My new school is called Colorado Springs High School. It has a football field, a basketball court, and a gymnasium. Sam and I have different classes. He has Spanish, English 2, History, Chemistry, and Geometry. I have Algebra, English, World History, Biology, and Computer.

I have History for my first class with Mrs. Charleston. She asked me to stand in front of the class. "Class, we have a new student. Please welcome Taylor Anderson." One kid, Georgia Starr, asked, "Where are you from, Taylor?" I answered, "Columbus, Georgia." The next thing, you know, is that I was taking notes when I found a piece of paper lying on my desk.

The note said:

Hi. Do you want to sit by me at lunch? ~ Jason Douglas

I placed the note in my backpack. In Algebra, I sat by Jennifer Benson. She has blond hair, hazel eyes, and freckles on her cheeks and nose. She asked me about Georgia during class. When I answered, she seemed interested. At lunch, I sat at a table, wondering who Jason Douglas is.

Suddenly, I saw the most charming boy ever. He has brown hair, green eyes, he's muscular, and has the perfect smile. He came over and asked, "Are you Taylor Anderson?" I said nervously, "Yes." "I am Jason Douglas, the one who left that note on your desk."

"YOU'RE Jason?!"

"Yep. Surprised, huh?"

"Y-y-yes."

"C'mon. I saved you a seat over there."

That night, in my sleep, I can't stop thinking about Jason Douglas. He acts like a gentleman. He just drives me crazy (in a good way). When I say Jason's name, I just smiled and smiled. That is when I realized I have a crush.
