《Book boy [DNF]》[8] "Three achievments in one day"

George watched quietly as Dream waved him farewell, Rising storm by Erin Hunter resting on his chest. His last book, Forest of secrets, was pressed against his own chest. With a small smile and a gleaming look in his eyes, he began to make his way to the fantasy section.
He reached it rather quickly, reaching up to push the book in it's own place, but not before a small note slipped out and fell to the ground. With a small chuckle, George pushed the book in place and bent down to see a strange message scribbled onto the page.
It made George's heart pound, the butterflies return, and his mind swarm with excuses.
My number: 000-000-000-00
Talk to me sometime ';)- Dream
George pushed the note to his chest, his voice lost in the mist of butterflies and lovely feelings he had come to accept, and yet he was still very much surprised whenever they were brought to his attention.
Walking back to his desk, he looked at the note. Once. Twice.
It took a text from wilbur and a lot of self confidence to punch in the number, and then with all the tension building up on him, he wrote:
George
hi
He dropped his phone before him and pressed his fingers to his bottom lip, continplainting what had just happened. Seconds exaggerated themselves into minutes, hours, years- And George wasn't one to bare it.
And then suddenly, he glanced at his phone as it dinged:
So you've found my cheesy note then ,:)
George's face exploded in a mist of red and pink, and he rushed to reply.
I suppose so
He hoped he didn't sound too bland. Maybe add something more to make it a little natural? He didn't want to seem like he cared so much, but enough that it wasn't agonising.
You could've just handed me your number
George grinned to himself. Yes! He had finally found the perfect balance between not caring so much and not looking like he cared so much.

George mentally slapped himself.
He was absolutely ridiculous.
Yeah but I wanted to be romantic >:))
And plus I thought it would be kinda weird, like
I didn't want to push it onto you and be like, "well, text me now"
Ig
Oh, George wouldn't care. He was awkward enough as it was with everyone that wasn't his jolly gang. There was something wrong with him.
Oop I gotta go to practice see ya

"GUYS!" Tommy screamed around the house, pushing open his door, running into the living room with a large smile on his face.
Wilbur was chilling, phone in hand, with Tubbo before him, fumbling with the strings of a ukulele Niki had bought him long ago.
George was flopped upside down on the couch whilst Niki talked to him, namely the band, that George had come to adore even more.
His voice had taken them all by surprise. Tubbo, Niki, and George looked up while Wilbur didn't say a single word of response.
Tommy charged into the room, waving his phone about, eyes wide, with that toothy, strange grin on his face that made all of them happy whenever they saw it.
"What is it, Toms?" Tubbo was the first to say and Tommy rushed over to him, and showed him his phone. Tubbo read it quickly and quietly, and then gaped when he saw it.
"Oi, Tomathy, come show us!" George whined begrudgingly, moving up from where he sat. Tommy rushed over towards him and pushed the phone to his face.

