of effort to polish the chapters and bring them up to par. Last year I wrote and posted some on FictionPress, but I stopped since it wasn't going anywhere. The appalling amount of filth and mediocrity being peddled in all the media nowadays – a result of no conspiracy to manipulate the masses, but plain supply and demand – is no longer just the triumph of form over substance, but most worryingly corruption of the latter. Who wants to read about ideals anymore? And yet, masses flock together to gobble up perversion and depravity. That being said, I can't rule out pitiful exposure as the culprit to my failure, so I am now once again trying to increase it here, possibly for the last time. If there are still human beings present, hungry or in need of a detox after eating too much garbage, make yourselves heard, so I can see a reason to continue the story. Otherwise it's pointless – I'm not going to make fodder for the masses, and I'm most certainly not going to throw pearls before swine. I'll simply stop writing altogether.

STAR WARS: Knights of the Old Republic
Four thousand years before Anakin Skywalker was born, the Jedi thrived as the guardians of peace in the galaxy. The Republic, weakened by a costly war with the Mandalorians, faces now another great threat. A false Sith Empire created by two fallen Jedi, Revan and Malak, has risen from the ashes of that war. Now the Republic is on the brink of defeat to their once great hero, now turned Darth Revan. Hoping to protect the Republic at all costs, the Jedi dispatch an elite strike force to capture the Dark Lord. To the dismay of the Jedi, Revan is betrayed and killed by his apprentice Darth Malak, who proclaims himself the new Dark Lord of the Sith. Now with the entire galaxy at stake, the Jedi and the Republic must go to extreme lengths if they are to survive the seemingly endless forces the new Sith ruler commands. Only by the will of the Force, will they survive... This is a novelization of the popular video game by Bioware. One of my favorite stories within the Star Wars universe, I am putting my own little twists and style on this story in a way I could see potentially fitting into the new canon by Disney. I will be releasing new chapters periodically with the goal of trimming the story down a little bit as well. Enjoy, and of course constructive criticism always welcome, and if you like what you're reading, consider voting for my story.
