"Me, you, and Felix all have more then one thing in common, we all had a tradegy happened to us. It happened to me when I was walking across the street and a car hit me when I was 10 and since then I've been able to see ghost" Jared tells me

"You've been able to see ghost since you were ten" I say amazed and also kind of sad because this isn't something easy to live with "how did you handle it?"

He shrugs but the look on his face is kind of sad "I was in different foster homes since I was born and after it happened everyone thought I was just lying to get attention"

"You seem pretty normal all things considered" I can't help but notice

"Took a long time and lots of practice" he laughs a little "I've only met one other person who was able to see ghost"

"Why us?" I ask even though I know he doesn't have the answer to that

"I don't know but I know there's a reason. I mean you can't tell me it's coincidence that me, you and Felix all happen to all meet in the same town"

He's right, of all the places me and my aunt could of moved to why this place and Felix of all people as my neighbor.

"Felix doesn't understand what's happening to him" I say even though I don't even understand what's happening to me but I don't want Felix to be alone and in that place

"I can get us a visitor pass but you need to make it count" he says

"I want to see him" I say determined

I look over and we are at my house.

Jared puts the car in park and then looks at me "you need to be careful if they find out about you then you will likely end up in that place next to Felix"

"I'm not scared" I say and I'm not anymore

He smiles a little "I'll pick you up in the morning"

"How do I know I can trust you trust you?" I ask because he's not who I thought he was

"I know you can feel a connection because we are the same but just give me a chance I'll prove it to you that you can trust me" he gives me a sad smile

"I'll see you tomorrow" I nod and shut the door

I walk in the house and see aunt Lora about to go upstairs "hey" she stops when I walk inside "you two have a good time?" She asks me

"Yeah we did" I fake a smile, a part of me wants to tell her everything but not yet

I don't sleep most of the night I keep tossin and turning, I'm worried about Felix. I miss him.

I'll get you out of there Felix somehow, I promise.

As soon as my alarm goes off, I basically fly out of bed and quickly get dress.

I down a cup of coffee and a ganorla bar just as Jared sends me a text saying he's here.

I lock up the house and open Jared passenger door and climb in. "Morning" Jared greets me

"Morning" I say back

We start heading to the hospital.

"So what do you really do for a living?" I ask because I don't know him at all

"What I told you is true somewhat. I'm the person people call if they think there house is haunted"

"So you are like a professional ghost hunter?" I ask

"Basically"

I resist the urge to start singing the ghostbusters theme song since this isn't the right time.

"Why are you helping me?" I ask him all of a sudden

He looks at me then back at the road "because I know what you and Felix are going through and I know how scary it is and you think no one understands what's going on but I do"

I'm about to respond but I look up and see we are here.

"We're here" he says and parks the car "you won't have a lot of time so make it count" he tells me

"Okay" I say as I get out of the car