As George read on, he let out a chuckle. Tommy was grinning from ear to ear like a maniac, showing Niki, and then moving onto Will who looked up and stared at the screen with the same expression as Tubbo.
"YO," he yelled in response and Tommy began laughing. "I know! I've just gained so much free clout from this! Finally, after months of agony-"
"Yeah." Tubbo grinned. "'M happy for you."
"Wanna stream it?"
"You bet!"
"We'll farm so many primes because of this!"
"I can't wait!"
"Sad we can't go see them live, though." George mumbled, and Wilbur laughed in turn. The rest turned to them.
"What?" George asked, and it was Wilbur who responded. "Well, he's smitten for you anyways so I wouldn't be surprised if he gave you tickets."
"What?" George spoke, more profoundly this time, his cheeks heating up.
"I mean- He does go to your library a lot, so-" Wilbur spoke lifting his hand to exaggerate the mess George was in, but Niki stopped to him and turned to George with a wide-eyed expression.
"You've met him?!" Niki said and took George's hands in hers, her eyes gleaming. George felt sweat crawl down his spine, and he nodded slowly, and to Niki's gasps and grins he was demanded to tell the story.
And he did. He told Niki how he just showed up one day and ever since then he's been giving him book recs. "Woah. George, that's amazing! Lucky you." She smiled, grinning from ear to ear.
"WOAH! GUYS!" Wilbur suddenly stood up, satring down at his phone screen. He pushed a hand through his fluffy brown locks and gaped at them, a smile twitching at his lips. "I've got it." He whispered, and they all hung onto the words, processing them.
"Got what?" Tubbo asked innocently with his large eyes and Wilbur dropped down to his height and grinned like a maniac. "I got the gig. At the bar. I got it."
"YO, WILL!" Tommy jumped up and ran to hug his older brother, who hugged him in turn. George and Niki had gotten up and applauded him.
Wilbur was a musician, trying to get a gig at an bar his quaint friend worked in, and finally- he had said yes. It was his first gig, his first shot at music other than singing in his room.
This was big, this was huge.
"Come in here, guys!" Wilbur demanded, stretching his arms out to hug the lot of them. They ran into him, almost knocking him over, strangling him. They were all so proud of him. "THIS IS AMAZING, WILL!" Tommy beamed, and Wilbur laughed, knocking his shoulder.
They all said their congratulations and pulled apart, only to fall into laughter. "Well we got to celebrate somehow!" Tommy put his arms in the air and stared at the other.
Niki smiled. "I could get something cooking in the oven." Niki was a baker, who worked in a small bakery not far from their apartment. She was extremely good at her craft, and sometimes she'd even let them bake with her (Except Tommy, who was banned from doing as such. Last time the place was a mess and he'd thrown dirt into the mixture, then it took a field trip to the floor, splattering everywhere.)
"Movie night!" Tubbo yelled and they all cheered in turn. Tommy joined in, and they chanted the words all around the house, leaving George and Wilbur to laugh in turn.
"I'm really proud of you, Will." George smiled, looking up at him.
"Oh, you better be!" Will joked and George laughed. "Really man, thanks, it's- woah, I just- I can't believe it, honestly."
"You deserve it, though. Your one of the most hard working people I know."
Wilbur smiled. "Thanks Gogy."

Good Guy Necromancer
Necromancers are murderous, repulsive, utterly ungodly creatures. And then there's Jerry. Jerry is a novice necromancer who treats his undead warmly, seeks to befriend people instead of harvest their bodies, and doesn't mind cracking a skull or two when needed. He genuinely is a good guy—too bad nobody believes him. Jerry tries to settle down, wanting nothing but a peaceful life for him and his undead—and, when that doesn't quite work out, he sets out to adventure. He will make friends, each unique in their own way, and together, they will travel through a variety of striking environments; from a tiny village, to the land of the dead, to a jolly archipelago, to a kingdom on a beanstalk. To save a world that shuns him, Jerry must stand against a large organization of arrogant, mighty wizards. He strives to become stronger while maintaining his kindness, only to realize that, maybe, gentle hearts make the greatest necromancers. This is the story of a delightful man in a harsh world—full of warmth, action, and wise-cracking bone puns. Chapters are usually 2-3k words, and updates are 3/week: Mon, Wed, Fri. If you're looking for another fun, action-packed adventure, check out Cultivator vs. System by yours truly, available on Kindle, KU, and Audible. But read Good Guy Necromancer first.
8 138The Immortal Epic
After all that happened... I do think I would thank dr Errhart if I were back to the day this all started, knowing all that happened after. Of course, if I were back on the day this all started with the implied knowledge, I would take and play with his soul in retribution. Oh, how have I grown since then. I'm almost nostalgic. Almost. To tell you the truth, I don't really remember the first days. Yes, I remember me working at the facility, with all the downs and downs but after the experiment, those first days afterwards, I can't bring for the life of me those moments in the cold dark broken room to mind. I never did discover what happened during the experiment. What could occur to burn the whole facility to a crisp and shut down both the main and emergency power supply? Dr Errhart always seemed to fail in impossible ways. When I got out of that underground tomb, I discovered what the experiment did to the world. Beast and monsters feed on the unprotected if left to fester, powerful men from the remnants of my old world have risen up to take their own and might takes up new forms. Oh, and here you must be perplexed. I totally forgot to tell. While the experiment doomed many in the facility and the world above, which wouldn't have happened had they not ignored my notes on the project, I feel like it was all worth it. For at the cost of the precious but secret arcanium, we got our greatest tool yet. Magic.
